Drove through it the other day and it looks run down and not well kept. I had an office there back years and years ago and it looked terrific then but not now
The best upholstery and I also found a place to get air filters. How good is that
Ok industrial location. Too much traffic, but close access to businesses. Rent seems ok for the value.

2022-09-02What a dump! A little over a year ago I was considering renting a place there. After visiting today, I would not refer anybody to that place. Filthy disgusting a mess and really wore down. When I walked in the office I was looked at as if I was disturbing something and they were having a personal conversation and didnt care about me walking in what kind of business I might have been there for? If youre looking for a small office or storage space he might consider shopping around.

2021-09-07Having your own business here at ABC is a great location.Amazingly Great rates from renting a office to a full size 1300+square ft shop.The office Manager Diane is great and very professional,from greeting you,to showing you units and being attentive. The property could use a makeover from landscaping to paint.But with great business neighbors and working together to clean up,the place can get better from here.Sincerely,Business office Renter 2+years

2020-05-22Its a good reasonably priced place to rent. Diana in the office does a greatJob. Its definitely no frills,but it keeps the overhead low so I can pass the savings on to my customers

2020-12-26Ive had several of my startup small businesses in here and always, always been pleased with the value and how well management has treated me. Mind you it is not a premium corporation but for the cost, most likely the best in this local area. Two thumbs up.

2020-08-06I really like the location, easy, direct access on and off of Ulmerton rd. A very high traffic rd. which is great for any business. ABC has a lot to offer it has everything from a gun shop to machine shop a couple car sales and even if convenience store. To me a great location for business

2020-10-01I have been here June was three years before that I was living on the streets for approximately 12 years coming from being homeless I got this unit and opened my own convenience store homeless Halleys 206 convenience, this past Friday she had to maintenance man replacing the back door of my store which fell off I caught one of them standing inside my public store smoking a cigarette and dumping ashes on the floor not only that they had went through my stuff and was using my tools to do their job for this facility. I told him to leave and not to come back because they were stealing from me and using my equipment to do their job they were being paid four by the American business center. Less than two hours later she gave me a three day eviction notice for unpaid rent of July August and September I have all of my receipts they are paid. Her reasoning is that she evicted me from another unit which is not true I was never evicted it was turned over on time and without late payment today I was told that I would be receiving a five day notice and had to leave a risk losing everything I have here which I have put together in the past three years. I have all of my receipts to prove my rent is paid but yet I wanna have the opportunity to present it to a judge once he signs the paper that she lied to him about I have to leave I will be forced out by the sheriffs department. Diane Strahan is the property manager and a very poor one and very unprofessional extremely vindictive. If you’re looking to come here for a place be warned it is already under Federal investigation! This place is nothing more than a drug manufacturing and distribution warehouse it is no secret she has told people that I was being kicked out way before I was ever told she has no problem sharing your personal business with all the other tenants this place is a revolving door for her to bring people in and take their money and then it legally kick them out because of her lies and deceit. I asked to speak to the owner I was told his name is John I was also told that that would not Happen I have no right to speak to him. So I have came from being homeless to owning my own convenience store which is a very nice store but she is so determined to kick me out because she does not want a homeless person here opening a store it is as nice of a store front is any place here if not nicer because it looks like a garbage dump she has been here 21 years and the police comes in at least 3 to 4 times a week after 21 years you would think she would be able to do her job she doesn’t even know how to run her printing machine or fax machine it is a very sad and horrible place. Anytime someone comes from owning nothing but a small tent to owning their own store you would think people would not be so hard and down on you to put you back in that position. This is the American business center and ran like North Korea. I hope that people will read this posted on Facebook so copy post and share with everyone you know to let them know what type of place this is it is nothing but a scam and a rip off to beat people back down on the streets.Diane Strahan is the property manager and the biggest problem that has ever lived.Thank you, Halley E.
