What a great place! I am not particularly fond of the car buying process, so I came into it with a bit of a negative outlook. I brought my friend in because she wanted an ILX. She was also very skeptical about the buying process. We were INSTANTLY greeted and attended to. Our sales consultant was Rodney. He was very professional, and an absolute gentleman. He was very detailed and attentive to all of our needs. He was patient and took his time. We never once felt rushed or hassled. This experience has definitely given me a different outlook on what it takes to buy a vehicle. My friend left with a lease on the car she wanted and at a great price. Thank you Acura of Pembroke Pines. Awesome job.
Honestly, I really don’t even know what star they deserve. Getting my lease was a good experience, the person that helped us (Joe) was very amicable, helpful and knew what we needed and wanted. Unfortunately, I had an incident with the car and I had to bring it for service. First, we go and explained what happened, the service person kind of helped us. He seemed very new and inexperienced but we said ok. We made an appointment to get my car fixed because the part needed to be ordered. I get there and at that moment he called my husband to tell him the part was not there. I was not happy this was not said prior my arrival. Anyways, I left and he said he will call to let us know when the part arrives. Days later no calls from this guy, we called several times and left messages and no response. One of the calls, we asked for the managers email, the lady/girl on the phone, extremely rude and impatient. We emailed the manager and we finally received a call with some explanation regarding the guy not answering us. Following week, the guy finally called us, made a new appointment, left the car, and got a loaner. Next day, we go pick up the car, and same lady that answered the phone, helped us and again, extremely rude with a lack of customer service. As now, the car is “fixed”. Will I get another Acura? Maybe. Will I get it from Acura if Pembroke Pines? I don’t know! It is my first time at this dealer, and as now, I am not satisfied with their customer service.
The most professional Car Dealer that I had ever met! I have been in the market for a car for the last month. Reputation proceeds this Dealer and was highly recommend by a friend.I have to say that Im positively impressed by the way that this Dealership is running the business.I just leased an Acura last week.Ask for Mr. Revees and Mr. Campbell.You wont be disappointed!!!
!!! BUYER BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY from them from another state !!!I dont know how this dealership is locally popular but as an out-of-state buyer I had the worst possible experience. I bought the car from California and they sent it to me with some nasty hard paint stains that wouldnt come off without entirely replacing the affected individual parts. The staff and salespeople were outright very rude when I called them and asked about it - even the general manager Larry told me on the phone that it was my headache and that they cannot help me, and that I have to fix the stuff myself.I am shocked this dealership never cared about the very car they sold to me. They only speak well with customers until the deal is done. They have completely failed to stand behind my purchase and embarrassed the Acura brand as a whole. Stay away and look elsewhere.
Acura at Pembroke Pines has an excellent staff, friendly, courteous, caring, and helpful. Wily Gutierrez in Sales, Cailo Torregroza in Financial and Gilbert in Insurance made it a pleasant experience. Oh, and a shout out to Olivia Garcia of the dealerships automated system. Great ones and zeros, kid!
Very bad treatment. the managers are extremely unfavorable, despotic and very bad service. They dont know how to be considerate. You arrive at the place and apparently everything is very good; but beware that in the end they end up against you. Be careful not to be fooled.
My car needed some mechanic and body work. My experience was excellent! The staff at Acura of Pembroke Pines is the best of the best! All the staff treated my car like it was their own! The attention to detail they gave my car was amazing! The staff is passionate about the brand! The mechanics are so knowledgeable about Honda’s/ Acura’s. Brian in their paint department painted my car better than the factory . Jordan was super helpful kept me up to date with cars progress. My 12 year old Acura looks and runs like it was bought off the lot yesterday! When I picked up my car everyone from the shop came to hand off the car to me! I could tell they genuinely cared about the car and cared what I thought of it! Everyone that works here is an Acura/Honda enthusiast! This is the most amazing staff I have seen in any type of business!
I found a truck on line that I was considering buying for my son. I had been looking for awhile and the used car buying process had not been the best. I have educated myself a great deal and I know a good deal when I see one and I can see through the BS that most car sales people try to give. My daughter and I went to Acura of Pembroke Pines on my way to work because honestly, I was not really planning on buying the truck even through it seemed like a good deal because in the past, what seemed like a good deal on line, usually turned out to be a scam with lots of additional fees and conditions. I met with the sales man I spoke to on the phone, Sean, and he was professional, friendly, honest and down to earth. There were no hidden fees or conditions and Sean did not use any high pressure tactics. The manager, Scott, then came and greeted us and once again, he was a very nice, professional and down to earth. The truck was nice and in great shape and we took it for a ride.... Darn it! I knew it was a great deal. I was hesitant to commit to buying it yet and I explained why. Sean and Scott were very understanding and did not push me at all. After discussing it with my husband, I felt good about my discussion to not let this great deal go. The customer service at Acura of Pembroke Pines was amazing! The paperwork was organized and streamlined and I was done in no time! The whole process felt like I was dealing with trusted old friends... I have bought many cars over the last 30 years and by far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had!
CROOKS! They engage in illegal BAIT & SWITCH and other shady sales tactics! Beware!! Do NOT ever buy a car from Acura of Pembroke Pines!!! Go to another dealer. Heres our horrible experience with them in June, 2019 (pictures attached):Weve been looking for either a low mi. used or CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec for our daughter; been looking online for months and seeing the values/prices decrease over time since the new model year, 2020s are already at Acura dealerships now. The vehicle has an MSRP of $45k-$46k but there are CPO and used ones all over the US for $37k-$41k.We went to the Acura of Pembroke Pines website and CarGurus website and noticed a few New 2019s still available according to their website and CarGurus. So, we inquired about them and sent an e-mail through CarGurus, asking how much off for one of the brand new (left-over since it arrived in the Fall, 2018) 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec (specifically the white exterior / black interior). It was just a few minutes that we received an e-mail back from Anthony Morales - part of the Acura of Pembroke Pines Internet Sales Team, who simply e-mailed back saying $40,100 (see picture). Okay then, that makes sense as theyre trying to get rid of the left over 2019s since they already have the 2020s on the lot which theyre trying to sell as well. So, we rushed down to the dealership and since Anthony was busy, we saw another Internet sales team guy, Ryan Reeves.To our surprise, Ryan informed us that Anthony was mistaken and that price wasnt for a brand new one (as it showed on their website); they claimed they didnt know why one of their Internet sales team members was so confused and where he got that amount. Then, Ryan went to go speak with the GSM (Gen Sales Mgr) and came back after about 15min. saying he had great news...in 1 week, they were expecting a slightly used untitled RDX SH-AWD A-Spec that just happened to be used ONLY by the dealerships owner (or wife or other family member in Utah)...but only for < 800 mi. and we could buy that one for $39,500 with some accessories thrown in at no charge since they had made a mistake before on our new vehicle inquiry. They mentioned that because it was never titled, it couldnt be CPOd and had to be sold as a new vehicle. Sounded a bit fishy, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt, although we expected further details from the Sales Mgr. But Dino, the Sales Mgr never had the guts to come outside his fishbowl office to meet us and explain.After we left the dealership, we confirmed with Ryan that the vehicle was in fact coming into the dealership the following week, BUT he had another couple BIG SURPRISES for us...that they cannot sell it for $39,500 AND it DIDNT have < 800 mi. on it; it actually had >6,300 mi. on it and had huge gauges/scrapes on the lower drivers door (see picture) AND they wanted to sell it for $41,000 and not a penny less!!!!!! So, not only did they renege on our deal but theyre actually trying to sell a very USED car as a new car with a lot of miles and body damage!!!! And again, to be clear, its LAST YEARS Model used > 6,300 mi. as a demo by the dealership owners wife or other family member and it was involved in a small accident and has an MSRP of $46k and theyre trying to sell it as a NEW vehicle (not even Certified Pre-Owned) for $41k? Excuse me?And, to top it all off, theyre now claiming they dont have any left-over 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec vehicles left in stock, even though their website still shows 2 in stock.Exactly WHAT KIND of ILLEGAL RACKET is occurring at Acura of Pembroke Pines? Weve contacted our attorney AND the Florida Attorney Generals Office to investigate. Caveat Emptor! Let the Buyer Beware!!! Stay Away from Acura of Pembroke Pines!!!! :(
This is the third vehicle I purchase with Acura of Pembroke Pines and as always they never disappoint. It was a great experience. I worked with two representatives from the Sales Department, Sean Bradford and Anthony Morales. It was a fantastic experience with both of them. The General Sales Manager Dino also played a big role in working out my deal. He not only made the deal happen but was able to locate my vehicle as well. Mr. Doug Campbell processed my financing for the second time and its always been a pleasure. I recently made a purchased after a 4-hour drive and was very pleased with Sales manager Scott who put together a pretty good deal for the purchase and trade in. Scott was very friendly, polite, personable and reasonable with what he put together for the sale. Due to my late arrival, the safety inspection had to be performed a couple of weeks later. So, I took another 4-hour drive to have that processed. There was a major hiccup which was very unpleasing, but I had to chalk that up to our salesman who was unsympathetic, unapologetic and a liar. With all that being said, I still have to give the sales experience two thumbs up because of Scott.
Many of you read my reviews and know that I bring the truth!! Acura of Pembroke Pines delivered on the car buying experience. I’m so happy to be doing this review!!Theresa was knowledgeable and kind. Sales manager and finance was quick and painless. No haggling needed. Just real numbers that made sense the first time !!! I added accessories and it’s all so easy. I’m in the loaner now and it was all so quick! I get a new lease every 3 year. It’s supposed to be more difficult than all of this was :). Smiles all the way.I’m already anticipating the next car with these guys. Love my MDX technology BTW :).
Excellent experience w/Acura of Pembroke Pines, starting with Olivia Garcia, who initially reached out to me after my inquiry. She was joined in by a tag team of professionals to assist me in finding the vehicle I was inquiring about. Dave Campbell followed up and worked to make the purchase and trade in as easy as possible, to include making videos, inspections, and identifying various options considering I am not local. So kudos to the Acura team!
Horrible customer service!!!!!!! On Saturday we took delivery of our Acura with a appointment and everything. We showed up just on time and our sales man was no where to be found. After finally getting help they let us leave WITHOUT giving us any registration or lease agreements.....we then went back to pick up all the papers and now our sales man finally wants to talk to us. He then tells us that we need to pay $500 right now because we weren’t approved for a discount. Although he told us we were approved before signing all the papers... there are also little thing which I didn’t add but my experience was very unprofessional!! I felt like I just bought a car off a private seller!
All I can say I had amazing experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines!!! Ron Comrie what an amazing salesman. He had such class and awesome spirit. He helped picked out my first car 2015 Acura MDX!! I thank you so much for finding the best car for my family and I!! Thank you again and God bless!! 😊

