They run a business in which the realtors do not communicate.Andrea is rude,can’t seem to never have an answer because she’s never “ in the office when she answers the phone”They close the office early and try to get late fees for doing so.Work orders for a non working A/C might get fixed or might not,Ended up paying out of pocket for the A/C that NEVER got fixed.Regular work work orders can take 3,4 or 5 phone calls before anyone comes out to see what’s going on.Bad business in general!They try to take short cuts for everything. The place was completely filthy also.
Andrea was A life saver when I was in a lot of trouble she helped with my troubles, I would recommend her services over and over again! Andrea THANK YOU!

2021-10-01Wonderful ExperienceAfter experiencing a horrible service by our initial realtor. We were referred to Andrea. From the beginning her attention to detail, knowledge and professional advice impressed both my wife and I. We finally felt we found the right person to help us buy our home. Even though it was an up hill battle because of the market, Andrea was able to make our dreams come true. She never gave up and made sure we didn’t give up on our dream home. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family members. If we had to ever sell and purchase a new home. Andrea will be our go to realtor for sure.

2022-06-29Andrea is very nice, and friendly, she was always available to see a home when we wanted to “run” in this hot market. Ultimately we won a contract on a beautiful home but it wasn’t without error.She insisted on a 21 day close without talking to our lender about it first which of course caused issues and costed us more money at closing. We have construction at the front of our community-she told us it was our HOA redoing the entry….turns out it’s a daycare being built! She didn’t even take the time to call the HOA and actually ask-she just made something up off hearsay.Additionally we bought our first home and she did nothing to make the moment special for us or memorable. No cute photos, no new home gift, nothing. She just took her commission and ran, haven’t heard from her since.Again, she was very friendly and nice but I wish that she was more knowledgeable in our situation. My cousin also bought a home with her (she referred us before closing) and had a very similar experience. Unfortunate but we are thankful to finally be settled into our home.EDIT-40% of the response below from Andrea is not true, which is exactly why I left 3 stars, and now reduced it by another star. One fact is that our home paid 3% commission not 2%. Lastly, reach out to the company you sent a monogrammed gift for a refund-because it was never received. My cousin never received the referral fee that was promised (not expected) either. It’s not about gifts or anything like that, but the integrity of your word is valuable and unfortunately a lot of things did not check out. I enjoyed working with Andrea on a personal note, just not professionally-as it didn’t seem like she was truthful all the time. I’m sure everyone’s experience is different, I am just sharing mine.

2020-03-26Andrea Rogers of Florida Real Estate went above and beyond the call of duty. The property was a rental and the tenant skipped out without paying rent. We decided to sell this property to concentrate on other locations. Andrea had been our leasing agent and we asked her to put the house on the market. As owners we dont live in Florida so Andrea had to run lots of errands -- clean up, painting, trash collection, new utilities and more -- which she always did promptly and efficiently. She ran open house twice, spent time with prospective purchasers, helped organize the closing -- we couldnt have done this without this level of skill. Shes a good communicator too -- always with the update email, phone call or text. The house sold relatively quickly and for near asking price.This lady earned her pay! We anticipate working with her again in the future.

2020-01-23My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrea Rogers during our search for a retirement home in the Tampa Florida area.We recently moved to Florida from Pennsylvania and had very little knowledge of the area. Andrea was very friendly, informative and extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate. She was genuinely interested in assuring that we were satisfied with our final decision. Andrea is definitely an expert in her field and we highly recommend her to everyone. We consider ourselves very lucky to have her as a realtor.

2018-05-28Weve rented with Andrea and Florida Real Estate Inc for almost five years now--and wed stay another five years if it wasnt for my husbands new job (were moving cross country). Andrea and her team has always been prompt (very prompt!) on any maintenance issues; shes always available asap to answer questions, and weve really never had a problem. Would definitely recommend!

2020-10-08I have great experience in buying and selling homes, but this time I needed a rental in the area of Clearwater, FL. Afraid to travel to Florida because of Covid-19, I had to rely upon the expertise of a Realtor for guidance and help. 2020-03-01Andrea had managed my property for many years and when I recently decided to sell my unit I turned to Andrea, Andrea listed the unit and we had a contract in ONE DAY! Closing was smooth and fast. I am completely satisfied. Adrea is highly recommended.

2020-03-24I met Andrea after being so frustrated working with builders and other realtors in the River-view area. I needed someone who could find a home for me with NO CDD (a scarcity in Tampa), low taxes, open floor plan, master on the main, with some specific upgrades. Amazingly, she was able to find it all. She also thought out of the box and presented other options. When I was unable to commute to the area to view the homes in person she went, on very short notice, and I received videos the same day, even during COV19. That is a dedicated realtor, whos flexible, dedicated, and knows her stuff. 5 stars!
