I have used All Estate many times before. They give great service and always treat you with priority. The agent who brought the buyers to my listing asked me to recommend an inspection company, as the ones he had called were too busy to come right away. We asked All Estate Home Inspection to do our home inspection after hearing how great of a job they had done for friends of ours. They responded quickly and traveled 50 miles to complete the inspection! They were meticulous and even informed us of the things we may seek to have issues with down the road. I appreciated that because I feel this can be something inspectors frequently overlook so they can only give you the good news. He spent half of the day inspecting and then took the time to talk with us on any concerns etc. I would highly recommend using. A plus if you want the job done right!

They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. All of them did a thorough inspection on the home we are planning to buy and then took the time to answer all of our questions on the spot. We left the inspection with a notebook complete with a summary of the inspection, color photos and detailed information on everything inspected. The best part though was their willingness to answer more question several days after the inspection. They truly offer superior customer service before, during and after the job is done.

Honest, thorough, punctual, patient, detailed and explained in understandable terms for people who aren’t savy with plumbing/electrical/HVAC etc. The main inspector and the HVAC inspector were two of the nicest guys I ever met. Worst experience with an inspection company you can have! Dont trust them. Their inspection report was full of mistakes that added thousands of dollars to my expenses after purchasing my home. The inspector assigned to me was inexperienced and missed multiple items that were essential to the process. Run away from these guys!

2021-06-09I cant express how much I appreciate the people at All Estate Home Inspections for doing a home inspection for my buyers. I am so thankful because they were so accommodating, on-time and very professional. I contacted them and Patricia who coordinated the schedule to accommodate my buyer as we had a very tight window for the inspection period. When I initially called, she did not have any availabilities, but managed to squeeze me in and make it happen.The inspector arrived early, and he was very delightful and professional.We received the inspection that same evening.I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