From the beginning to the ending of our visit we were welcomed, felt comfortable and most of all treated with above and beyond courtesy and professionalism!!! this is the ONE AND ONLY dealer that I can write a five star review on. From the sales man, to managers, insurance agent they were all EXCEPTIONAL! this is the way a dealer needs to be. They wanted their sale and worked with my husband and I in the most understanding and respectable way we have ever been treated at a dealer EVER! I bought my first Acura and Im very happy with the service at this location. Look for David Campbell, he is great! he sent me a quick video of the car I want it before I went to the dealer. Hes very professional (not a pushy sales person..yikes) and funny!. He helped me reach the price I was looking for. Also, look for Olivia Garcia (insurance agent at the dealership) she was able to help me with the car insurance transfer and got a better deal.
Be careful buying a used car without warranty. Check engine light turned on 24 hrs after purchasing car with a $3500 repair bill Fun times! Management does not email or return calls. Great business ethics. ECU was allegedly reset before picking up car. Next time just buy from a junk yard at least they will be honest.
Really quick process, great prices, and an amazing staff who helped me through the full process. Olivia García, David Gomez, Sam Nelson, and Douglas Campbell, went far and beyond of getting me the car, service and deal I wanted. I feel really happy with my car purchase.They also have an insurance agent on premises who helped ensure that my vehicle was properly insured before leaving the lot and also that I was paying the best rate possible. I had the pleasure of working with Jan. I went in just to look around because the car that I originally wanted was a Lexus. Jan listened to all of my needs and was able to top them. Such a smooth transaction and process. I recommend anyone who is looking to get a new car to ask for Jan. He isn’t pushy like every other car salesman and will listen to what you’re looking for and find it for you. I never even went to Lexus and ended up leasing the Acura ILX. I went to drop my car off for maintenance today. Aside from maintenance, I asked for an oil change, to patch my rear driver tire, since it has a nail in it, and to check my brake system because my car keeps giving me an alert saying electric brake problem. Aside from the alert, my car has shut off on me twice while parking and going through a drive thru, while giving me the same alert. I spoke to the staff on the phone and they assured me that my back tire was fine and they did not patch it, which I though was strange since I have to fill it with air every morning. Regardless, I did not argue about it. When I picked up my car, I found the nail in the tire within 30 seconds of inspecting it. I am upset because if they were unable to find the nail in my tire, how well did they really inspect my car? After I left, while on the highway, my car gave me the same alert again electric brake problem. Maybe the alert is not accurate, but at this point, I am concerned about my safety while driving my vehicle since they couldnt even remove a nail and patch my tire. At least my oil was changed. Or was it?
This dealership is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of existence on this planet. Leadership (Dino Liebro), Sales (Anthony Morales), Finance and Service are all outstanding. Also thank you to Olivia Garcia for your timely follow up on my experience with this dealership.
I left the dealer last Saturday very disappointed with the sales manager Nelson. He just wanted to put me in a vehicle paying $250 more than what I pay now for my Acura for the same vehicle model just 2021 versus mine 2020. When he saw that I just wanted to see all options to get service for my current lease. He disconnected from me. Not acceptable to treat people like that when I am an active customer of the brand. I don’t ever want to go there to see Mr Nelson ever again.
One of my worst experiences trying to lease a new Acura. Ive owned Acura since I was 16 years old and never thought I would go to a different car manufacturer. This experience forced me to lease a new Lexus on the very same day. Absolutely gutted for driving a car thats not an Acura but I was left with no choice. Hopefully your customer service will improve and I will get into an Acura again in the future.
Beware of buy a used car from Acura of Pembroke Pines They tell you all you want to hear and they are all lies . We made a deal with the salesman and then went to the finance department. That’s where the lying started . First they had to charge a large amount of money for new tags and we were leaving and the salesman came to get us back and they lowered the amount to what we all could agree upon. They said tags will be here in two weeks Needless to say they said they would call and they did not We had to call them. Now they wanted another 189 more for the tag just like they told us when we walked out. So you see they get you to sign all papers knowing they will screw you when you get your new tags. Watch out. Don’t go to this dealer. There are many other Acura dealers around. Find that is trustworthy
This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Jan Gallego was incredible in helping me find my perfect car. He took care of my husband and I from start to finish. He was able to get us the best possible deal and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy! THANK YOU JAN!!!I also have to say, Camilo Torregroza and Gilberto Rivero were also fabulous to work with when it was time to close the deal!Pembroke Pines was quite a drive from where I live, however, after having the experience that I had buying my car, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I will certainly be telling all of my friends and family that this is where they need to go when buying their next car!
I was randomly searching online for a car that I was interested in and came across Acura MDX that was at Acura of Pembroke Pines.. I sent a price inquiry and Olivia Rodrigo responded promptly by sending me an email. Long story short…. I was connected to Jan Gallego who was very pleasant and ready to assist us with what we were looking for. The buying experience was very nice and everyone who assisted us were great.
Stay away from this dealership! Worst I have ever seen! I test drove a car I liked and we worked out the numbers and made me a good deal! To the point where I thought about buying it after the lease. The next day when it was ready to be picked up, I Started to realize some things were different so I read through the manual and I have a list of questions for my sales guy Anthony. Well I tried calling Anthony for a good 4 weeks and no he would not get back to me. Then I realized that no one has told me to come in to get my new tag and it was about to expire. Then I called his manager Gino in the middle and he said yeah I am here come in and let’s see what we can do. Well, I got there and they had a hard time setting me up with someone who knew about the car. He then set me up with a young kid who said to me oh you don’t have those features bc this is the base model. Which makes sense, it’s NOT the same car! This is not what we agreed on! we agreed on the car I drove which was the technology package, which Anthony failed to tell me. So Anthony decided to switch the car to a base model without me knowing, makes sense why he is avoiding me like the plague! Well when I talk to Gino he said let’s talk to Larry the GM and they told me it’s going to be 70 or 80 dollars more a month and I said I don’t think so. They said there is nothing they can do, well I said I am going to talk to my wife and we will talk about what actions to take from here. Well when I called him Gino said to me do whatever you have to do and HUNG up on me! That’s how they treat their customers! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
I visited this dealership last week looking for the MDX. Jan was the sales associate that assisted me. He mentioned he was new to the company, if he wouldn’t have mentioned that I would of not believe it. He is very knowledgeable of the features of the suv. He answered all my questions and I felt very please with his service. He kept in contact after the visit to keep me informed of the inventory coming in. I didn’t get that treatment at the other 4 dealerships I visited. That’s one of the reason why I came back to him and purchased my MDX from him.
Oliva Garcia assisted me last when I had to leave my car for some service, and she was really courteous and helpful in getting me in and out quickly. The staff I dealt with on this last visit to Acura of Pembroke Pines was great, Id definitely visit them again. - Elias P.
We went to Acura Pembroke Pines to look for a car with/for our son.....he did not get one this time but my husband and I each bought a new car! I got the RDX and my husband got the TLX..Buying a car was actually a very pleasant experience. Mike, Theresa and Scott helped get us everything we wanted!.Thank you all so very much!
First I would like to say how excited we were. From the deal and experience we got, from buying the car from Acura Of Pembroke Pines. Unfortunately we cannot say that experience lasted very long. This deal was “signed and delivered” on July 1st 2021. Everyday since the deal was done we’ve checked the status of the payoff. Nothing was sent. We finally reached out to the dealership (Sean and Sam) and the “payoff check” was generated on 7/31, received the 4th of August (30 + days late affecting credit). Now for the last two weeks we have been calling and texting in order to not have a new car with an expired temp tag. Today we woke up with NO CAR OUTSIDE. The car was towed from our apartment community. Why? For an EXPIRED tag. When I reached out to Sam Nelson to express myself with what was happening he said to me “ok, bro.” And hung up. This is the experience and service that was provided to us. Now on a Saturday we need to pay $200 to remove car from the impound yard and drive from HOMESTEAD FL to Pembroke Pines to see if they can “help with a tag” because they still DON’T have a tag for us. We will be taking our experience to EVERY social media platform available.

