2021-10-05Four years ago, my brother passed away and I was left in charge of his estate. I had no knowledge of what to do or who to contact to get things done with my brother’s estate. He had a house full of belongings, from furniture to cars and motorcycles. Living in Massachusetts, I had no local contacts to steer me to the proper people to clear out the estate. Luckily for me, somebody knew Bruce Scott and told me to contact him. I called Bruce, who came and looked at the house and was exceptionally helpful, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. He handled the auction very professionally and liquidated the assets efficiently.About a year later, I received a notification from Charlotte county stating that I have a water leak in the house and that they had turned off the water. I called Bruce Scott and asked him if he could help me. He said yes. He took care of getting the leak fixed and water restored to the property.Several times I have asked Bruce for help and he has graciously come to the rescue. Because of my interactions with Bruce, I have come to think of him as a friend, and not hired help. Bruce is professional, thorough, and always has your best interests in mind.

2022-09-12Bruce just did a house auction contents for me for my mom. He is a honest man and did a great job would highly recommend him and his company. Thanks Bruce Great Job
