I received a Home Inspection from Accupro on 7/16/2015. My experience wasnt good it was GREAT. Rob did a thorough inspection of the property and informed me of things I needed to know if I decided to mover forward with my purchase of that property. I just reviewed Robert last week to do a full home inspection. That house unfortunately fell through due to the sellers. However, I called him back. Immediately we scheduled a time to meet and what services I wanted.He arrived 5 minutes early, me with my realtor and was already getting to work. His punctuality and work ethic continues to be excellent. After the inspection, he took me around and pointed out the issues that he noticed, just like he did last time. His inspection was just as great as before, and very detailed.After the inspection ended at 3 PM, I had my report by 9pm that night. His turn around time on the report was extremely fast and the report was very very detailed. I would highly recommend him to anyone I meet, and I would definitely use him again.
AccuPro is extremely professional, thorough and detailed. We were buying an older home, and wanted to be sure the inspector we chose would be thorough. I found AccuPro on a consumers review site and the reviews were great. I checked out their website and was impressed with their sample report. Selecting the inspections I wanted performed (4 point, wind mitigation, termite and general) and scheduling the appointment was super easy and all done online.Robert performed our inspection and I can not say enough good things about him. Not only did he show up on time (a rare thing for any service in South Florida) but, he was early and had already started his inspection when we arrived... impressive. Robert is a local guy so he knows what to potential, uniquely Miami problems to be on the look out for. He was extremely thorough and detailed. I am sure other inspectors would not have discovered some of the potential problems found by Robert. He even discovered a wiring issue inside the main electrical panel by inspecting the insulation- a very keen eye. As a bonus he took photos to document the entire inspection to go along with his report. Robert discussed his major findings and recommendations there on site. The final report was sent via email very early the next morning. Extremely detailed, but easy to understand. It even included cost estimates for the recommended repairs. My homeowners insurance agent even commented This is a good report Robert and AccuPro saved me $$ because we were able to amend our sales contract and have the seller pay for needed repairs that were uncovered during the inspection.Bottom line is, AccuPro is worth the cost. If you go cheap on your inspection, you run the risk of spending your savings and more on home repairs later.
INITIAL REVIEW: AccuPro provided prompt and professional service, and precise information! I made an appointment for an inspection online, and in less than 36 hours, Mr. Sean Murphy performed the inspection. He was on time and extremely thorough. A mere 6 hours after the appointment time, I received an e-mail containing the entire 44-page report! It was very easy to follow, complete with useful notes, charts, pictures, arrows, and items of concern circled in red. Count me as another fully satisfied customer! Mr. Murphys attention to detail saved me from investing in a probable nightmare...and I will use AccuPro the next time that I consider buying a condo.MODIFIED REVIEW: AccuPro lost 2 stars in my rating, and lost my business. Reason: a poor demonstration of customer loyalty. I called 6 days after my first inspection to schedule another one (based on the first report, I backed out of purchasing that condo...and found a different condo of interest). AccuPro attempted to charge me more than I paid for the 1st inspection! Lo and behold, company president Robert Shoenfelt has just increased his rates. Rather than offering me a slight discount on my first fee, or, at the very least, honoring the same price I paid 6 days prior, he offered me a slight discount on the new, higher rate -- which still totaled more than last weeks regular price! Apparently, he doesnt feel the need to keep me as a customer.
Since there seemed to be some confusion about my appreciation for the services provided by Accupro inspection services. i want to write a detailed review of how great their services were. As an agent and homeowner i have never received better services from an inspection company. Not only they are the kindest in taking their time to explain everything in detail, they also are on time and have very good prices, they take their time to do the inspection in details.their reports come very detailed with pictures and range of prices for repairs.They were able to accommodate my needs and it was easy to have an appointment fast as i had only 4 days as an inspection period.they as well refer you someone if needed for seawall inspection and other services. WOW...Robert and AccuPro were absolutely the BEST. Very thorough inspection detailing everything you could hope for. My home supposedly was built in 86 however country records showed 85 which meant I needed a 4 point inspection. When one issue came up Robert personally called me to rectify it. Very professional and easy to deal with. Quick appointments and showing up on time!! Very rare in South Florida. Highly recommended.!!!!
I called AccuPro because their reviews on Yelp. They were very nice and efficient throughout the process. The person who met up with the inspector was very pleased with how professional AccuPro was. And the report came back within a day.The only thing I would’ve appreciated was them going to the attic. We didn’t have access to the attic when the inspector cane but could have arranged it. I wish they would’ve advised me because they were aware that it was a condo.

