Jeremy was very professional and thorough. He went over the whole inspection with pictures, explained everything in detail and made recommendations for maintenance and repairs. I received a detailed report with pictures by email. I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections.

Joshua was on time, and incredibly thorough. While slated for a two hour appointment, he asked if we could stay a little longer in order to check out two particular things. At the end, we received a PowerPoint presentation of our home and the potential issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the brands of our new home appliances (interior and exterior) and followed up with a thank you text to us later that evening. We woke up to a 52 page, comprehensive report and emails about if and how he and his company could help further. Absolutely 5-star worthy.

Very professional and the inspector took the time and attention to detail to look carefully for some of old, faded miami-dade certification stickers so that we got the full wind mitigation credits we deserved for those materials. Inspector was half hour ahead of schedule, and we got along well. Covered all points and clarified what would be detailed in report. Overall, more smooth than I anticipated, and Id give an A+ for efficiency and technical knowledge.
Referred by realtor and they inspected my townhome and did NOT inspect the roof whatsoever, not a ladder or a drone. Had to ask them to go back. Also, they did not flush the toilets to test them or they would have found a leaky toilet in the upstairs which could be detrimental. Lastly, they did not mention the master shower needing to be re-caulked and is leaking on sides of shower door and has been for a while because the paint and sheetrock below it is eaten away by the water. We had a plumber come and say the toilet had been leaking for a while and had the inspector flushed would have seen this, also needed to be replaced due to a crack in the porcelain where the tank and toilet meet and it was leaking from a second location on the water feed line. I emailed Accurate Homes and told them this and he said I had a 90 day warranty and they only do repairs and to submit a claim trying to deflect his companys errors. Had I known about the toilet issue during the inspection period I could have negotiated that and not had to pay for it...

Are there really companies out there anymore who give excellent customer service on the customers tight timeline? Yes, these guys do! We needed an inspection the week of Christmas which they did for us in a matter of days of our initial call to them. Dan Fox was extremely thorough and efficient. He took time showing us the many pictures he took and explained everything in terms we could understand. Dan is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Scott was on time, professional and very thorough. We had moved into our new build a few weeks ago and when we had gone through our 30 day punch list and found a plethora of issues we decided to enlist a third party to inspect our home. Scott found additional issues that even we missed due to lack of knowledge on some items. Some turned out to be serious or could be serious if unattended. Very thorough and detailed; caught many things I missed. Minor things I wouldnt have been looking for were pointed out; maintenance needs that were only tangentially related to the condition were made plain. Im very happy with their detailed report and would highly recommend them to a new buyer in the area. My insurance required the inspection but Id already qualified the contract to say I would pay the list price no matter what the inspection found. So I was obviously on pins and needles waiting for their report. After seeing it, Im confident they are top notch and would certainly use them again.

I was not able to attend but from my realtor, the inspector was on time, respectful, and informative. They offer competitive rates with guarantees of their report for X amount of years(cant find my note on it). You cant ask for much more than that. I received my report only a few minutes later than the time I was told, but whats 10 minutes? I would definitely use them again.

My inspection agent was extremely thorough in the inspection of my new home. He left no stone unturned from top to bottom, inside and outside! Because I live in another state at the time of the inspection, he and my agent used a video call so I could walk through with the agent for much of the inspection as he informed me of his findings. I am extremely pleased with the work the inspection agent did on my behalf. As a consumer, it is a wonderful thing to find an organization who can and will do exactly what they say they can!!! And Accurate offers bonus services for free, you cant beat that!! I am very confident in their ability to inspect any home thoroughly and I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking the truth on their new home purchase before buying. They found some things for me that sent me back to the negotiating table to be worked out. Just an FYI - I am not a bot or a paid writer of reviews, I am a real consumer and did use Accurate on August 27, 2021 for my new home in Fort Pierce and I still live in PA until my settlement next month.

Kyle and Peter were great! They explained everything they were going to do when they first came. They told me that they would go over it all when they completed their inspection and then would send a report, with pictures for me to use when contacting my builder.They explained all the pictures that they took and advised me on which of the items they found were not a concern, what I can do on my own to maintain some, and why I needed to address others.It was worth every penny!

I am a believer in you get what you pay for and when buying a home, an accurate inspection is #1 priority. You can cut corners in other places however the buying decision is mainly based on the inspection report. Never had a problem with Accurate Home Inspections and we use and see the quality of their reports all the time in our Insurance business. They are are go-to inspectors!

