Teresa and her agent Niko were absolutely hellish to work with. They were dishonest and unethical through out the entire process. How we managed to close on the property is nothing short of a miracle. They made every step harder every chance they could. If you value honesty and integrity, stay far, far away from this real estate brokerage.
I have bought some places over the years and I will keep on buying with Teresa Demark. Im not a big spender cause I am blue collar worker so l respect the professional advice.

2022-04-03Teresa DeMark is a great broker! She saved me so much money. She was the listing agent of the house I bought in Merritt Island and she did such an amazing job, I hired her to list my house in Grant Valkaria. She went over and above in all aspects. I highly recommend her!!!

2021-11-04We was in the process of building a home and needed a place to stay that had at least 7 months or more fully furnished. Teresa had a 3 bedroom available for us to move in. We gave all our information with our application and it was quickly processed. She was fast and made good timing during our needs. During the last month of our lease we notified Teresa again and asked for another 9 months due to our house needing more time to build with Covid slowing the process. She immediately informed us the owner wanted back in and she had another place available but only 2 bedrooms. We excepted the place and she had us transferred over to the 2 bedroom within perfect timing.Were so pleased to have had stayed at the Port Royal and to Thank the office at All Real Estate. We never had any issues with either place and it was a pleasure to have been doing business with Teresa. She was always on top when there was ever an issue.

2020-11-03Ive bought, sold and managed over a dozen properties in the last decade, both residential and commercial. Out of all the agents Ive worked with over the years, Teresa DeMark was the only agent who took the time to fully explain to me the things I should be aware of, in the transaction. So I worked with her for my next 3 transactions and they continued to be great experiences due to her knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. In fact, working with her was such a delight that after several years, due to the volume of transactions I was involved with, I decided to get a sales associate license myself & joined her company. Theres always something new to learn from her breadth of experience and Im glad to be able to continue to pick her brain.

2020-04-01I was very happy with All Real Estate, Inc. and my Realtor Dori Greer for guiding me through the process of both selling my previous property and buying a new one in the Viera, FL area. My property for sale needed some work done and Dori took care of all the details and coordinated all the needed work on my behalf. She was very patient and reassuring to me during the negotiations. On the buying side, she took the time to detail every anticipated monthly expense and made sure I had a budget that I was comfortable with going forward. 2020-03-24Teresa DeMark is the most ethical person I ever met. She sold us a condo, then she sold it for us when we wanted to move into a single family home. Then she sold us our home in Merritt Island. She knew exactly what we were looking for. All went smoothly and we were never left out of the loop as to what was happening during the process. Unfortunately weve moved out of state, but I would not hesitate to call her if and when we come back! I highly recommend anyone looking for property in Brevard County to give her a call!

2021-01-22She represented us as a buyers agent. She went the extra mile. She set up a plumber and a pool contractor on the day of our inspection. She was with us throughout the entire inspection. She negotiated with the sellers agent on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. Recommend Teresa without reservation. Very personal attention.

2020-08-26I purchased two properties with this firm. As an out of state buyer Teresa walked me through the market and and informed me every step of the way. My experience with the firm was so enjoyable that I obtained my Florida Real Estate license and decided to work with them as a licensed agent in the office!