Marco, Brian, and the whole Acura team made me feel like a valued customer. For example, that were welcoming, caring, professional, patient, honest, and efficient at providing me with a car oil change and other services / inspection. They also were kind in showing me other cars for sale but not in an over-pressuring manner, but rather tactful and friendly. I appreciate their snacks and refreshments in the modern and well maintained lobby. They have just earned a new customer when their innovate approaches and customer service skills.
Not a great experience! Managers do not honor each other’s deals from one day to the next. Then they try to offer you deals that are logically unsound and make no sense to a longtime Acura customer. My prior experience 3 years ago was very favorable but not this time.
Terry did an excellent job in showing me the all available options in the MDX line and helped to get me the best deal possible. The process was smooth and service was excellent.Addendum:Initially was a great experience but after having the vehicle for 2 days, I realized the vehicle is not what I expected or wanted. I asked Honda Financial services and finance managers at Acura of Pembroke Pines to see if I could return the vehicle with less than 200 miles on the vehicle. No one would help me. Do business with a dealer that will allow for a 2-3 day test drive (to make sure you like/love the vehicle) as this was not offered to me and now Im stuck with a vehicle I dont want to drive.
Went to pick up a car with my girl. Her car was ready but the landscaping crew on site blew grass all over her car. They took it back to wash. Half hour later still nothing. Another half hour goes by I go outside and the service crew is outside, chillin, laughing, having a great time. I got no problem with this no one was waiting and they werent rude or using foul language. All good! So I figured let me take a walk. I didnt even walk 20 yards and I see my girls car parked! It still had some grass on it the car was not wet you can tell it was wiped with a rag and never washed! I went and told the crew and I believe the kid that helped her when he said he wasnt aware someone brought it back. But see how that looks bad? Weve been waiting an hour. It gets better because now one can find the key! It really was a circus watching about 4 to 5 people who were just laughing it up now try to find a key. All in all we waited an hour and a half to finally leave and take the car to a car wash myself. Your dealership is beautiful and the people were indeed friendly but you guys dropped the ball on that one.
On June 4, 2019 I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines for the first time. After this first experience, I am certain that I will visit again. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and attentive. The General Manager, Larry, is amazing and the title fits him 100%. For only meeting him for the first time, it felt like I knew him for years. The level of comfort and ease that was displayed made me feel at home and extremely welcomed. And the same goes for the Senior Sales Consultant, Ryan. Ryan assisted me with the utmost level of professionalism. He took the time to really find the perfect car for me. While although I only visited Acura of Pembroke Pines to take a look at cars, I ended up leaving with a brand new leased ILX the same day due to the amazing efforts from Larry and Ryan. These gentlemen worked their magic! The Finance Director, Doug, made the paperwork process extremely easy and made me comfortable in knowing that I am in good hands with Acura of Pembroke Pines. It was a great experience and I cannot wait to visit again to renew my lease. I recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines to everyone as I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Giving this dealership 5 stars is a complete understatement, in my opinion. I am glad to be apart of the Acura family. Great job Acura of Pembroke Pines and you will see me again soon.
Worst car dealership ever, this is my 3er mdx from this dealer, just because to get a sell they lie to me about they will take some miles from the car i was returning after 4 weeks a bill came in charging me the miles, they told me they will resolved the problem they never resolved it and now my credit score under 550 ( when i got the car it was 745) the acura started impacting my credit negative. the negotiator sam he is the one that gave me the deal and the manager said thats is no my problem I didn’t make the deal, don’t go there they will lie to you to just get the sell.
This is the worst service I have since I buy my Acura. I brought my car for diagnostic service after the diagnostic they gave me the list of what they found and I agreed to get it done. I went to get my car in that same day I found out the A/C wasnt working and at 50 mph the front wheel was shaken. I brought it back for 2nd time cause the services didnt done after few hrs they told me all good then I ended up go there for the 3rd time for the same problem. They charged 4k for the 1st time I paid for and they wanted to charge me another 3k for the same problem They didnt fix the 1st time.
During the most chaotic time ( covid 19) my husband and I received the most professional customer service I have ever received. In less than 3 hours we were able to trade-in and lease 2 new vehicles. All with 3 children under 8! We had a very nice sales girl, but since buying the car 2 months ago, we STILL have not received the updated registration. They are charging us extra even though we were told the renewal was included in the fees when we purchased the car. The customer service has been horrible, they do not return calls or follow through on promises once they have your money. Would NOT recommend this dealership.
First, the good opinion: if you’re going to buy a car from this dealer, please go to Sal Seyman, he is very good guiding his customers to the best car option. He’s basically the only angel in that dealership.And now, the bad: Terrible experience I had with the financier Campbell, very disrespectful, bad attitude and bad customer service. He doesn’t deserve the position he has as “Finance Director” it’s a joke to give him that position and a shame to the dealership. I escalated my issues to the General Manager through an email explaining everything, and haven get a response yet.Never ever going back to that dealership again!If I only could put 0 stars, I’d do it :(
I’ve been trying for over a month to get a copy of my vehicle contract for a vehicle I leased at this location to get reimbursed for a tire maintenance package I’m no longer using. I leased a new Acura at another location and was going to apply the difference. I guess this dealership had some internal issue with that because they kept dodging my calls, GM won’t reply to emails and Doug in Finance promised to send me a copy of my contract two weeks ago. Still chasing them. Really shady and unprofessional group. Even Acura HQ was appalled by this. I ended up filing a formal complaint with Acura HQ today. Take your business and patience elsewhere.
Great experience. Sales staff was helpful but not pushy. Gave us a fair trade on our vehicle. Finance department was great. After we signed up for financing and agreed on a rate they called us back a week later to come back because they got us an even lower interest rate. Highly recommend Acura Pembroke Pines!

When we took a second look we saw it was in fact not an all wheel drive. Your company will not rectify the situation! Additionally, every employee there is a manager. It got to the point that no manager wanted to help over the phone. Went there in person to get back the vehicle that was picked up and no executive personnel wanted to assist. You Are All Pathetic liars!***Response to their edited response: First of all we called an hour after the car was dropped off to inform you that you dropped off the wrong vehicle. It was not the following day. Secondly, the clear discussion was to change vehicle to a newer model with exactly the same features and nothing less. That was the price I was negotiating on. Not even sure where to start. Acura of pines has been beyond great to me from beginning to end ! The entire staff especially the service manger Jordan & service advisor Mack remy! Not only did the solve an issue another Acura dealer was not able to they took ownership & assured me they would solve the issue. They communicated every step of the way! Best dealer out there! I was very impressed from the moment we pulled into the service lane how we were immediately greeted, our problem taken down and the very reasonable time it took resolve the problem. I dealt with Jordan Ferbert in the customer service department... he made everything very easy to understand and can answer any questions that you may have.
I was interested in a new Acura ILX. I live on the West Coast of Florida. Was looking to lease a vehicle and the lease terms were not favorable at my local dealer. Called Acura of Pembroke Pines and spoke with Jorge. It was a great experience. He offered an excellent rate that beat the best rate my local dealer would offer. Called him up the next day to go through with the deal and picked up the car that evening. Jorge was very responsive and honest. Would definitely lease/buy another car from this dealership.
Beware of the finance department. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable.The finance guy was horrible. He tried to tell my 24 year old daughter that car loan rates are 13.79 for 6 years. Right the 10 year Treasury is at 1.7%. Im an ex credit union executive. Rates are 3-5% for 4-5 year terms. He would have made thousands off of my daughter had I not been there. Should it be like that? No!He was aggressive rude commanding and asking me if there is something wrong with me.I would not recommend financing there. Go to your credit union or bank and get pre-approved, online or in person and save your self thousands of dollars and the aggravation.
Never go to this Acura dealership. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Manager of the dealership told us to PLEASE LEAVE NOW while trying to negotiate. They will try to scam you too to buy there horrible plans. The Lexus owned by the same person in Pembroke Pines is Way better. They know how to respect their clients and will work with your needs. Not to mention free manicures, lunch and oil changes. OR EITHER GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. Dont go here. Also spoke to the general manager Larry about the issue and I asked for an apology. He said I cant make them do that. This dealership does not want to sell its car they want to scam you and if you cant be scammed then they tell you to please leave. be smart do your research look at other dealerships and compare this one and I promise you that you will get a better price somewhere else and will even be respected.
This is the first time at this dealer. They treated me as one of their most important customers, even though they just met me for the first time.Best of all they gave me an incredible deal. No other Acura dealer could come close on the price they gave me.They were honest. There was no playing with the numbers at checkout. They were straight up. I did not even haggle over the price they offered. I knew the price was so good, I would have been embarrassed to try to offer a lower price.They needed my wifes signature on the paperwork. She was home about 35 miles away. They let me take the new car and sent one of their people to my home to get her signature. This saved my wife a 70 mile round trip car ride.Thank you to everyone at Acura of Pembroke Pines.I highly recommend them, even if you have to travel a bit to get to them. It was worth the drive.
Acura Of Pembroke Pines offered my husband and I excellent service from the time my family and I walked into the showroom. They were very accommodating with us and our our young children. We had shopped online for our vehicle and knew exactly want we wanted to see. The did not give us a hard time negotiating and were respectful to our budget. Our sales person was new but he made every effort meet our requirements. They are a great group of people, Sales and Finance was a pleasure!