I originally used this company to inspect my home when I bought it several years ago. They did a great job, so when I needed to get an updated 4-point inspection for my insurance I called them. They set up an appointment and showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and emailed me the report that same evening.
They did a full inspection including wind mitigation for a house we are purchasing. A very professional company. The phone was answered and I spoke with an actual person; I got a quote within minutes and they were able to do the inspection that same week. The word accurate in this companies name is right on point. I had a manufactured home inspection along with a 4 point inspection for insurance purposes. I was very impressed with the reports provided, they were easy to read and very detailed with photos included. I received the reports later on the day of service. The inspector, a very pleasant man, was very thorough answering any questions I had. I am thankful a friend recommended this company to have these inspections done. Had I not, I would have paid too much for the home afterward, leaving me with thousands in repairs. The reports gave me great renegotiating power with my offer. He went right to work, asked appropriate questions on functionality of equipment, conducted a wind mitigation report and a pest inspection. He did not add an opinion on anything in the home. A thorough home inspection also including wind mitigation, pest, pool and septic system was performed for a home that we are in the process of purchasing. The primary inspector, Josh, was very thorough and generous with his time in answering our questions and helping us to understand what he was doing and the resulting findings. The other inspectors were also helpful with advice and courteous. We are pleased with the service.

I just want to say that I was a bit nervous going into the home inspection because of previous experience with other home inspections, but Colin the young gentleman that showed up was very polite and knowledgeable. The inspection took a little while but in a good way he was very descriptive whenever he was walking through the house, there was never a time when I didnt know what he was looking at and if it was done correctly or needed some necessary repairs. Colin was on top of it his vast knowledge of everything was relaxing cause you knew that he took pride in what he does and makes sure hes up to par with current standards the guy knew everything there was to know about plumbing, carpentry, roofing, electrical. I would definitely recommend using these guys especially Colin. The price was well worth the quality.
I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Kerrie updated me when my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a double booking. Kerrie was courteous and helpful. I was able to reschedule my wind mitigation inspection by Josh the same day that I returned her call. Josh was respectful and efficient. He told me that I would get his report later that day and I did get it just as he said.
Your inspector was prompt . He was knowledgeable and explained the process. Went to work identifying the various defects with the apartment. It as a good decision to take advantage of you service.

Great Company that did our initial home inspection and wind mitigation. After a few years we made some changes and while I was changing insurance companies, we decided to update our Wind Mitigation Report to reduce our Home insurance Cost. When I called, they had our records and they showed up the same afternoon and the report was back to me and the insurance company by end of business that day. I would use them again

Accurate Home Inspections of South Florida was wonderful. I called on a Friday afternoon to get a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection done for my home. They were able to schedule the inspection for the following Monday morning. The inspector, Colin was at my house early on Monday and got to work right away. By that afternoon I had my inspection reports, (it would have been even earlier but, he had to wait on me to provide him with additional documents from my roof permit). The pricing for the services was incredibly fair especially taking in to the quality of the job done and the expedience of the time in which it happened.
Scott and his team are very polite and professional and they did a great, thorough job on our 11 month inspection. I highly recommend them for your inspections as it is one of the most important steps in your home buying experience.
Accurate performed a very thorough inspection of a home prior to our purchase. I was very impressed with Scott, Colin and Justin (pool inspection). They did an exhaustive inspection and informed me afterwards with multiple pictures of any problem areas. I know what minor issues (non-working GFI’s) I need fixed as well as more major issues (roof tiles)which may be problematic in the future. These three professionals are impressive!

We needed to get a new wind inspection for our home owners insurance. I called one company and they canceled day of so I was looking for someone else. Accurate home inspection came recommend from someone I know. I called them first thing in the morning thinking they aren’t open yet but someone will call me back. Much to my surprise someone answered at 7am and helped me schedule something. I wasn’t in a hurry so we pushed it out a week to accommodate my schedule. They came out on a Saturday at 11:30 which was my scheduled time and date. The inspection was done in 30 minutes just like I was told. Easy, fast, and reasonable. What else could you ask for.

When calling around for quotes, Scott from Accurate Home Inspections of South Florida was the only person who took the time to explain the process and what to expect from a home inspection (this was my first time purchasing a home) and explained in detail the price layout. We had them do an buyers house inspection, found them to be very through while checking the house over. We were very satisfied with the helpful hits provided as well as the advise on which repairs should be done. In the end it saved us some money as the seller agreed to help offset some of the expenses.

