We recently purchased a new home. Our realtor Jamie Devine went above and beyond for us to ensure the whole process went smoothly. From selling our home and finding the one meant for us he did an exceptional job. I will say we were disappointed with the attitude of an employee at adams title company , while we recognize they may have faced some challenges that really shouldnt be the reason one forgets customer service . We do not hold this against the entire company we would definitely use them again if need be.

Janet Lustck was very helpful in getting our condo sold. We had 3 offers after it was listed for only 1 day. She took care of the closing and all the necessary paperwork that needed to be completed. It was a Sunday afternoon at the Adams Cameron office at 600 s. Atlantic Ave, and the office had just closed when we met Gabby Jayasuriya. She let us in and we discussed what we were looking for, our price range, and what we required, we also told her we were picky....her response...no problem! The journey began. The housing market was and still is crazy. We lived 2 and 1/2 hours away. Gabby went above and beyond continually sending us homes and even going by to check out homes for us even on her day off!! We found something unfortunately it was a listing with another company. Gabby still was with us every step of the way and her response...no problem!! If you want a realtor that REALLY cares about YOUR needs you need to use Gabby!!! I cannot say enough of how professional, kind and honest she is!!! Thank you Gabby you really are the BEST!!!!!!

Elle Gilbert from Adams, Cameron Realtors is one of the most thorough and honest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She really listened to what I wanted, and then presented me with options over the next couple of days that were appropriate and even a couple I didnt think of but that actually fit the bill even better than what I was originally considering. I closed on my first house July 31, 2020. I had no idea what to expect. I had never really considered such a purchase until May 2020. I inquired about a property that I found online. Toni Wright responded within minutes. I told her that I had NO IDEA what I was doing. Chad Schultz is a phenomenal realtor. We were purchasing our new home in Florida from Indiana and our schedule didn’t allow for many trips to view properties. Chad sent daily updates on available properties meeting our criteria and when the “one” became available he put in the time to make sure we made a sensible offer so we wouldn’t miss out on the property. That’s the logistical summary but the reason the experience was so phenomenal was the personal/professional experience. Chad worked with us for nearly 12 months during this process. Many times it was late evening or weekend conversations to be able to educate us on our schedule. This to us was over and above any experience I have had dealing with real estate professionals.The back end support from inspection to the appraisal was not only professional support but emotional as well. Chad has the patience of a saint confirmed by the way he coached us through our long distance purchase and all of the fear, angst and nerves that go along with it.Chad made arrangements to meet with my in-laws (who are local) on a couple of occasions to view properties and to do the pre close walkthrough on our current home. I have purchased, managed and sold numerous properties over the years and I have worked with many different RE Agents, some better than others. When I was looking for a Florida property, I went with Stan & Diana Janzen. With Stans knowledge of the area, construction, building codes, etc., and Dianas knowledge of real estate (commercial & residential), market trends, etc. - I figured I was getting a team that would give me an advantage in finding the right property for the right price. I was right. Stan and Diana exceeded my expectations in all capacities. In fact, they have set the bar so high, I would not buy or sell another Florida property without them. The property I purchased, without a doubt, would not have happened if it wasnt for their aggressive strategies and diligent effort. I feel indebted to them for the time and effort they provided to make this work for my family. If I was able to rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. There are a lot of RE Agents out there, but there are very few like Stan & Diana.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Cinnamon (an Adams Cameron realtor) on the purchase of my first house. He was available 24/7 to answer any question that I had as well as providing updates on the status of the properties I was looking.The best part of using Adams Cameron is that they only associate themselves with the most knowledgeable of people. There was an issue with a property that I worked with and Eric and a few of his colleagues got on a call with me and discussed the issue in terms that I was able to easily understand and to outline what my alternative options were.Overall, I would rate my experience a 10/10 working with Eric Cinnamon and Adams Cameron. I didnt even mention their affiliates that they also work with and were able to recommended an amazing surveyor, inspector, and lender. So the experience was really an 11/10!!
They found us the perfect place. We have a large dog so condos are hard to find. They found a newly renovated property that was on the first floor as close to the beach as allowed.Every time there was an issue, they were there to solve it. Correspondence was quick and effective. We did not have many serious issues, but the few that cropped up were put to bed quickly.
Listed my home with Marta Pascale who works at Adams Cameron. I would highly recommend Marta as a realtor. She worked so hard to sell my home and represented my listing very well by learning all that she could about the home. If you want someone who will work 110% for you, she is the realtor you need.
Did not feel my realtors had my best interests in mind. The initial signing on process to accept them as my realtors was not thoroughly explained. After the fact, I felt deceived. The pictures taken were not good quality and were not the best pics. The description wasn’t very good and had grammar errors. After some showings, lights and such were never turned off. More often than not, I had to reach out to my realtors for updates on showings. After a short time on the market with no offers, my realtors kept trying to convince me to drop the price. Overall I wasn’t happy with them as my realtors. Definitely do not recommend them.