This is the second vehicle I have leased at this dealership. It was a great experience both times. Sean Bradworth and Romane Durand were my salesmen. This is my second time as repeat customer to Sean. I was servicing my 2019 Acura TLX and out of curiosity inquired about the 2020 MDX. Their patience and dedication is phenomenal. He was prompt with my new vehicle inquiry and made sure I was attended to immediately. He then directed me to see Romane which was very polite and eager to assist me. The sales manager Scott Ticker was there as well and dedicated plenty of time to me. They all made the deal happen. I would definitely keep using them as my go-to dealership. Their customer loyalty and customer service exceeds any other vehicle dealership I have dealt with in the past. Thus far all the departments (sales, finance, and service) at this dealership are amazing and I would recommend to anyone that inquires.
The service dept at Acura Pembroke Pines is extraordinary!!! Jordan is a totally professional service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what needs to be done without scare tactics.I live 4 miles from Miami Acura and prefer to drive 30 miles to Acura Pembroke Pines.In addition to great service, the prices are competitive and the car wash is a good bonus. The customer waiting area is also extremely comfortable.If you are going to Acura PP - be sure to call ahead and ask for Jordan.
Acura of Pembroke pines sold me a used 2001 acura cl types, trans slipped three days later. They changed the price, lied about services done, screamed at me on the phone when i confronted them and refused to take a refund less than 12 Hours later.Let me start by saying I 100% believe Sean Bradford knew about the issues with this vehicle, he sold me the vehicle lying the entire way and making a scene by hiding the keys in the parts managers office, the parts manager told me the vehicle had been serviced and lied about the location of the oil leak. Sean Bradford also lied about the vehicle being serviced. The parts manager started by saying it was an axle seal (it was a rear main seal, cam plug, both axle seals and multiple selonoid seals.) I test drove the vehicle after six hours i should have left by then but i kept getting told oh just a little longer if i hadnt drove 3 hours and the interior and exterior hadnt been in such good shape id have walked a long time ago. When i finally went to drive the vehicle i had to fill it with trans fluid because it was bone dry due to the alleged axle seal NO ONE helped or even offered to help.I waited from 11am to 6pm just to be able to purchase the vehicle. I was told they would never sell a used car that wasnt serviced fully so i was unfortunately confident i wasnt going to get screwed. When i was in the office filling out paperwork the negotiated price was changed from 2400 to 2799 (4700 after fees) and i hadnt noticed until after i had left the dealership. The vehicles last oil change was in 2017 and the sticker was in the glovebox hidden away, the service writeup they gave me for the vehicle had been misleading due to the fact that it said on carfax that they did service the vehicle.The vehicle had been in an accident and it was not disclosed to me at the point of sale and i hadnt figured it out until i had pulled off the rear bumper and saw the frame damage when repainting. The brakes were at 2mm or less in both the front and rear. The vehicle q was leaking brake fluid from the rear calipers due to the pads being so low, someone had slapped two new tires on the front recently and the vehicle needed a new transmission as well as a ton of work to the engine.The used cars sales manager Donald young when confronted about said issues made a tall tale that i was a master mechanic, told me to go f myself and that i was playing the victim then refused a refund, i called the general manager and he did the same claiming he was on vacation when this happened. I was told they would fix the safety concerns by the sales manager over the phone if i had just Drove the vehicle back. But when the service manager at vatland honda told them of the concerns in writing and told them it failed inspection we heard no response because they didnt want any proof in writing knowing i would possibly sue. They refused to get it towed the three hour trip and told me i had to pay to tow it, they refused to fix the trans, take a refund or even just replace the pads in the rear. All they did was scream namecall and act like children never go here never give them anything they are disgusting people who only care about themselves and have zero integrity. Dont believe me read any other bad review on Facebook.EDIT In response to the owner the tires were at 6/32 so i doubt you replaced them unless you were doing burnouts. i never claimed i was a mechanic i worked at a tire shop at the time, i knew where the dipstick was because ive filled a trans before. I never said i wanted a project car i said i needed a car for work, i already contacted your GM and i got nothing but voicemails and completely ignored not only did he not accept responsibility he also brushed off the problems and left nothing in writing. You people know exactly what you are doing, i was told AFTER purchase the vehicle was wholesaled to me by said GM. Do i look like the owner of an auction, didnt think so. Get your story straight and when a friend inspects my car I trust their word over yours
Great service from the time my family and I walked into the showroom. They were very accommodating with our young kids. They were knowledgeable about their vehicles and our sales person made every effort to find us a vehicle that matched our requirements. Honestly without his hustle, we probably wouldnt have purchased that same day. The price negotiations were boiler plate dealership style but not overly exhausting like some others can be. Final price was within our budget and we left with the exact vehicle we had in mind.
My wife and I leased 2 vehicles a month ago. I am also now driving around with expired tags because Acura of Pembroke Pines has neglected to issue me current tags. One of the vehicles did not come with tints and the tint person has not install tints on the vehicle. I have called their business and finance director and have yet to receive to phone call back. My wifes pay out check was mailed to the incorrect address. Luckily for us, a friendly neighbor dropped off our check. This experience has by far been the worst car shopping experience. In addition, my vehicle was not paid off a few days ago. The last thing I want to worry about is the logistics of leasing 2 vehicles. I DO NOT recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines to anyone. Please consider this when leasing or buying a vehicle from Acura of Pembroke Pines.
I want to thank Neville Braganza for his outstanding service skills he demonstrated. I brought my sisters car in for her a 2015 Acura and I was taken care of very nicely. Heshows that he has great customer skills. I had never been so happy dealing with a person that was kind and always kept me up to date. I never had a complaint but he does deserve to be acknowledged that way he treats customers. I defiantly will we glad to only deal with him . I only wish the dealer that I go to had people like him.
******* BEWARE OF THEIR USED CARS! ********I went through a horrible experience. Long story short, I was promised things, never got them, first month my car was in their shop 3 weeks on and off. They never fixed the issue. I had to come out of pocket $560 for repairs. They sold me the car knowingly having issues!! They tried to fix it by offering me a car $10k more than what I got my car for??? Crazy! Manager Donald, was extremely unprofessional! Extremely rude! Belittled me! Called me a liar! I definitely would never go there again and suggest future car buyers to go else where.
I purchased a CPO 2013 TL from this dealer. I used their online car sales group. The experience was easy and convenient. Sales rep Alex DRoa is cool and calm. Made the whole experience enjoyable from the start. I continue to use this dealer for planned and unplanned service. I have not experienced any difficulty explaining my issues, or getting upfront feedback from their Tech advisers regarding my concerns. All the Men and Women who work here are courteous, including the Ladies who make great breakfast sandwiches in the back. There are a couple sales floor guys that like to talk sports, even if you are a Gator fan. I appreciate the respect. Their facility and overall service keep me interested in the Acura brand for future purchases.

I am currently an owner of a vehicle purchase at Acura of Pembroke Pines. I first have to say that the experience of buying a car anywhere is always very comparable. There are good stances and there are bad stances, especially if you are not good when negotiating a good deal. Having said that, this purchase has been probably one of the best if not it, in my 20 yrs. of doing so. Felix was the sales rep who helped me, and it was not an easy deal to put together, but at the end of the day I drove away with what I came for. But the best part is it does not stop there!!! I have been servicing both my Acuras there, despite living 20 miles closer to a competitor’s dealer, and the service is top notch! Their advisors are very cordial and knowledgeable, and they really go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Marco is my service advisor, and he is a gentleman. It is the comfort of the ongoing ownership experience that keeps me thinking only about this brand, and that is the best customer retention anyone can ask. I am sure I will stay in business with them. My recommendation: do your homework before buying your car, so you are aware of the right pricing you are entitle to, then just drive to Acura of Pembroke Pines, and enjoy the great service they have to offer.

I have always had amazing experiences at this dealership. Im now on my third Acura (all of which I have purchased and had serviced regularly at this dealership). Along the way Ive encountered a few issues ... for example, one time I lost both of the keys to my locked car. I called the service department on a Saturday morning in a panic and they quickly solved my problem. In less than three hours I was able to have the car towed to Acura, they opened the car, reprogrammed two new keys, and had me on my way. My only complaint would be that their prices can be a bit high; but as the old saying goes ... you get what you pay for and this is no exception to that rule.
Acura of Pembroke Pines is a professional and organized dealership with staff who are respectful and diligent.I made my appointment with Sean only 30 minutes prior to my arrival, yet in that short time he made sure to print a CARFAX report for the vehicle I was interested in and had it waiting for me when I arrived. A detail like that set my expectations high, and I was not disappointed. I asked for a copy of Acuras 182 point checklist that all of their Certified Pre Owned vehicles undergo and I received it almost instantly. The purchasing process was smooth and Sean definitely worked with me to make my deal happen.Camilo in finance was great to work with too. He worked quickly, answered all of my questions, did not attempt to hard sell me, and was very respectful of my time.In a world where buying a car can be exhausting and degrading, Acura of Pembroke Pines is as good as it gets. They take customer satisfaction seriously and it shows—I even received a call and email the next day to follow up, which is more than most doctors offices these days! I had an appointment for 8:00 with Mack for servicing and as usual, service was excellent. Paper work was expedited and I was in the loaner and on my way within minutes. I was called to advise issues that needed to be addressed and my vehicle was ready at the time I was advised to pick it up.The young lady would assisted with the loaner was also very professional.
Everyone in the service department, especially Jordan F. and Jonathan D., deserve a standing ovation. They were able to successfully fix three problems with my 2017 NSX that were caused by another dealership. They also understand the importance of five star customer service. They have won over a customer who used to be loyal to another dealership for 18 years. Kudos to everyone at Pembroke Pines Acura, even to those behind the scenes who I did not get the opportunity to meet.

