I have purchased a number of properties over the years, and working with Lindsey and her team has been the best experience ever. 2022-03-09Heather Lindsey was absolutely amazing when it came time for us to purchase a home. She proved to be very professional and highly knowledgeable about the area in which we were looking to buy. Heather made herself available no matter the time of day and always responded immediately when messages were left. She stayed by our side right to the end to include being with us at our closing. Heather is truly a walking book of knowledge when it comes to recommendations or referrals for any home improvements such as painting, screening, house cleaning and the list continues. She never disappoints and continues to be a great contact, always making herself available even after the purchase of our home when information is needed or questions arise. We cant say enough about Heather and highly recommend her to anyone when looking to sell or purchase a home.

2021-11-28Melody H. Was awesome! I was searching for a home from out of state! She continued to be in contact and communicate which is huge for me. She looked for homes in price range, and would go check them out for me, do a video for me and let me know the ups and downs. During inspection she would sit and wait since I could not be here. She did excellent work and now I have referred my sister to her! I’m glad I found her on a website from Colorado before making this venture, she made it a piece of cake! I will use her again!

When that happened this spring, we called Lindsey on a Friday when the listing popped and by Sunday the place was ours! 2021-05-19Lindsey Pittman was very up to date on all the requirements it took to have residency and to purchase a home in the Cape Coral Florida area. We gave her a few details of what we wanted in a home and she took it from there showing us some really nice homes in the area. She was with us through the whole process even till the end of closing. I would really recommend Lindsey Pittman as an awesome realtor for anyone looking for a home in the southwest area.

2021-05-15We had made arrangements a month in advance with Lindsey Pittman to look at homes having never spoken with each other and having never met each other. We drove down and called Lindsey met up with her and her knowing we had limited time she had set up a 3 day home searching marathon. She set aside everything she had going on in her life including her family to help us find our dream home. She didnt waste our time looking at overpriced homes that were out of our range or homes that needed total renovation. We gave her our criteria and she tailored our home search to a T and even exceeded our expectations.The bottom line is that if youre looking for a home in the Cape Coral area, NOT using Lindsey Pittman would be a serious mistake on your part.