We were looking for a new place to live and saw a posting on zillow. We decided to drive by and see what we thought of the outside of the home. First, I am highly recommending the service rendered by my Sales Associate, Delta Schrade. Representing a client,and each one is different, takes a lot more than completing a Listing or a Sales package. Practicing Ethics and Professionalism are very important to build a TRUST with clients, Ms. Delta Schrader has these qualities guiding her clients not only what text books teaches, but a clean business creativity, communicating with the best action to follow to close the transaction.In reference to the Title Company side, they must reply to all phone calls, no matter how busy the staff is. It is not an immediate responce, but we expect it within 24 hours as an ESTATE transaction requires the involment of Legal Document and more than one person involved clarifying last steps to the Closing final steps. It is not a normal transaction.The attorney office, as of yesterday have not received the complete fully executed seller side Closing Documents They in turn will need to forward the Closing Documents to me, as I am the Estate Legal Representative nedding to bring closure to the transaction.If there is an error in transmitting an email, to my knowledge, it is notified noticed immediately, I will not mention the Closing Date. Debbie Callahan was our real estate agent who sold our vacation condo unit in the Ocean Jewels at 935 S. Atlantic Ave in Daytona Beach. Debbie works 24/7, is extremely professional and is always willing to go the extra mile. Since I am from up north, Debbie handled everything from the listing to pictures, to keeping an eye on the unit and even emptying the dehumidifier to make sure the unit was always ready for showing. Debbie was very helpful in dealing with potential buyers and offered sound advice. Settlement was scheduled within 2 months of listing the unit. As a buyer I’ve experienced shady and unethical sales tactics with 2 Adams, Cameron & Co agents so far in 2020. It’s to the point now that when I see a home is listed by Adams Cameron I don’t even waste my time looking at it. It’s realty companies like this that have made the American dream of homeownership a total nightmare.
Overall happy with our experience. Joe Palmer & Eric Cinnamon complement each other. However, the last two times we tried to schedule a showing, we didnt get a response from Joe and Eric wasnt available until the following Monday, three days later. When we did get a chance to view the property and put in a bid on Monday, an accepted offer was already on the table. Asked to view another property Friday and Eric said he wasnt available until Monday. Didnt offer another agent to show the property. Ended up calling a different realtor and we are now closing on another property this week. Too bad. We purchased and sold three properties and wanted to keep going with them, but we are not chasing realtors just to view or put in an offer on a property.

2022-07-15Annette Cruz helped my husband and I find our new home. I reached out to her looking for a rent to own program as we had already been trying and were made to believe our credit and finances were just not ready for a regular mortgage loan. I explained my situation and she gave me her professional advice and referred me to a lender and about 2 months later I closed on a home with no rent to own program. She helped guide us to the lender that best fit our needs and walked us through the process every step of the way. She was available for every and all questions, viewings, inspections, absolutely anything that was required to ensure we were well informed on all properties we were interested in. She was professional, knowledgeable and informative. I never felt lost or confused through the process as I had been in previous experiences. I have already recommended her to several friends, family and will continue to do so. She was excellent!

2022-06-09Toni Wright was a pleasure to work with while I searched for a vacation home in Palm Coast. New Jersey resident full time, I started my search for a home away from home on realtor.com, looking at possible listings. Toni being the diligent realtor she is, caught me looking and reach out. Two days later, plane tickets were purchased and found ten listing I wanted to look at. Upon my arrival to Florida, all ten listing were pending. Such a crazy market you have down there!! Toni found a few more listings to my liking and scheduled two days of tours. She knew what one I would love and also knew the best and final offer was to be submitted by 5pm my second day of looking. She informs me that day, her partner in real estate & life; Jeff was back at the office ready to write up our offer. We submitted our offer; it was accepted, and I am a happy Palm Coast homeowner.Toni went above and beyond her duty of realtor. I drove 14 hours and when I pulled into my driveway at 11:30pm, there was Toni and Jeff making sure I was able to enter my newly purchased home. 2022-07-07Elaine (and Bill) Kogut helped my mom buy and sell her last two houses and initially met them 25 years ago! 2022-04-26I have used Carey Cyr for four real estate transactions, commercial and residential. She is extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. Carey goes above and beyond her role as a realtor, but stays within the boundary of her professional license. Even though she is a couple counties from us, she has never hesitated to travel for meetings with us, inspections and closings. Just cannot say enough about her as a realtor and as a very nice person.