I called in and spoke with Jordan the service manager and he was great. Later I arrived and met with Julio who got me to Alberto who was the service advisor and he was Awesome! He helped me with my recall issue and it was fast. Overall I walked around the Dealer and it was clean and nice waiting area. Only thing I would recommend is more salesman eager to upsell you when your walking around.
I really enjoyed the customer service I received from Acura of Pembroke Pines. Jessica Chaviano was extremely nice and informative. I contacted her and three days later I drove off the lot. The delay was actually due to my schedule. They made everything so easy and assisted me with my requests and I really appreciate it. I love my car which they helped me pick out and its perfect for me and my family. When I am ready to purchase another car I will return back to Jessica and the Acura family.
This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! My son and I were looking for a used car in the $10-$12K price range but were treated as if we were there for the most expensive car on the lot. We called ahead to express interest in a Mazda we found on Carfax, and Ryan took our call and quickly connected us to our salesman Gio Vargas. When we told him we were coming up from way down South in Homestead, Gio went beyond checking the computer inventory and went out to the lot to be sure it was still available so we would not be disappointed when we arrived. He also offered to FaceTime us to help us view the vehicle before making the long drive. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the head of sales Dino Liebro, who took the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome. While we were talking, Gio pulled the car around so we could take it for a drive. The car was immaculate and was marked at an extremely good price, so my son decided to take it. I usually dread the last step of the car buying process - financing - so when I say we had an incredibly wonderful experience financing the vehicle, it means a lot! Camilo Torregoca is not only a professional, capable finance person, he is a caring individual. He went above and beyond by taking time to explain some important, basic principles of finance to my son, and he left the dealership not only thrilled with his new car, but inspired to get even more organized financially. In a nutshell, this was not a typical car buying experience, and I mean that in the BEST way. We will be spreading the word and plan to come here for future purposes. Anyplace else would just fall flat after this experience.

Purchased a used Lexus, the sales rep was pleasant and responsive to text and emails. The price negotiated was fair and the process while long was acceptable. The finance guy had a good sense of humor, he took my jokes about the attempted sales of various warranties and service plans in stride, at least he didnt try to sell under coating. I would check out their inventory next time i was in the market for a car.
**BEWARE OF USED CAR SALES HERE** i HAVE CONTACTED THE GENERAL MANAGER LARRY NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.I agreed to purchase a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Acura of Pembroke Pines. The sales person (Jorge) on Saturday (all communication done via text), is who I have been working with.We agreed to a price and I proceeded to send him a copy of my license. I offered to put a deposit down on the car, but he said that I didnt need one. On Saturday (9/22) I contacted my bank and they sent me a check via overnight mail, which arrived on Monday (9/24). When I spoke with Jorge he told me that they will hold the car. I proceeded too send him a copy of the check once it arrived (via text) on Monday. He then told me that he will overnight the paperwork too me as he couldnt send it as it was past 6pm (6:04 to be exact). At that point we had a deal on the car.He then sent me a message on Tuesday morning (9/25) that the car was sold by someone else at 9:45 on Monday night.We had a deal on the car. Not sure why the car had not been marked sold, but the ball was dropped by the Jorge.Scott his manager then contacted me and and we spoke on Wed (9/26), and he told me he will see what he can do to make this situation correct. On Thursday Scott and I spoke and he told me that theres nothing that he can do. Long story short he was very unhelpful and that call to him was a total waste of time. He did absolutely nothing to make this situation right.
The service division really is piss poor. While they are great at getting you a loaner car, they have a problem in resolving issues with Acura technology and when they tell you they are waiting on software updates, they never follow up!!! I have had to make several direct calls. I gave them 2 stars because the service is better than what I received at Rick Case Acura. They were really shitty. The service department doesnt even arrive on time and they want to run all of these diagnostics test prior to listening to why you came in.Acura of Pembroke Pines Sales Manager Scott is awesome! He will give you the best price of all dealerships around town. But once you buy the car you have to deal with a shitty service department that needs a total crew replacement. At least on the front end.
Never took my loan from my bank. The salesman Joe and Doug the Financial Director never wanted to see it. Then Doug tried to say I had not completed a section of a bank limited document. It can only be printed if all sections are finished. I travel alot for work. And this was frustrating. Additionally if you go they to buy a used car they treat you like a second class citizen. The whole sale took 5 hours and the dealership was slow. They tried 4 times to not accept the tag I brought in. To many side conversations and games going on between the staff. Really. In this day the whole sale took 5 hours.
I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with this dealership - after having a hard time with other dealerships in the local area - I was lucky enough to meet Dino and Mike. Let me preface this review by stating that I enjoy almost nothing about the dealership experience in general. Previous to my service relationship at this dealership, pretty much every interaction I had ever had with a dealership had been marginal at best. My other vehicles are BMWs and so the service I received at the local BMW dealer has kind of become my (low) standard for what to expect at a dealership.With that being said, I have to commend Jean in the service department for making me WANT to come bring my car in for service.It is very difficult to get people to write positive reviews about their experiences. Jean and the service crew at Acura of Pembroke Pines have definitely earned this one. My wifes aging Honda CRV finally started to need some work. The pricing at this dealership was more competitive than Rick case, and the service is immeasurably better. No waiting through hordes of people and excellent, personalized attention. Try to even get somebody on the phone in service at Rick case.Its about time for my wife and I to think about replacing her 10-year-old CRV. To be quite honest, Acura just wasnt really a car we were considering. Because of the quality of service received at this dealership, it is now a serious contender.
Had a horrible experience with Acura of Pembroke Pines when I was shopping for a new MDX. Through my years of car buying experiences, I rate my interactions with this dealership as worst. My initial interactions was with Ryan Reeves which were decent, but when I didnt commit to purchase the car, I was introduced to Scott who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. They engage in cheap and theatrical negotiating tactics. Fast fwd couple of weeks, I had to remind Scott when he called me, that if he cant beat a quote I had from a competing dealership, he can just say sorry we dont have a deal and we are good; instead he is trying boast that no one cant beat their prices, so I am either being played, or dont know what I am talking about, or am probably making things up. My experience with Esserman Acura was so much better. Not only did I get a better price, but Miguel and Abdel at Esserman provided excellent customer service and made it clear they wanted to earn my business and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism.
I would give a negative rating if it were possible. Purchased a car online with them, zero integrity. 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Notified them immediately and they refuse to do anything. I can drive the car to them....10 hours away, so their shop can look at it. They refuse to deal with our local dealership. Management will not return my calls or emails. BUYER BEWARE.
Wow wow wow! My husband and I have been car shopping for a few weeks now because our car was stolen. We were dead set on another dodge until we decided to swing by Acura one day and had the pleasure of meeting Sean. We went to Acura 3 times and by the end Sean felt like family. Needless to say we never went back to dodge and left with the most amazing car! Thank you sean for helping us through this mess, you are amazing and acura is so lucky to have you!
I bought my certified pre-owned 2012 Acura TSX in October. I am absolutely in love with this car although they didnt have the color I wanted but I got a great deal after talking numbers for a few hours. The salesman was helpful, a little pushy, and it all worked out in my favor at the end. The servicing is a little hectic and the service varies on how busy they are. Overall, Ive had a good experience with Acura except for the fact that my car washes seem rushed and there are many spots that I have to go over myself in order to get the car completely cleaned. That would be my biggest critique.
A great sales department, but two weeks after purchasing my 2019 RDX, they have had it in service nearly as long as I have driven it, with no immediate end in sight. Immediately noticed the car I was picking up was dirty, spotted, smudged and had trash in it. But more seriously on the ride home I noticed cracked windshield, unraveling steering wheel and soon after a bad motor on the hatch. Took it back days ago for service. Had to wait 3 days to get an OK that theyd do the service, and 5 days later I am told the parts are not readily available. And that is after unanswered messages and downright rude comments. My loaner keeps flashing low oil, needs service and low tire pressure, with no manual in the glove box to determine how serious any of these issues are. NEVER AGAIN. I went 25 miles to this dealer upon great recommendations. Sales dept was wonderful -- service is worst service and treatment ever.

After driving 1 hour (50 miles) to the dealership AND confirming verbally with the sales rep on the phone the deal we were expecting, shortly after we got there he apologized stating he made a mistake and couldnt give us the monthly payment, lease term, and mileage for $0 due at signing as previously communicated. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing since we were told from the other dealerships that they couldnt beat the offer and warned we were probably being lied to. We thought for sure that wouldnt be possible because its not good business practice (even for car sales) but we were wrong. The only reason we didnt leave right then was because I was tired of the car buying game and this location had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. This is the first Acura I have gotten and coming from Lexus, I am not impressed. I would have stayed with Lexus had the safety ratings on the RDX not surpassed the 2019 NX 300.
My experience here at first was horrible because I purchased a used vehichle that ended up costing me over $2,000 to fix within the first month of having it. Once my father and I presented this problem to them, Donald and his sales team went above and beyond to make sure I was in a safe vehicle. I am extremely grateful for them and I would HIGHLY recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Carefully inspect all used cars from this dealer. I ended up finding large set of pliers wedged between the radiator fans and the intake manifold. My check engine light turned on a day after I purchased the car because a connector to a sensor on the intake manifold was not plugged in. These oversights are inexcusable and are a result of negligence and laziness.
I have leased an Acura MDX since 2014 from Acura of Pembroke Pines. Yesterday was my third lease agreement with the dealer and I could not have been more happy with the dealership, in particular, Ron Comrie. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and thorough with explaining my options and details of the car. He had answers to every question I had about the updates to the new models, took me out to see the differences between two different models, and explained everything to me. I look forward to leasing another car in 2-3 years and hopefully Ron is still around to guide me through it.
Hands down south Floridas #1 dealership!!! They will do any and everything possible to get you in a new car at a reasonable price! Excellent customer service in the state. No rushing, no pushing, they take the time to get you in the best position to own or lease the vehicle you want!
I made a deal on the phone with them to buy a car we settled on the price made an appointment for the next day… They sold it to somebody else. not even calling me and giving me a heads up that somebody wanted to by the car… I was in the parking lot and they drove a car right by me and gave it to somebody else They had my phone number And my email and they did not even bother to see how far I was from the dealership… And the response was I did not give them a deposit… But I made a deal on the phone what happened to I give you my word.. Also when I drove in there was a tow truck trying to make a U-turn so I stopped to be courteous and let him back out because it was a big tow truck and one of the drivers that work for them zipped around me passed me by like I was not even there and I was trying to be courteous to the tow truck guy because he had a big truck .Drives through the parking lot to go park the car and the funny part was is that was the car I was supposed to buy and gave it to somebody else. He was very rude and inconsiderate of him to just zoomed by me and don’t even give a tow truck guy a chance to get out people in this world are very inconsiderate these days. no integrity anymore

