So far they have helped identify my roof damage and greatly assisted with my claim with my insurance company. The representative that assisted me so far (Isaac Miniard) had been extremely helpful and very professional. I will keep my review updated as the process moves along.
Ippolito House - Hernando, Fl (James Ippolito) Isaac came to my home and was extremely transparent, honest and helpful about the damage that my roof incurred. He help lay out the next steps to correct any issues and I felt extremely secure while dealing with him. I called AAA Roofing and Isaac was at my home to see if i had any damage from the recent hailstorm. Isaac inspected my roof and found several damaged areas and took pictures of the damage and advised me to file a claim with my insurance company. Isaac was very knowledgeable and professional about the roofing business.
This roof was done by AAA Roofing 5 years ago in April, 2016, the previous homeowner paid $12,450.00 and got a warranty. We purchased the house in July, 2020 and we was not told that the warranty needed to be transferred within 60 days of buying our home. I contacted AAA Roofing for an estimate because of a roof leak/water damage in living room area due to heavy rain in August 14,2021. Ed (AAA Roofing Sales Rep) showed up in August 19, took pictures of the top of the roof but refused to take pictures of living room ceiling area where the drywall and insulation were wet, needed to be removed and shows clearly that the wood they installed 5 years ago was cracked /defected. A water proof sealant was applied to the shingles on the direction of the leak by my husband to avoid further water damage we did not have a roof tarp. I was not expecting a free job from AAA Roofing just a fair estimate which they emailed 3 days later. My Homeowners insurance sent me a letter on 8/24/21 found no evidence of covered wind or hail damage to the roof, it was attributed to long term wear, tear and deterioration and they will not cover the repairs of my leaky roof. On 8/26/2021, I accepted the proposal AAA Roofing sent me via email hoping they fix my roof and turn a bad review into a great opportunity, fixing the problem is the best response not threatening a consumer with legal action.***.ARE REVIEWERS PROTECTED?***Congress felt the need to pass a law in 2016, called the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), to protect consumers’ ability to leave an honest online review of a business without being punished.
Have been using AAA Roofing for a LONG time. They replaced the current roof in 2006, and all was going well until this past fall when we had those heavy sideways rain squalls. Well, I got spots on my ceiling in several areas, and figured Id contact AAA Roofing in the beginning of the year as I know they were so busy working on really damaged roofs. Anyway...today, Isaac came out and did an inspection of the damage. Boy...turns out I had suffered quite a bit of damage with the hail storm in August. Didnt even know we had had one, but he showed me that there was hail recorded in my neighborhood at 3am! No wonder I didnt hear it. He helped me through setting us a claim process with my home owners, and will be helping me through the process until I have a new roof over my head. Professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable. So glad I called them.
Issac came out for Roof Inspection He was Professional, On time Honest Inspection. Follow through after inspection Showed pictures of inspection, Gave Clear Opinions, Options. Followed through with complete inspection. Explained next steps Would recommend them.
Isaac Miniard of AAA Roofing was very efficient with roof inspection after high winds from a tornado damaged our roof. He explained and showed photos of damage to roof and helped with contacting our insurance company to make a claim. We will definitely recommend and will hire AAA Roofing for our roofing project.
AAA did a great job on my beautiful new roof. Their crew showed up right on time at 7:00 a.m. and were finished and cleaned up by 2:30. Yes, they are Spanish speaking but who cares? They worked hard the whole time, did a professional job and cleaned up very well. AAA office staff was great throughout the process. It is more a reflection on the times we’re living through than AAA, but every phase took longer than expected. AAA deserves their Citrus Best rating.Misc: I would suggest going to Lowe’s and buying a magnetic power pick up tool to drag over the grass to pick up stray nails ($16).The noise from the installation wasn’t so bad that my dogs and I wanted to leave the house, but I do have a hip roof. Maybe a flatter roof would have been noisier(?)

My husband had signed a piece of paper giving the contractor permission to climb up onto our roof. Turns out it wasnt for permission but somehow my husbands signature was transferred onto a contract. We are now being sued. Do NOT use this company. They are schemers! Not truthful at all!
They did a wonderful job replacing our roof. It was all done in one day and a beautiful job. We have a very large roof. They worked from 7:00am to 6:00pm and they clean up all the trash. Yes, I would do business with them again. Love my new roof. Thank You

Isaac performed a preliminary inspection of my roof. He found damage from hail and helped me setup a claim with my insurance company. I referred my neighbor to him so maybe we could go into this together.