We strongly recommend AccuPro. Our home inspection performed by Robert from AccuPro gave us crucial information on the house we wanted to buy. Robert discovered issues that a previous inspector from another company overlooked, specifically issues with the roof. It turned out that the roof needed a complete replacement because it was leaking in multiple places. The owner was surprised because the previous inspection company gave the roof a passing grade with no repairs needed - their report was very basic compared to what Robert provided. I found this company searching on-line with no other references than the customer review. I can tell you with confidence, if you are looking for a professional and accurate Home inspection, here you have the solution. Mr. Shoenfelt will show up first with the history of the house that no even the owner may has; then, he does a deep scan on everything and goes from the foundation to the top of the roof. The report came up within 24 hours with enough pictures to see all the details he is referring in the place he went during the visit that you did not even noticed. The price may be is quite different than competitors, but it is worthy.

We hired Rob Shoenfelt at Accu Pro to do a full home inspection when we bought our house about two years ago. Working with him was a pleasure. His scheduler answered the phone immediately, and he called us back personally right away. We needed the inspection done on short notice because of a quick closing date, and he accommodated our needs. He showed up on time and was exceptionally professional and thorough. We have had several home inspections done around the country, and Rob was the easiest to work with, the most professional, and his report was by far the most objective and thorough. (If your real estate agent suggests an inspector, watch out! Many of them are not objective because they want to stay in the good graces of realtors. Hire Rob instead!). The house has worked out just as Rob predicted - no major unforeseen maintenance issues.Rob has also been extremely valuable to us in a different capacity. Recently, we decided to put impact windows in our home, and we had all sorts of trouble with finding good, reliable window contractors in Miami. The company we ultimately used had many delays, and it turned out that we could not be in town for all parts of the installation, and we sort of lost confidence in the contractor. I called Rob to see if he could look over their shoulder and make sure everything was done correctly.As before, he was fantastic. First, he answered my email within minutes and remembered who we were. He went to the house the very next day, when the final trim work was being done, and looked around both inside and outside. He gave us peace of mind my letting us know that the contractor was doing a good job, and he offered to go back to the house when they finished to make sure the last phase of installation went smoothly. His price for doing all this was extremely reasonable, and his work allowed us to feel comfortable with the window installation even though we couldnt see the final result in person. We are so grateful for Robs help and plan to have him inspect any major projects in the future.

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the staff was professional. Best price found after searching for alternatives. What took the service to a new level was the inspector Mr.Murphy, Sean; he was very knowledgeable. He was on site early and had already started the inspection prior to my arrival. He was very detailed and took the time to explain every finding and different options to resolve the issue. Robert is very professional, and thorough. He performed a four point, and mold inspection for us. I felt like he cared about about the inspection; he really takes pride in his work. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on what to do for things around the house. He also has very pleasant easy going attitude. I am giving 1 star because I liked the ease of ordering my inspections online, and they were performed on the date scheduled. However there were problems with a couple of things not being included in the report, specifically estimates for items recommended for repair or replace. Second of all, my initial inspection was $420. I thought that sounded high, but I was in another state trying to find someone quickly online so that I could close on my property on time. My insurance agent requested a wind mitigation report, which basically describes the roof and home openings. Even though this was not fully inspected because the property has a mansard type roof without attic access, I was charged over $100 for this report. Finally, my insurance agent, who will be reviewed later, requested a roof certification form. I spoke to the company and explained that I had just paid $525 for a home inspection and wind mitigation report that is supposed to include a roof inspection, and I asked them if they could fill out this form based on the inspection done. I was informed this would be another $200. I called someone I had met here and got another recommendation for a home inspector. They would have to send out someone to do another inspection in order to complete the form for me, and their fee was only $85. Needless to say, I feel that I was seriously overcharged by this company, and I would never use them again.

I had a great overall experience with AccuPro: from initial booking of the inspection with the front office, to the inspection itself (which I was not able to attend but the sellers agent was), next day delivery of the comprehensive inspection report to the post-inspection follow up call to further discuss issues raised in the report.Each person I interacted with was courteous and genuinely attentive to my concerns - something you dont find often these days.Although I was not present, the sellers agent was surprised at the attention to detail with which the inspector Sean carried out the survey. To cite an example, I was concerned about an uneven ground floor - Sean put on his goggles, took his flash light, and crawled under the crawlspace of the ground floor apartment to check the wooden joists for moisture and also examine the concrete foundations for subsidence, and providing pictures of such in the report, as well as identifying the probable cause. The Sellers agent said that he was substantially impressed. I myself had a twenty minute post-inspection phone call with Sean who clarified issues in the report that I did not understand fully which helped me to better appreciate the true condition of the condo that I was considering purchasing.An inspection is an important part of a house purchase and its important to have confidence in the inspection report. Very pleased with the inspector. He took his time and found some hidden issues including one small leak. He was also knowledgable with possible ways to fix the issues and how to address other concerns. The only thing I would say was the estimates on the report seemed extremely high on some and very low on others. I had to call contractors to get more accuracy estimates but was able to get some credit from the sellers in the end.
Hands down worth every penny. Robert was outstanding not only as an inspector but a person as well. We had a conversation before hand that made me feel comfortable right away. This is my first review ever so that should be enough said thanks agian Robert.
Just used AccuPro for a house we were buying. An older house (~40 years old) with a pool, three A/Cs, solar pool heating, a fireplace, and five different roof lines (two of them were flat roofs. So, complicated, and a lot of things that could be issues and need repair. Rob came out and led the inspection, and brought another inspector with him, as well as a separate termite inspector. So, not just some guy showing up by himself trying to do everything. It was very thorough, and the report had lots of pictures to support their findings. They even had a special thermal x-ray type camera that can detect where there are leaks or insulation issues. Money well-spent ensuring everything was squared away and identifying issues that we could negotiate with the sellers for repair.
Robert took time to explain every single item he thought was relevant for us to inquire and know about. We asked a million questions and got answers to everything. He was honest and transparent. Spoke to him afterwards to go over additional items he had listed on the report. Highly recommend.

