We started out with Adams back in late October 2021 because when we moved into our new home…. We were inundated palmettos bugs (nice name for roaches) with Spiders, Fire ants and Ghosts ants. (We do live across from a nature preserve).Within the week of the first treatment, which included spraying our screened in porch and front porch (not screened in) and placing down bait along with the black box bait, we saw an amazing difference in the amount of ants, spiders and Palmetto’s.We had another treatment done in December which was a regular scheduled appointment. We are not scheduled for another appointment until March.. Recently, I started to see ants in my bathroom, kitchen and Palmettos in my shed. I called Adams and was told they would have someone out today 2/7/22 they were here by noon to treat my home..So very grateful for Adams and the kindness that they share with us. They treated my home and will also be back next month for my regular scheduled appointment. Thank you Adams for all of your amazing help. You deserve more than 5 stars in my humble opinion.

They sent a team right away and they were excellent. Sandy answered all my questions and explained everything...calmed my concerns. She was training Ryan, and he was also polite, friendly helpful and will be a welcome sight when we need help with bugs.But I was so impressed with Sandy, and you know as a woman in this business, she has to be exceptional to be respected. Her knowledge and experience....Priceless !

So far my experience with Adams Pest Control has been very good. They are very professional and the communication with them has been very positive. They are not finished yet with my rodent problem but so far so good. I am confident they will be able to take care of the issue.

Im very unhappy with everything that transpired today. As I have already stated, having your technician come unannounced is not an option with 3 dogs and a baby. I was assured that I would get a call or text in advance, that didnt happen. I did not want my baby home when you came and I made that very clear, but what concerns me most is when I called for service it was initially for the yard and ants. However, this did not get done and after speaking with Kathy about the situation, I never got a call back or an answer to why this was not communicated correctly. But I did get fully charged today. Im really disappointed in todays experience and everyone Ive spoke with at this point.Update.....the only time they called me back is AFTER I left a review. Thanks Tiffany for your extremely rude and condescending call back! We will NEVER be your customer again!!! There was nothing positive about the conversation except me saying that I am not willing to argue with you. Tiffany you are the rudest customer service person I have ever experienced. I was charged for a service I never wanted. I called for my yard and YOU upsold me on doing the inside of my house knowing my reservations of doing so with a baby and dogs. Yet, my yard was never done and I was still charged and NO RESPONSE until after I left a negative review. If I could have give 0 stars I would have. Not one person at that company apologized or had an ounce of customer service!

I was going to place a 1 -star review and leave it at that. However, your response is wrong and unethical.It shows how unprofessional this company is by their responses and uncaringness to their clientele. Nevertheless, I trusted this company because I had an issue that I was reaching out to get resolved.I, as suggested, signed a contract that advised quarterly and SERVICES AS NEEDED in between after my brief consultation. All I asked was for the situation to be under control before we went to quarterly service, which is the type of backlash I am receiving.They waited until I signed the contract, and I have been receiving service from them for three months to change the contract terms and ask for more money. Upon every visit, I followed the technicians orders, such as getting a regular housekeeping service, and even paid $400 for deep cleaning of my residence. I am a business professional and spend little time at home. I work 80 plus hours a week at my profession. I Amazon everything and get packages delivered daily due to my hectic work schedule. Your technicians advised that may be the issue for my reoccurring problem is the cardboard boxes coming from warehouses across the country. I do not live in filth and feel quite humiliated about you making me seem as such in your response.Yes, I had an issue and went into detail about my circumstances on my initial call and consultation over the phone and in person.To be blasted on social media about my issues for other viewers to see is unacceptable and unprofessional. This issue could have all been resolved by one more service call as stated in the contract and terms and conditions I signed to be met, but I guess that was too much to ask.As a sales manager in customer service, this is everything I teach against. Customer service is everything in todays world, and we should treat others as we want to be treated. I hope you find it in your heart to have more care and compassion for your clientele when they come to you with an issue at hand.Screen shots can be provided for those interested for they do communicate what they dont want to say in person or on the phone via text messages.

We use Adam’s Pest Control for ants, rodents, termites, and all pest control. Excellent job every time .Carrol has handled everything in an efficient and professional manner difficult to find these days. I rarely have recommended a service but I do so in this case. Ants were a huge problem but Carrol promised she would take care of it and did so.

My experience with Adam’s Pest Control was excellent. The service provider was on time, friendly and highly educated in her job.They were great at getting me scheduled promptly and communications were very good.I would recommend Adam’s Pest Control.

Unfortunately I was scammed by this company. I paid $220 for the cockroach extermination where they come spray 2 separate occasions and then give you a 30 day guarantee. They did not abide by this contract and left out the fine print of when the 30 days was up. The cockroaches never went away and it didn’t work! They refused to come back out in the 30 days and wanted more money! It’s a shame since they were recommended to me.

Still in early stages of eliminating a rodent problem. Technician came to my home yesterday to inspect premises and deploy traps. I will know how effective traps were in next day or so when he returns to check on house.He seemed to know his business and was professional and polite. Showed up when he said he would.

Signed up for Quarterly lawn service last July for fleas in our yard. Services seemed fine up until this season of fleas. My yard again was full of fleas after being serviced. Upon signing up I paid an initial $80 or $90 (I don’t remember) and monthly $30 (and they came out to spray I believe every 3 months). I started to notice fleas on the dogs & honestly decided to cancel autopay & for all I cared could have sent the $60 I owed to collections but the calls/emails/texts didn’t stop regarding the $60 so I finally decided to just say something. Unfortunately Tiffany is not a kind or empathetic person. She is very rude & unprofessional for her job title. My resolve could have been as easy as hey we are sorry, we will send someone out and please pay the balance and that would have been done. But instead Tiffany was rude and just wanted the $60. So we ended our long email with NOTHING resolved and again I wanted my $60 owed sent to collections. Instead I woke up the next day a Friday morning to my account being overdrafted and Adams Pest Control taking $60 from my account that I DID NOT give them permission to take from account (I also canceled auto pay) so I’m assuming Tiffany went into my file and helped herself to bill the money without me knowing or my permission. So I sent an email saying ok you got your $60 so I expect a tech at my house to take care of these fleas. Tiffany’s reply was NOPE we are now cancelling your account cause you won’t speak to me that way. Saying I was demanding. Well ma’am as I paying customer with fleas I have the right to tell you my expectations. The fact she went and just took money from my account even after I cancelled auto pay and said I wasn’t paying the $60 since she didn’t want to compromise to me seems like theft. Sadly reading many reviews many seem to have an issue with this women & being very rude & unprofessional. They claim they are a family business but they do not act it. I only good I can say is they have some wonderful/kind and friendly technicians. I’m sure Tiffany will now rudely and unprofessionally reply to this review.
