2021-05-29We moved fro Chicago to Florida and we’re not sure we could have done it without Adnan. We started off with 3 different realtors and got nowhere, but a friend suggested Adnan and we immediately got results. He understood what we were looking for in our price range and quickly provided listings and stayed in constant contact with us until we finally closed on the house of our dreams. It felt like we were dealing with a family member that cared as much about the move as we did. He also was a huge help with regard to referring services in Florida as well. We recommend Adnan highly!

2021-04-18I’m not one to usually write reviews, but Adnan did such a terrific job helping us find our dream home in FL, that writing a review is the least I can do.As soon as we met Adnan, he was extremely attentive to better understand our needs and lifestyle. He managed to find exactly what we were looking for in a short window of time. As he knows the Fort Myers area very well, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the areas we would like to live in, and what they had to offer (parks, golf, restaurants, etc). He was also very helpful when it was time to negotiate the purchase price of the house, and following on the inspection report (always a plus). But it doesn’t stop there. Once we closed, he was (and still is) also always there to provide contact info from contractor to pool person, cleaning services and so on. If you are looking for a 5+ star real estate agent, search no more, Adnan is your man.

2021-10-22I only have amazing things to say about Adnan. My husband and I hired him to sell our rental property and he guided us through the entire process and was so responsive to any and all questions we had and handled all negotiations so professionally and gave the best insight to all options as things came up in inspections. He had us under contract in two weeks and closed right on time as scheduled and handled everything with the tenants we had in place giving notices well in advance to anything that was scheduled. Couldnt have had a better experience or hired a better agent