Great experience! When the inspector Sean arrived the unit owner had not turned on the electricity so we rescheduled for later in the week. About 15 minutes after the inspector left the electricity came on. I called the office and the inspector immediately came back to do the inspection. Cant thank him enough!

First and foremost, AccuPro is fantastic. We fell in love with a home and as it happened our buyers agent was the same as the sellers agent. Robert (from AccuPro) caught on right away and put the agent in his place right away, not to be persuaded by anyone. Inch by inch Robert (as I can only assume everyone from the company does) inspected the entire property. Fulfilling every request we had and going so far beyond....every crack on the patio, uneven pavement, misplaced dust on the wall...they catch it all. I am meticulous and before I could even question something, there was an answer waiting for me (BECAUSE he had already checked that part of the property). If you want a company that goes above and beyond go with this company. Ask them for our number as a reference!!

2011-08-30I just recently had my home inspected by Robert and I am very glad that I chose Accupro for my home inspection. From their website, to the friendly staff that books your appointment, to the actual inspection itself, Accupro is very professional and has a level of customer service which is very hard to find these days. I was impressed with how easy it was to make an appointment and how I received an email confirmation minutes after speaking with Amanda at the office. The inspection itself was very thorough and I received a very detailed and easy to understand report with a lot of helpful information which goes beyond the scope of a standard home inspection. I was able to tag along with Robert and watch him inspect the home as well as have my questions answered and see first hand any issues with the home as he found them. 2014-03-20On 3/4 I had Robert perform a home inspection and wind mitigation inspection on a home that I am purchasing. The experience has been the best Ive ever had when dealing with any professional service. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He is very prompt. I arrived about 2 minutes before our scheduled time and he was already on site. The inspection he performed was VERY thorough and detailed. Robert is very informative and explains everything he sees and finds with you along the way. He even has an expensive piece of equipment that is capable of seeing behind the walls and ceiling. It detects temperature changes that can be indicators of moisture caused by potential leaks. After the inspection was complete he once again went over his findings with me and let me know which ones should be addressed immediately etc. The next morning at 9am I had the report delivered to my email inbox, great turnaround time! I had some more questions later with regards to the hurricane shutters on the home and he was more than willing to research and get back to me. The report that he provides via PDF is very detailed and provides a great explanation of all that needs to be repaired with very good repair cost estimates. 2015-11-05Our experience with AccuPro was top notch! Robert was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. Not only was he thorough with his inspection, but he took his time explaining the process to us. The BEST part about our experience was how Robert made absolutely certain that the mold remediation job was done correctly. The company we used to eradicate our mold attempted to get by with the minimum....but not under Roberts watch! He came out three different times before he passed their efforts. Robert and AccuPro hold high standards, which is of the utmost importance to us when it comes to removing mold. Furthermore, Robert would accommodate our busy work schedules, come out early mornings, and was always punctual. 100% would recommend Robert and AccuPro to anyone looking for quality inspection services.

2017-05-31Everything from the scheduling to the inspection went perfectly. We had a few hurdles in scheduling (on my end) that Accupro helped deal with in one phone call with no added cost or hardship. With regards to the inspection, Robert was professional, thorough, and quite helpful. He found a problem that would be disqualifying for home insurance and immediately talked through how to deal with the issue and move forward without it seriously affecting the sale. This calming influence alone was ridiculously helpful but to then offer insights into additional repair work and provide basic estimates of repair costs made the process so simple. As a first time home buyer, I cannot put a price on his quality of service; if I could, it would certainly be more than I paid! The full report (with addenda) came in less than 24 hours and was extremely well compiled and simple to navigate. I have nothing but positive to say about the company and its wonderful employees and I will continue to call Robert and Accupro whenever the need arises.

2014-08-12From the moment I call for a quote to end I received an excellent customer services. Robert (Inspector) showed up to the home right on time and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my silly questions as a first time home buyer. During the inspection, Robert pulled me aside a few times to show me his findings and offer suggestions.