I recently bought an used car. Facilites, sales representative and staff is a 10. But the car had defects that Im pretty sure the dealer knew about and still sold it to me. The car overheated in less than 24hrs after purchased. When call to make a claim, their answer was all sales are final. Thats not what you expect from a dealer. Selling a defected that they obviously knew had problems.
Terry St Lawrence is exceptionally professional and extremely knowledgeable! I was happy to work with him on a deal because he always goes above and beyond in answering all my questions and making sure I get a car within my budget . He made it happen and gave me exactly what I wanted , the blue Aspec ILX 2019! ! I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided me with . I accompanied my daughter for her first car leasing experience with Acura of Pembroke Pines.We were not able to agree on prices, apart from the price issue the experience was not a pleasant one. The sales person who greeted us was Kirk Finley, vey nice and attentive offered a test drive, with no authority to negotiate prices. The price discussion was the normal back and forth with the manager, his name is Damon Helms.We didnt feel he was interested in negotiating with us, and more discouraging we both felt that because two women were discussing prices of a car, we were not taken as serious.Will never consider this dealer again.
Excellent customer service. I’ve been to other acura dealers but my experience here was by far the best. Their staff goes above and beyond for their customers. My service advisor Jean Louis made sure I got necessary services for my car. He was amazing. Recomend this place 100%.
My wife and I went to several dealers of SUV/Crossover vehicles in the South Florida area looking for the right one at the right price for us. Although price was a major consideration, we didnt want to save money buying a car that was not dependable and safe. Fortunately we found Ronald (Ron) Comrie at Acura of Pembroke Pines. He was professional, knowlegeable, extremely patient and fair with us. We found the car we wanted, and we appreciate the effort he made to help us make the right decisions. When the time came to negotiate a price, we were treated fairly and honestly by Ron and his Sales Manager Dino Liebro. Buying a car has always been a test of endurance for me. Ron made this experience the best it has ever been for me. This is not the first Acura I buy. Actually my son and I have been buying Acuras since 1987. Heck of a car!
After 3 cars with Acura at Pembroke Pines and being a loyal customer the relationship has come to an end. I worked with Giovanni Vargas on the renewal of my lease for a 2019 TLX. The deal went smooth but after it was done is when the nightmare started. During the deal he promised to have all my miles forgiven (My fault for not getting it in writing) and not to worry. I had such a great relationship with them why would I not believe him? The first few segments of the miles knocked off quick. However, the last leg kept dragging on and on. I would reach out to Gio, he would explain that he was working on it. More time went on and I would call him. No answer. I would text him. Crickets. It wasnt until I called and spoke to a manager named Douglas that Gio finally called me back and apologized to me for not calling back. He was still working on it. Going into the 3rd month I got nervous. Well, I got a notice from Acura Financial Services that my account was going to go into collections for a balance of 776 if I did not pay by such date. I angrily texted Gio asking what was the status of this and that my credit was going to be affected by this. There was more of I’m working on it. Finally, I called Acura Financial Services to see what the issue was. Maybe I could use my powers of persuasion. They explained that Acura Financial Services could no longer waive anymore miles. The rep stated I should press the dealership and they could pay off the remaining balance to appease their customers. Also, I found out that, had I not called, my remaining balance would have been transferred to collections essentially damaging my credit. Oh wow. I was given a 30-day extension and told to speak with the dealership. I spoke with a Scott Ticker who was a manager and he pretty much told me that there was nothing that can be done. That they had extended the courtesy of the miles and that whatever Gio had promised me I would need to speak to Gio. According to Scott, the dealership doesnt pay off balances to Acura Financial Services. I mean, what manager would not want to resolve an issue at the cost of losing a future sale or a returning customer. I explained that I would never buy an Acura from them again, to skip my name during the renewal process and would write this review that you are reading now. Dont buy a car from Acura in Pembroke Pines. They promise you the world to sign and then act like they dont know you after. They are a big disappointment. They obviously dont care about you once you drive that car off of the lot. The moral of this story is get everything in writing and dont buy a car from Acura at Pembroke Pines or from a guy named Giovanni Vargas.
Im surprised the reviews for this place arent worse. I tried to lease an RDX from here for my wife last weekend.Started out good. The salesman, Felix, was friendly and helpful.But when I tried to negotiate a better price, the mood changed fast. The finance guy came out - I forget this name, but he was an arrogant A-hole. Acted personally insulted that I was trying to negotiate a better deal. Told me I was being unreasonable. Did he expect me to accept the opening price??So we walked out. Went to the West Palm Acura instead. Much, much better experience. I got an even better deal than the one I was trying to negotiate at Pembroke... the one I was being unreasonable about.Head up to West Palm if you want an Acura. Even if you lived further south like me, its worth the extra drive.

Starting with my amazing salesman Michael Duggan, who worked diligently with the Finance Director Richard to get me into my 2015 Acura MDX. I was very upside down on my trade-in but they made it work so that I could get out of my other car and be comfortable with my new payments. I went to 3 other dealerships and Acura of Pembroke Pines offered the BEST DEAL. I am so grateful for their hard work and efforts. It took a few days but we got it done! We all know buying a car can sometimes feel stressful and full of anxiety and may even test your patience. Well let me tell you that this is the first time ive made a vehicle purchase where all those emotions were minimal. Ron Comrie approached us right from the beginning and was extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient. He was genuine and caring and not once did I feel pressured or not important, mind you the vehicle I was buying was a relatively inexpensive one, and yet I was treated as if I was buying their top of the line model. My mother tagged along just to share some time with me as well and Ron went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and involved and even suggested to get a smoothie and bite to eat at the cafe inside while the process unfolded. My mother left her clutch wallet at the cafe by accident and here comes Ron to save the day & returned it to her within minutes. She had no idea she had even left it behind! When the deal was ready to be wrapped up the Business Manager Camilo also went above and beyond to try and hammer out the best deal possible. Again no pressure no anxiety and all transparent. The experience with Ron Comrie was unique, enter to only evaluate options, looking for someone who spoke Spanish for more comfort, but the attitude, friendliness, and disposition of Ron, above that, only spoke English, convinced us to buy the vehicle once.And even after buying the car, the attitude has been even more professional.The best experience we have had, in this hard process of buying a new car, Ron highly recommended

Acura at Pembroke Pines is one of the most professional and efficient service providers in the auto industry that I have ever experienced. The staff I met were all very friendly, courteous and efficient. The premises seem more like a high quality hospital or medical practice than a car dealer, with comfortable waiting rooms (including internet services), free tea/coffee, a small cafe, newspapers, etc. The service department was highly efficient and effective, and I felt the best technical equipment was being used by highly trained individuals to ensure that my car received the best possible treatment. In fact, my car had developed an unusual problem which required two visits to sort out - yet the staff involved, in particular Mr Mack Remy, treated the situation with great patience and professionalism and carried out exhaustive tests to reach a diagnosis and cure the problem. If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, it appears to be this place does not sell any, as from the sales person who was helping us stated they only sell new vehicles and none of the sales staff deals with pre-owned. The experience was so rude, it was almost comical. If you want to be treated with dignity, I would suggest to take your business to another dealership. Had to snap the customer satisfaction our #1 goal as it made me laugh of the irony of this establishment.
Scam..scam..scam..I wanted buy a Volkswagen Jetta vehicle and Gonzalez was my representative. We spoke all day about financing. Etc.. Gonzalez told me I need apply on online for loan. I did and after I sent to him a text message plus a email to confirm I had approved credit. End of the day, I sent to him a text message, that I will come tomorrow morning, and I will bring the down payment plus finish the paper work. After around 8 oclock the sales manager Scott sent me a email Im VIP customer. I replied to him immediately. I says Thank you to him plus I sent to him too, a confirmation email about my future vehicle. Next morning, I called them before I came, I confirmed they, still available the car. They says YES... 1 hour later me, my husband and the kids we arrived and surprised us the vehicle disappeared.Gonzalez told me somebody sold the car at night. I was speech less..its shocked me. I asked How possible this? From the manager to the representative knew it..everybody knew it.. I want to buy this car. I sent credit application for this car loan and finally 8 oclock at the night this car was available and by morning sold.Very- very interested..On the top of the story I told to them ok, this is your fault than give me the other Volkswagen Jetta in same price.They says noooooooooThey wanted give me some cheap car..This representatives, sales managers its a big liers. No questions, they want to trick you, pull down your credit and finally they lie in your face.2 weeks later ringed my phone Acura from Pembroke Pines this representative lady told me this Volkswagen Jetta still available.I didnt knew..I need to cry or laugh?!I told her the story what happened with me and she just wanted to use so many BS.She promised, she will call me back in the next hour, because she will figure out than whats going on..She never called me back.Such a big loser, lier, unreliable company with scams.DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!
Recently purchased a new 2019 Acura RDX. Over $2,000 of Dealer Options added to purchase agreement without my knowledge. One of the Dealer Options included a Protection Package that retailed for $1,095.00. When asked what it was, I was told it was a coating. In addition, there was still packing materials and labels on the exterior of the vehicle at pick up so it was highly doubtful any coating was applied. For the better part of a month I fought with the dealer to get information on what exactly this protection was. I was finally sent a black and white brochure via email and they arranged to have it reapplied. The coating manufacturer noted on their website that application takes a minimum of 3 hours for inside and out. My car was at the dealer for about and hour and 45 min when they called and said it was ready. I doubt the interior was done at all. Things I had in the door pockets and center console where never moved. I am very dissatisfied with the non disclosure of the add-ons; with the dealers attitude and approach to addressing legitimate concerns; and with the lack of verification that a $1,000+ add-on is installed as per the manufactures recommendations.
My family and I had an amazing sales experience from one of the most unbelievable sales people (Romane Durand) that I’ve experienced especially considering it was a car sale which can sometimes be very disappointing. Mr. Romane Durand worked with me for 2 days on the purchase of a 2019 Acura NSX. The negotiations took place with Mr. Romane Durand over the phone and via text while I was at my residence in Orlando. Romane worked the deal multiple times and stuck to his word. The deal didn’t change once I drove in from Orlando and meeting him was even better than working with him over the phone. If you want to work a deal over the phone and not waste time with an honest guy that won’t change the deal upon arrival, call Romane Durand. I needed an oil change. I called a few days before I went to check pricing. They were actually priced better than those other outlets like tire kingdom and Tire plus. My car has high milage so everyone was charging to much. They only thing they did do was a tire rotation like the other companies. But! they give you a free car was with the oil change, so I guess it balances out. I would rather have the tire rotation though. I was treated nicely by the attendant as I pulled in and by the service tech who made my work order. I liked the waiting areas. very nice. I worked while I waited in the cafe. They have wifi. I liked at the end that they didnt pressure me into getting a bunch of work on the car like Tire Kingdom just to make more money. They made honest recommendations of things that should be address. I think I may keep going for the regular maintenance.