Called them for estimate on installing solar tubing. Played telephone tag with Isaac for a week. Called on Monday morning and spoke to women who said they do not do new installs on solar tubes. I was upset as I had told them from the beginning it was a new install. Had I know this I would not have wasted their time or mine. Isaac just called me back to say YES they do new installs. I will withhold any further review until the job is done. I thanked Isaac for setting me straight.
We had our entire roof reroofed. AAA roofing was professional, efficient, and very pleasant in communications, online and in person. They went the extra mile to ensure our insurance company covered the cost of our roof. The insurance company said no at first, but that didnt stop AAA from proving to them that we could not simply repair the roof, where the leak was coming through, that the entire roof would crumble if we tried to fix it. So they persisted and fought the adjusters and made them pay to cover the replacement of the whole roof; why else do we have coverage for roofs if not to cover repairs or replacement? Right? Its saved us almost over half the replacement cost. If AAA didnt go to bat for us, we wouldve had to come out of pocket 15 grand. Issac and his wife are outstanding, and so is their workmanship. I recommend this company highly.

Isaac from AAA Roofing came out to check our roof after suffering hail/wind damage. He actually arrived a little early and was very professional. He checked roof took many, many photos. He gave us all the information, then helped us through the call with the insurance company. He explained everything, answered all our question and made the whole process very easy. When the insurance company comes to look at damage - AAA Roofing will have someone here to talk to them. Couldn’t be happier with their service so far.
AAA Roofing. So we bought our home in October of last year and both owners had passed away and it was an estate sale. We were provided no disclosure and we paid for an inspection. Everything looked good. The roof looked good, etc. It was replaced in 2015 by AAA Roofing. We noticed after this last hurricane that the drywall on the back patio was bubbling. It seems to align with the skylight edge. We have 5 on the covered patio, which is under the roof. Since we had no idea who did the roof, we looked on public records to see who pulled the permit. It was AAA Roofing. We called them on Monday and were told that although they provide a warranty for the shingles and workmanship, they would not be extending one to us because we didnt call them within 60 days to transfer said warranty. So we are on our own for the repair but they will gladly come out & give us a free estimate. How in the world would we even know to call them? How would we get this information from deceased people? How do you not stand by your workmanship? Had I not told them that we were the new owners and lied and used the previous owners name they would have just come out and repaired it for free. Companies that dont stand by their workmanship are not to be trusted. IMOI posted this on the Nextdoor sight and as a result, got a string of posts from people who have used AAA and the majority had multiple problems with this company. I was even sent several private messages about this company, detailing their issues. Just wondering what others experiences have been.I have contacted another highly recommended company who will thankfully be coming out next week to see whats needed.
We were delighted with AAAs prompt and professional work ethic. Isaac inspected our roof and gave us a thorough, easy to understand, appraisal of the situation. He gave us options that we werent aware existed to help offset the tremendous expense a roof can be. While going through our insurance company AAA assisted us every step of the way. Isaac came to give us a re-roof estimate and noticed we had some wind and hail damage to our roof. Isaac helped us do an insurance claim so now we are waiting on that so we can have aaa roofing do the work. Isaac is the best and very professional, I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the young man that came to inspect my roof today. He was prompt and thorough. He took his time and explained everything, making sure I understood. STAY AWAY from this company. If I could I would give them zero stars. My parents had a new roof put on and a couple of months later their roof started to leak. They finally got them to come out to look at the roof, but they said they couldn’t find any problem. They kept calling them out because different rooms in their home had leak spots. Still they said that they couldn’t find the problem. They kept calling but they waited till the warranty had expired to come out again. They said they would gladly give them a free estimate for the repair or a free estimate for a new roof. Stay Away from this horrible company. No professionalism and horrible workmanship. My parents went with a different company. This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!!
Called AAA Roofing to do a roof inspection. Issac showed up on time and was very professional. He performed a very thorough inspection that included photos of not only the roof but also the pool screen and gutter down spouts and window screens that were damaged during a storm. He continually asked me if I had questions during each phase of his inspection report. His explanation of the damage was clear and concise. I never once felt that I was being “sold” anything. I would highly recommend AAA Roofing for any repair/replacement of your roof.
Im in the process of getting four estimates for roof repairs. AAA Roofing was the first to contact me; Isaac was very thorough in his inspection of the roof. He showed me photos of wind and hail damage to my roof, downspouts, and window screen that I was totally unaware of. He explained the process of submitting a claim and what to expect and walked me though the phone call with the insurance company. I cant review anything else since no work has been done yet.

