2022-09-01This office is so predatory. We have a HOA here and they never follow any of the rules. They send unlicensed people to fix issues and dont respond back in a timely manner. They made me wait 2 months for a lease renewal and the HOA does parking enforcement here and they do not do month to month leases. We were at risk of getting our cars towed when we have been paying rent on time for years. They had absolutely no care or concern . When I demanded they talk to HOA to see if theyd make an acception to their lease that goes against their bylaws, they put a notice on my door that same day that I needed to vacate the premises. All because they could not send a lease within 2 WHOLE MONTHS. I paid first, last, and deposit when I moved in and they tried to keep my last month plus charge me an increased rent on my last month. They dont answer the phone and they dont respond to email. Theyre forcing me to get an attorney so that he can review all my correspondence and make sure they dont take advantage of hard working Americans. Shameful company do not get their services to manage your home and run far away if you are renting a property that they oversee.

2021-03-17Ive met Andrea Andrada at her office since we operate at the same building. I must say that the PROFESSIONALISM AND LEVEL OF RESPONSE and expedition for every transaction is SUPREME !!!!!. 2019-11-26Buildings are infested with roaches and termites. I never received a dime of my security deposit back. Do not waste your hard earned money doing business with thieves.