He was incredibly friendly and stayed late at work to ensure that I thoroughly understood all of the features of my new car. I had an amazing experience at Pembroke Pines Acura. Im a loyal customer who is on her 5th Acura. I had an issue with my alternator prematurely needing to be replaced. Jordan was efficient, friendly and able to resolve the issue very quickly and in a manner in which they truly made me feel they want to keep me as a long term and valued customer! I appreciate their goodwill and would recommend them to anyone who will listen!Thank you Jordan and Acura! Cant wait for my next acura...
Our sales representative Ron, made the entire experience very pleasurable. We love the 2017 Acura ILX and Pembroke Pines Acura beat both neighboring dealers (Rick Case and Doral) on the price and monthly payment. At our departure, they said we were now part of the PP Acura family. Good to know its not just about the sale with these guys. We will be back for our next car!
Everything was fine and dandy until it came time to sign the paperwork. These people tried scamming us into a much higher monthly payment than they had told us. Contract was to be sent to the cosigner via FedEx, in the mean time they would let us take the car homeand so long as we signed a contract that would be voided once the one sent through FedEx was received. Scott Ticker and Camilo from finance were the ones responsible for this nasty ploy. They never sent the paperwork so that we would be stuck with a contract of +$200 monthly over the original offer. When confronted about the situation they said we were lying and that was never the case. Also, said FedEx returned the package but had NO tracking number to prove it was even sent. They refused to cooperate, trying to screw us over with the +$200 monthly contract. Had to threaten them with legal action and contact corporate in order to get the mess sorted out. Took over a month to have this issue resolved. The MOST unpleasant experience Ive EVER had. I dont understand how theyre still employed by Acura. Not to mention they ran credit on someone who was not even PRESENT. STAY AWAY from this dealer.
We purchased a vehicle last Saturday with Annia and were extremely pleased with the service received. We were able to make a decision with feeling pressured as well as the courteous, professional manner in which we were treated. We will definitely return to Acura of Pembroke Pines for our future purchase.
Had a great experience with both the sales department and the finance dept..My overall experience was excellent, Alex DRoa was my sales consultant and took care of both my purchases of a Lexus IS 250 and a Acura RDX.The initial attention started out and never stopped until both vehicles were delivered.The finance Director Doug Campbell was great and help make both deals a wonderful experience.I know this will be the place I look for alll my future vehicles.Great dealership and love the free car washes!
Can I leave 0 stars? This company fake advertises, you find a car for a great price, they contact you with the picture and price of the car that they don’t have with this price that they will never sell it, then they will make you drive 28 miles after a long day of work, when you get there they say I don’t know/they don’t have any control of acura’s Website, why did you call me in the first place? They knew exactly which car I was talking about, when I asked why did you call me and told me to come for a car you don’t have??? Guess what? No anwers! Then the seller says we will negotiate what we have in order to make it up to you, the car was 32k and after waiting for 20 minutes, the seller comes saying that my total will be 35k, they didn’t take a penny off of the price. Wow. It’s taxes time, of course they won’t negotiate a car at this time of the year. I just don’t like when they use something fake to catch me. I will never come this place again. Just be aware!!!
Not good customer service. The guy in finance or what ever that called he is latin believe that knows everything and even worse felt or try to make you feel that you are nothing a kind of stupid ...then always felt like your money is not worthy....they spent like a month to give me my new decal that I finally had to pay it on top of transfer Unfortunately also I am.not happy with the car because has some noise . It was not a good business. I wont buy anything there again
This is my first review I’ve EVER done. I have bought many cars in the past years. Never have I seen a dealership behave in the matter that these “goons” do. BEWARE this is NOT where you’d like to buy a vehicle of any kind. Be especially careful with the “managers” Dino Liebro and John Toscano They’re dialogue consist of profanity. If I could rate them with a 0 star, I would. Please be ware they also make “fake promises”. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
I leased 11 RDX 3 yrs ago from this dealer with great experience, so I went there to see if I can purchase another vehicle from here, but I had a very unpleasant experience at the dealership over the weekend with Giovanni Vargas, his unprofessional and sarcastic attitudes. understand the car buying can be stressful especially when the price negotiation cant be met however, in my opinion, he still should have maintained his professionalism which he was lack of and even treated me and my husband with sarcastic attitudes/remarks as we were trying to walk outneedless to say, it is a shame to encounter such low class customer service at the place where Ive had a good experience with service crew and other assistance for the past 3 years.

