I saw this guys ad on TV and decided, for the price, I would give it a try. Very happy I did. I saved a lot of money and more importantly, I saved a huge amount of time. I was able to do the entire divorce on the computer sending emails and uploading files. They sent me all the paperwork to fill out. I met with my ex, we signed all the paperwork, got it notarized, uploaded it to his website. A few weeks later, BOOM, the divorce was finalized. His office staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Any question or inquiry I had was always answered within 1-2 business days. If you are in the unfortunate, or fortunate, situation where you need a divorce, give these guys a call. The lawyer is super rude and condescending. I paid more than $700 in advance, and the process did not go as expected with my husband, so I needed to cancel; he didnt do anything but send me papers. I asked for some money to be refunded as we never even submitted the paperwork, and he refused. I highly suggest you go somewhere else where you are treated with respect.

First and foremost, Mr. Gruskin’s office and administrative department is so overwhelmed that they emailed me someone’s else’s divorce settlement instead of my own, yes all nine attachments that all of you will get too if you hire him. If you do, it will hopefully have your information on it and no one else’s. This email contained the names, address , and private information of another couple going through tough hardship of a divorce and trusting their attorney to keep their information private but somehow it ended up right in my inbox. Of course I made Mr. Gruskin’s office aware of this mistake and they didn’t seem surprised by this “mixed up” and brushed it off as if this is something that happens routinely. This was the first incident with this attorney that was the first red flag I should not have ignored. Because his services were so affordable I ignored this and gave him the second installment, upon his request. At this point all Mr Gruskin had done for me and my case was complete the template that contains my information, yet he needed the second installment. I gave it to him.Sometime later, I emailed Mr. Gruskin about receiving some clarification about how to upload certain documents into the portal. I did not receive an answer and after several follow up emails from my side, Mr. Gruskin writes me back. He redirected me to the generic emails that his office sends periodically with unpersonalized directions and told me he could not spend another minute attending to me. Just like that. Time passed and I get served divorced papers. I am blind-sighted and didn’t see this coming. I immediately emailed mr Gruskin and it took him 4 days to get back to me. I had 20 days to contest my soon to be ex ‘s petition.He was rude and not worth my time nor money.

Read this review if you are about to go through a divorce! I was shopping around for lawyers and after talking to lawyers who wanted retainers anywhere from $2500-$5,000 I did not think I would ever be able to afford a divorce. No kids, no shared assets so I knew my case would be fairly simple and to the point and I stumbled upon Arnies website. I thought it was too good to be true at only $495 (his fee, and then the court fee is separate). I figured, I have nothing left to lose lets try it out. It was not too good to be true. It was great and it was very true. I am very pleased with the communication and speed of Arnies work. To be fair, I couldve had it done sooner had I fully read some emails and had all the papers done at the same time rather then thinking they were all to be done separately (thats my bad). Overall I would highly suggest Arnie to help in your divorce case as he got everything done and got everything done clearly and fast!

Great service - fast, efficient, inexpensive, effective. This was my second divorce with Arnies help 19 years apart, so Im a repeat customer if you will.Couple of things to improve IMHO, but they dont effect my overall rating:- communications could be better at times- this is 2019, every mean of payment convenient to a customer needs to be accepted. As is I had to wire the money and fees are disproportionately high for that for both sides. There is PayPal, there is Zelle, there are credit cards, setting them all up is fast and easy.Happy New Year to Arnie, his team, and everyone reading this.
My experience of working with Mr. Arnie Gruskin was beyond horrible. I rarely write reviews however, in this case, I feel compelled to warn others who may be contemplating using his services. He is extremely careless, unprofessional, and unorganized. His preferred method of communication is by email (easier to ignore), and if you dare to call him to follow up on your case he will just shamelessly hung up on you. Dealing with this attorney was by far the most frustrating experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and stay away, but if you do decide to use his services, dont give him the final payment until your case is finalized, otherwise, you are at his mercy, and there is not much you can do.....And btw dont buy into all the 5-star reviews, they are not real.

I was skeptical about doing my divorce online, but attorney Gruskin and his legal team made everything easy and a smooth process and very professional from start to finish. I Would recommend them.
The worst lawyer. Bad people skills. No manners or courtesy. $250.00 deposit, got meOne phone consultation..the cost. The rest had to be done by e mails. Two days or more for reply back. Talked for a minute after I finally got through. Snapped at me. I wrote him and said no longer needed his services. Went to local courthouse. Paid $450.00 court fee, saw the judge same day. Divorce final. Never heard back from Gruskin. He made a quick $250.00 for one and a half phone calls and got nothing back in return except avoidance and rudeness.

This attorney does not have straight game plan how to do simple divorce (no kids, no disputes over assets). He did not provide full list of documents we needed to do simplify divorce. He took money, kept promising everything is done and ready to go but in reality nothing has been done and nothing is ready. He asked for additional payments only. And this was the only truth in his practice. We lost two months. We are going somewhere else to take care of this matter.Avoid this firm.

This lawyer operating a finanical hostage cituations. At first he appear help, once his final payment has been rendered all communication stop. He took three month after collecting filing fee to report the file is missing document. Despite telling us all document are in oredet and online to transfer an additional court filing fee to his account, despite paying initially quoted price. Even with text and email he did not response on until 90 days later. A process that should have resovle in 30 days or less. He has proven to be unscruptious and if the does expedit this matter quickly. I will be seeking legal resolution against him and his firm in this matter.

This Lawyer its extremely unprofessional. Stay away and save yourself some time and money . He ignored all my concerns and questions for almost 30 days .I was in deep dark about my case the entire time and then when I finally give up and requested refund for my first payment he provided me later with some old copy -pasted documents for me to fill out..documents that are not even up to date for 2019th.This should be unnecaptable behaviour for any legal represantive . Please refund my money that I requested so I can find someone who actually know how to get the job done and dont just collect money from the people unreasonaly he also had no shame to request more money from me after providing me with nothing.Waiting for my refund.

2022-07-06Great experience! From day 1 to the day I received the final dissolution took less than 3 months! No additional fees or costs aside from parenting classes, getting documents notarized and filing at courthouse. Roughly $1300 total compared to other lawyers I spoke with who wanted $5k just to take me as a client.Highly recommend Arnie Gruskin and his team.

If you are willing and ready to complete all task that are asked from the legal time in a timely matter. I can confirm your expectations will be satisfied. If they make additional suggestions, like hiring a Real Estate Attorney in unique situations like mine its not to pinch another penny out of you but best manadatory practice. He made promises that were not delivered, was highly impatient, and I’m still awaiting a refund for services not rendered. Unfortunately, the legal assistant’s openly intimate relationship with Arnie Gruskin makes it difficult for her to objectively and effectively intervene and assist. CHOOSE ANOTHER ATTORNEY .

You should contact this guy if youre illiterate. Otherwise, find yourself a better lawyer and get it done the right way.Files your divorce in Lee county regardless of where you reside? Sketchy is a kind adjective for this operation.