I arrived about 15 minutes earlier than the appointed time for my home inspection, a requirement of my lender. Scott Keiper, the owner of Accurate Home Inspections of South Florida, and his employee were already there.We were unable to get into the house because it was locked. But that didnt stop Scott and his helper. As soon as they identified me as the buyer, they started inspecting the outside, starting with the roof.Sometime after the realtor and I talked, walked around, made comments, made phone calls, listened to broadcasts, etc., the inspectors came in and proceeded inspecting the interior.I thought everything was taking too long and was starting to become impatient, but when Scott finished and briefed me on his findings, I was impressed with how thorough the inspection was, and astounded by how much the realtor and I missed.The pictures and written report were even more impressive.The issues were not major. The recommended mitigations would cost the seller a few hundred dollars. But for me, after a few years of owning the house, those issues could become major problems, costing thousands and major headaches. Im glad I had it done. For me, they have been like the name Accurate:) As an agent to be on the safe side I think Buyers should hire their own inspector based off of reviews to keep everyone honest and to protect your investment. If your agent recommends a company just check them out online before you hire them. That is how I found this company not living in the area. Like they say Buyer Beware. A good home inspection is asset protection and well worth the money in my opinion

2022-06-21We have used Accurate Home Inspections twice recently. They provide a very thorough and accurate inspection. Any issues that are found are clearly explained immediately after the inspection is completed. The written report becomes available within a few hours. This is a great asset for the home buyer, you will get a detailed list of items you need to address now or in the near future, to make your home solid.

2022-05-28We are purchasing a home that we have been leasing for the past 3 years. We thought we had a pretty good idea of the condition of the home and hired Accurate Inspections as a matter of course without expecting to learn much. Well, today we learned about the value of a good home inspection. Accurate found several thousand dollars of required repairs that we would not have know about including subterranean termites! Now the owner will be making these repairs prior to closing and we will be purchasing a home warranty as additional insurance. Accurate was prompt, professional and thorough and we are better of having used them. We highly recommend their services and will be thanking our friend for referring them!

2022-08-20We used Accurate Home Inspections this week for a home inspection and four point wind mitigation. From the first phone call they were professional, prompt, experienced, helpful and kind. 2022-09-14Painless, Easy and affordable compared to other places. They only charged me $125 for 4 point inspection required by my homeowners insurance. Other company was quoting me $200 for Exact inspection. So I chose Accurate Home Inspections, didnt regret it they were on time if not sooner if I remember correctly... after he called me and said he finished his other job early so it was a win win for both of us... did the job that was it. Will use them again and refer to anyone who needs. Awesome little drone flew over my roof for my pictures and everything. Legit Company 100%

2022-09-09I have not purchased a home in over a decade, and I took the advice of my agent and reached out to Scott at Accurate Home Inspection. I know in a real estate transaction, time is essential. They were able to visit the property and present me with a complete and detailed inspection within less than a week. I did shop around on pricing, and Accurate Home Inspection gave me a fair and reliable price and didnt try to upsell me on reports I did not need.I would highly recommend them to assist in any real estate transaction.

2022-06-09A representative from Accurate Home Inspections had to go to the house I was purchasing on 3 separate occasions due to my mortgage lender not being very specific as to what was required of them. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped to make my home buying experience less stressful than it could’ve been. I cannot recommend them enough!

2022-07-10For the most part this was a good experience. I had a Josh K. As my primary home inspector. He was very good, professional, and answered all my questions concisely and understandable. He was very thorough and documented everything he found with lots of pictures. He is a very valuable asset to this company. On the other hand.... The pool inspector Justin M. Was a different story. He was very disorganized. If I had not been at the inspection and asked questions, the final report would have been worthless. Also while he was doing the inspection, he was trying to sell me on the repairs instead of being indifferent and informing me of potential issues. This seems like an extreme conflict of interest. I hope they discontinue using this pool inspector.If it was not for the pool inspector, this would be a 5/5 experience.

2022-06-04Not a good experience. First time home buyer. My real estate agent insisted on this company because in her words she has a professional relationship with them. Make of that what you will. From the beginning I began to get multiple emails about additional services. Big upsell. Told them to stop and they did not.Prices are not revealed on their website. When I questioned this, the owner threatened to take the so called discount back! Horrible customer service. The home inspector was professional and pleasant but made errors on the report requiring corrections. I asked that the inspection report be sent for me first to review before being sent to my real estate agent. Since I paid for it, that was up to me. The agent was informed that I told them not to release the report to her, when I didnt say thatNot trustworthy, bad customer service, problematic inspection report. I am just furious and no recourse. They arent interested in making this right.