I met with Isaac from AAA Restoration to check on the condition of our roof. Isaac was punctual, actually he arrived early for our appointment. He spent the better part of an hour doing a complete inspection of our two story house and then twenty more minutes explaining his findings. I found AAA Restoration to be both highly professional and thorough in their assessment.
We had Issac from AAA roofing come out to inspect our roof after my neighbor had him inspect hers and he happen to look over and notice our needed some attention as well. I will say he is a very informative man and knows excatly what he is talking about, he was able to get on our roof do a full inspection and take photos then explain what every photo shows to us in a manner that was extremely easy for us to understand. He broke everything down step by step in what the process would be and the next steps in the right direction to get this fixed in the best way that was beneficial for us as customers. AAA no-showed a visit for an estimate at my elderly mother’s house. From there, the receptionist twice promised my mom would receive a call back to set up an appointment but that never happened. After three attempts we moved on to another roofing company. This was all in the middle of some big storms hitting Florida. I’m sure AAA is busy but that doesn’t excuse their poor communication and lack of common courtesy.
I found out there was damage to existing homes in my neighborhood due to wind and hail. I called AAA roofing to get their advice. They were understanding to my concerns. I noticed that they are experienced and professional at how they conduct business both on a Personal and professional level. I’m glad I called this company.
An inspector for AAA Roofing showed up at the scheduled time and immediately identified himself. He provided all of the details as to what he would be looking for while conducting the inspection. After completing the inspection he furnished me with all of the details and gave me his recommendations. I found him to be quite professional and courteous. I contacted AAA Roofing for an estimate on roof repair. They were 1 of 3 companies I contacted. Their guy showed up on time, seemed to be knowledgeable and took a close look at the condition of my roof by going up onto the roof. This is something the other two roofers did not do. They stood on the ground and simply looked up at my very large roof and told me what they thought I had wrong. How can you tell what the problem is from 20 - 30 feet away? Now we wait for the adjuster.
The AAA Roofing Companys inspection is very efficient and thorough. The representative came out on time as scheduled, took photos of the damage on our roof, and explained AAAs repair service completely. We feel as if we now have a good idea of what will be involved and the timeline for repair. They have a very high rating in Citrus County and their efficiency certainly contributes to their reputation.

The inspector was at my home for about an hour. He explained the steps that would be taken to determine if my roof had been damaged by hail and/or wind. He showed me the photos of the damage that occurred during a hail storm last summer. He also assisted me in notifying my insurance carrier of the damage that would result in a homeowners claim. I signed in Mid February to have my roof replaced in April. Not once when signing did they let me know that my flat roof would be a different color than the rest of my roof. I had to follow up with them about my scheduled install date because they were quick to charge my card but poor to follow up on when they would be here to install, while I gave plenty enough time for them to get me on the schedule. Then I come home to the finished project to find 2 different color roofs? Seriously did you fail to mention because my flat roof before matched the rest of my roof? Then I waited to see if it was even inspected which I had no follow up on that. With installation the price included a wind mitigation inspection which I also had to call 4 weeks later to see why they had not done that. Had to leave a message for someone to ask if I had even paid, yes you processed my payment over 3 weeks ago. Well ma’am this is a courtesy that we do. No, I am pretty sure that I paid for that according to my estimate write up. Then I explained the service I experienced and another 4 weeks later I am still waiting on a call from the owner or manager. The quality and professionalism of the crew actually installing the roof was spot on however, they could definitely use a more organized office very unprofessional while I assure the crews that actually earn their paycheck do not get the credit they deserve but here is cuddos to them. By the way I’m still waiting on the message for the manager /owner be given for them to call me.

Attempted to get a roofing estimate done because they were highly recommended by a friend of mine over the course of two weeks they know called no showed on three separate appointments while each time promising they would be there at a later date I can’t honestly say I would recommend this company

Bought a home that aaa had just put a roof on 4 years prior and the drip edge has already failed and is allowing water behind the gutters. Very poor workmanship for such a failure this soon. I would not recommend this company
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Please search elsewhere for a roofing company to do your work. I have been fighting with AAA Roofing/Joseph Chewning, Manager since NOVEMBER, 2019 and it is now May, 2020 and still the fight continues. I wish I would have looked this company up on the BBB website as there are numerous others that have filed complaints against them. Please check this company on the BBB website and youll understand why I am trying to help anyone who might be considering using AAA for your roofing job. Please look elsewhere for a better roofing company and to get the work done you pay a lot of money to have done the right and honest way!
Issac Miniard inspected my roof and could not have been more thorough and professional. He carefully explained exactly what he would be doing and when he was finished he explained exactly what he found. At this stage I could not be more satisfied with the service.
Purchased my home on 1/5/18, the roof was completed two days prior to closing, on 1/3/18. Here it is less than 2 years later and there is a leak in the roof. Because the warranty was in the previous owners name and they did not make me aware that it needed to be transferred to my name, AAA will not stand behind their work and come fix it without charge. They have record of the roof installation however without a “name change” the warranty is invalid? Ridiculous! Obviously their work is pretty poor quality being that it is already leaking less than two years later so this must be how they get out of fixing their mistakes. Very disappointed and will be calling a different roofing company who will stand behind the work that they do.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. They were rude and “Kristin” tried talking to me like I was a toddler, rushing me off the phone, because I wanted to follow up and know when I could expect a call back to know what was going on.Very disappointed!!