Careful!!! Because of my innocence and gullibility, I was a sitting duck for the nice men at this dealership. They took me for a nightmare ride, that has been lasting since the day I leased the car in November, 2017. They were/are careless, inconsiderate, selfish and dishonest. And to think that on my way out that day, they all instructed me to give them great reviews... Even the general manager refused to assist and stand up to responsibility, when I reached out to him for help on January.
If I could rate them lower rest assured that I would. Over the last 6+ year I have leased 4 cars from them but never again. Their customer support is probably the worst in the industry, latest incident was today when I called to schedule a service appointment. First guy who answer the phone dismissed me like if I was asking for free maintenance, his claim was that his Saturday was booked solid and that there was no possible way he could squeeze me in ( Ive been at the dealership plenty of times on a Saturday to know that exceptions can be made). Second guy claimed that there was no record of me ever servicing either of my cars at the dealership which is ridiculous. I gave him 2 different phone numbers, name and address and nothing. These two service advisors single handily cost the dealership my business. When my TL was up this past April I chose not to lease from them due to poor customer service and this latest event validated my argument. When my other lease comes up at the beginning of the year I will sever ties with these people forever. Needless to say I wont even give them the service business either.
We were shopping for a new SUV for my wife. Our options were the Lexus R350, the BMW X5 and the Acura MDX Advanced 2015. Even though my wife loved the BMW X5, the final decision came to the Acura, why? the quality of the service from the people at Acura of Pembroke Pines. They were patient enough to do as many drive testings as we wanted, answered all the questions and 100% dedication to us. We went twice to the BMW dealership, our sales representative was busy with other customers, which is fine, but nobody was able or willing to give us a decent test drive on the X5. Totally the opposite at the Acura dealership, our sales representative was busy but another sales person took the time for a long test drive and to show us the vehicle in detail. That made the difference, we got the MDX, a great car and with the added value of a great service from the dealership.
Terrible! The salesman (James) brought us to the lot and showed us the suv we were looking for. We test drove the car and were told all the features of the vehicle. When we got back the salesman took all of our information and automatically ran our credit. There was no room for any negotiations or talk about price and payment. When we brought up our needs for what we could afford and where we needed to be at, he came back with ballpark numbers that were hundreds away monthly, from what we asked. He continued to walk back and forth from the desk to the back office and proceeded to ask us to sign and initial paperwork when we had no exact numbers and his estimated numbers were off. When doing our own calculations during this 3 hours ordeal we could not account for an additional $3000. ..... if the experience was good I might have felt good about spending the money. But I felt scammed and swindled by th he salesman because he wouldnt talk numbers, and got irritated when asked to EXACTLY explain the monthly payments he was estimating.ALSO: to (owner) who keeps writing prideful/glowing reviews of their own dealership...I dont believe you pride yourself in your customer service if you continually and regularly get terrible reviews on Google. Sounds more like lip service if you think about it.
Very happy with the Acura of Pembroke Pines. Having owned and leased numerous types of cars, including Acura, I can say this is one of the better dealerships. Michael Duggan is the best, and the manager, Scott Ticker, was also very pleasant and helped close the deal. Thanks everyone!- The Johnsons
This dealer is horrible , car wash takes forever, they put way too much wheel gloss on the tires damn thing splashes all over the sides of the car. Worst car buying experience ever! That finance manager is a cigarette smoking junky, a damn crook and an arrogant SOB. Had to fight the damn people to get a fair price which we finally did after hours of having them correct the damn purchase numbers. F that place, do not buy from this DEALER! Run Run away!
Straight up and honest. Had a deal in place with another Acura dealership on a lease was simply shopping it one last time..salesman who answered the phone today (4/16/17) was an absolute jerk. I told him the numbers I was given by the other deal and he basically blew me off and then hung up on me. Not even worth calling and speaking to a manger. Ill do business with the other dealer.
If you are buying used or new from this dealership be careful. They hide information about used cars and mark up prices to the point where it makes the car undesirable.Hid information about a used 350z, did not disclose that it was a theft recovery vehicle with a salvage title, unscrupulous sales manager Luis.Just an overall bad dealership, drove for 2 hours to check out a car, was assured the car is flawless.Would not be a surprised if they went out of business in the near future.Filed a complaint with BBB, spread the word.
If I could give no stars I would.Very disappointing unprofessional experience today with Giovanni Vargas today. My husband and I called in a day before and said we wanted to look at a pre-owned 2012 MDX on the lot. Via phone we said we were coming from 2 hrs away and wanted to make sure the car was there b/c we are serious and already have a certified check from our bank. Waited forever to hear from him after we left message that day. After calling back (and talking to a different sales guy) apparently he did scheduled us an appt, and seemed annoyed we talked to someone else. We got there the next morning, he didnt say much, just brought the car around. We saw all kinds of interior issues to the leather (spots, stains), all the door and trunk paneling had deep scratches, and carpet stain in front passenger seat. There was even a piece of car inside the console. Not to mention visible rust in each wheel. He was like all of the panelling can be replaced we can just pull it from another car. Then we asked if he thought the stains would come out if they did a deep conditioning, he didnt know so he brought up the service manager who was looking at a the issues who said he didnt even think this vehicle was detailed at all. So we eventually realized that the car was never actually cleaned before showing it to us since the service manager also noticed an old sun-pass still in the front window. After all that we though we could try to get a better deal so we went inside to talk. But when we sat down Mr. Vargas excused himself, then came back a few minutes later and extremely rudely said my manager said you guys can leave. We were SO shocked! The whole visit he acted almost annoyed at us pointing out obvious issues with a car that couldve been prevented if the car was detailed the day before, like it wasnt going to be an easy sale for him so he wasnt interested in helping us. I mean we called and said we were driving with our 1 year old for over 2 hours to see this MDX. He had ample time to get the car ready. They prob did after we left to sell it to someone else. We will NEVER go to this dealership again.
Horrible experience. They will tell you whatever you wanna listen to sell vehicle. I bought a vehicle and deal done out of door everything i ask sales person is it included tag fee he said yes. When i call them to collect my tag they demanded almost 400 more .They showed me CARFAX of car that was clean never got into accident as soon as reach home i checked Dash board and found a paper from that. That paper was about repair of the same car after accident what a joke.Not recommend to anyone they show less prices on website so after that they can loot you more .
I had a very pleasant and seamless car shopping experience with regard to the lease of my 2018 MDX. Both Jorge Ramirez and Scott Ticker were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and courteous. I will do more business with the team in the future and most certainly refer business to Acura of Pembroke Pines.
I cant say enough good things about the level of service that we get from the store. Everyone treats you like family. No crowds, very little waiting. I will be a loyal customer forever!One recommendation, dont send anyone to the Lexus body shop......theyre too big, too overloaded, and theres obviously no personal service over there.
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! All dealers that I know have a at least a 3 day vehicle return policy. I did a deal on Saturday the 22nd of July at Acura of Pembroke Pines. I went there to do some shopping and ended up leasing a car. At the time I had told them I had no car insurance, they told them to give them my old card and that when I would get insurance I would see that my monthly premiums would go down. Since my car payment came out to much more than what I was originally quoted, they told me that my insurance savings would level it out. Why they asked for my old card is beyond me since they already knew that policy was cancelled. Ryan also told me HIS insurance company would call me Monday to bind the car. When they did, they told me to stick with Geico cause it’s the lowest. When I attempted to get insurance I was told that the premium was higher than what I was paying on my previous car. I then called and spoke to Dino, whom told me was the General Manager, and he said that I couldn’t return the car. I told him I couldnt afford it and that I didn’t even have insurance on it. He refused to help in anyway and even threatened to call my employer to make a complaint about me. What kind of upper level manager would stoop to that level? I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! Since I was getting nowhere with your dealership, I then contacted Acura Financial and told them that I didn’t have insurance and that I was not keeping the car nor paying for it. I told them I had made attempts to return it to no avail. They said they would be in contact with the store. I couldnt afford the car and the insurance. I don’t have insurance and to be honest don’t know why I was told to give my old card and that THEIR agent would call me to bind it on Monday. What kind of dealership would put a customer in a car and send them on their way knowing the customer doesn’t have insurance. What exactly were they planning on doing with an expired insurance policy? Lie to the bank and send them false information so that they can get paid? I don’t want the car. I don’t have insurance. Im trying to return it and not getting anywhere with the store or its managers. I have emailed the General Manage (Larry Schlossberg) at the dealer, the Sales Manager (Dino Liebro), the assistant to the CEO OF HONDA (Mona Green) and the Business Manager (Camilo Torregroza) and no one is yet to answer me except for the assistant to the CEO (Mona Green). Mona told me she forward my email to the General Manager so that he can give me a call since apparently she couldnt help me. He never did. I emailed her again explaining to her that I was still waiting for a call or response from the GM and she said she would call him again. Its been a FULL DAY and yet no response from anyone. This dealer has HORRIBLE customer service skills and apparently dont care about their customers or voice their concerns. PLEASE do your research before purchasing a vehicle to avoid so much stress and sleepless nights from people who only care to make a sale of you!
My husband and I have purchased two Acuras from the other big dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. It was always a time consuming and stressful experience. When taking my car in for routine maintenace, their service department provided poor customer service. I even had to fight for a replacement tire that was covered under the Tire Guard warranty. For that reason, I started having my routine service done at Acura of Pembroke Pines.When we were looking to buy a new Acura, our experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines was wonderful. Our salesman, Mr. Chalmers treated us with respect and consideration. We negotiated a fair price without any drama or stress. When we arrived to pick up the car, the Finance Manager had all of the paperwork ready for our signature. He was polite, informative and easy to work with. When we had questions about the available interior colors on the RDX, the GM came out to answer our questions. If you are looking to purchase an Acura, dont waste your time with the other big dealership. Head right to Acura of Pembroke Pines. They will work with you honestly to make a fair deal.And of course, as an Acura customer for more than 10 years, I have found the product to be the best and most reliable car we have ever owned. In fact, my 2006 TL has 246,000 miles on it and it still runs perfectly. As I just purchased a 2014 RDX, I will give my beloved TL to my son, who is thrilled. Although I will miss driving it, at least the car will stay in the family.
I bought a 2015 Acura RDX for my daughter after coming down from Orlando. The car was sold to me having two keys. Three times I was told the second key was being sent to me which was a blatant lie. Also, they sent me a notice to come in and pick up my tags and title after I was told they would be mailed to me. Ive bought ten cars in the last 7 years and I will never consider Pembroke Pines Acura again.

Doug in finance helped me secure a best interest rate and patiently walked through other financial protective options. 2022-05-06Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership by far. Andres and Oscar helped me get into a super luxurious SUV with all the bells and whistles. They where patient with me and waited 4 weeks without harassing me for me to be ready. Then they we’re excellent proxies between me and the manager at the time of negotiation. I’d definitely buy another car here soon, my girlfriend is looking to get an SUV upgrade for herself as well. Thank you for the keychain and license plate frame you guys mailed me for free.

Upon calling Acura to inquire about a possible trade and car, I was greeted immediately upon arrival, Sean Bradford had the vehicle I was looking for already available. David Campbell very professional and so kind and sweet made sure that my experience was a pleasant one. I met with Sam Nelson a Manager there and he also was very professional and took the time to assist me with all my needs and wants and took me from my 2019 Honda Accord Sport and right into a 2021 Acura RDX Base brand new and on a lease. Olivia the sales manager also play a part of my experience simply by just making sure that my experience went well and reassuring that if there is anything that I need I can reach out to her. 2021-09-29Brought my car into service for a recall. It took twice as long as the postcard stated (about three hours). I did appreciate the sign that out front that stated masks were required… until I noticed that while most of the employees wore their masks, most of the customers in the crowded lobby did not. Why have a rule if you don’t ask your customers to follow it? And maybe the cashier should wear her mask over her nose too.

2022-04-13Went in to do some research on buying a car. Greeter was at the greeting desk talking with a sales associate, they both ignored me. I looked around and saw Nigel Redwood, a sales associate at his desk talking to another sales associate. I went over and he seemed excited to get a customer. I told him I just bought a car from Carmax and was comparing his dealership. His attitude changed, he realized I wasnt a potential buyer because my credit is now loaded with my new car. His attitude changed, he seemed like I was now bothering him; but when I came in, he wasnt doing anything. Whole place was empty and he looked tired, depressed and just hanging in there. Once he realized I wasnt a potential buyer, he was rude, mean and condescending. I got his card off his desk and walked out. If your not looking to buy, they wont entertain you at all.