Triple AAA is a company I would never use again. I live in Terra Vista and apparently they feel they can overcharge because of the address. I ask for estimate to repair and replace tiles that were broken plus plug any holes that might be subject to squirrels. The estimator came and gave an estimate of $650. The estimate did not state exactly how this would be accomplished but I assumed it was fair and correct. As a former VP of Purchasing I ask the logical question approximately how long will this take to get some feel for the reasonableness of the quote. The estimator said it would take the better part of a day. This seemed reasonable although a little high for a roofer.The roof repair arrived, we spent 10 minutes discussing the work. I timed when he went upon the roof and when he came down. It was one hour. I was surprised. I immediately called the estimator and told him it only took one hour to do $650 worth of work. He seemed surprised. I ask him to adjust the bill in fairness and he said he would. Triple AAA offered a $25 credit. Therefore, the cost was $625 for one hour of work. A total rip off which I am contesting. Dont use Triple AAA.

Professional presentation. Thorough inspection to be sure all damage will be repaired. The new roof will be put on in about 4 weeks. Its all good.

This is a terribly run company. Been trying to get owner to my house to check warranty work for 4 weeks now. I also have to keep chasing them down to get an appointment time. First appointment I waited at home for 6 hours before i gave up on them showing that day and still had to call to see when the next appointment would be. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Boulerice roofing is the way to go, Trust worthy and work from Boulerice.
Dont bother with this company. I called about a hole in my roof they told me someone would be in contact with me in 24 hours... 4 days later I had to call them and they wanted me to wait seven longer. They are not reliable nor timely. Not a good way to do buisness!
They are less expensive than some other roofing companies but the workmanship is poor bordering on terrible. If you want a cheap roof to put on a home you are selling call AAA. If you plan on living in the home have a company that takes pride in their work install your new roof.

Cant really review their work since I would never engage them. Left a request for reroof quote on their web site on a Sunday. Did not hear anything back so Wednesday I called and was told oh we are too busy. Any company that goes to the expense and trouble of putting up a web site and then treats potential customers like this I have no use for.

Watch OUT for these People. They said they needed a Deposit to give a date they could begin and also said it takes 3 weeks to get a permit. Its a LIE ...I fired them and they have kept my 3260. deposit for 6 months now. I never signed a contract to hire them...dont HIRE this company...Put in their name and after add Scam...read all the problems people have had.
Had a re roof done they throw away my 30x50 tarps that a friend borrowed, than they replaced with a 12 x 20.. Its been 3 months just realized that final inspection was never done.. Not reliable

Terrible experience :( We paid to have a leak patched, they have been out at least 6 times or more and the roof still leaks. We got two roofing nails in our tires and every time they came to out house they left trash in our yard. One time when they did some tear out they left a pile of trash/nails in our yard for a week.Their customer service is terrible and they just dont care!

2021-07-18Our home needed a new roof. We were moving out of state and in order to sell we had to put the roof on. We went with AAA. Huge mistake. Huge! We paid $13,000 for a roof that is leaking. The roof was put on May 24th 2021. We sold the home July 7th 2021. We had already moved when roof was started. This company is awful! The new owners are contacting me about the roof and there isn’t anything I can do. I’ve called AAA and they said they put the warranty already into the new owners names. They will deal with them. However, they refuse to go tarp the roof until they can fix it without charging new owners! That’s crazy! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone ever! All photos uploaded are taken AFTER the NEW roof was installed that we paid $13,000 for! Horrible horrible service and work!

He explained what he was going to do in terms that were easy to understand.After his inspection he informed us of extensivehail and wind damage to the roof using pictures he took. They not only followed up with the courtesy of a phone call, their presentation was as buttoned up as I have encountered in a very long time. The inspector Isaac who came out, went over the damage to my roof by wind and hail and validated it with pictures differentiating the wind damage from the hail and explained the process of whats next. 2022-03-29As we all know insurance companies are requiring home owners to replace roof or risk being canceled or extremely high rates .I couldn’t be more thrilled that my neighbor told me about AAA roofing will do a free inspection of your roof to see if damage occurred from hail or wind thereby qualifying me for new roof! I had 2 other roof companies here that did not offer that.And yes my roof did have damage I was not aware of.AAA will be putting in my new roof and Issac who did the inspection was professional, Very polite and thorough . All the way around AAA has others beat by far! Call them for your free inspection !

Isaac was the roof inspector and he did an extraordinary job in explaining the the different facets of the age of my roof (23 yrs) from shingle deterioration, the wear and tear that the weather plays on the roofs here in Florida.
