2022-06-01I worked with both Darcie and Laura!Darcie is extremely thorough and organized on top of being a genuinely kind person! I am a very detail oriented person and seeing how thorough and meticulous that Darcie is with her job gave me a ton of peace of mind in choosing to work with AMRE. Ive had terrible experiences with realtors in the past so I definitely approached choosing a realty company with professional skepticism and was so thrilled to find someone that I can trust!Laura was more than just a realtor for me! I reached out to her when she was selling the lot next to my house and I told her about the plumbing issues that I had when I first moved into my house. She told me about the city of Gulfport rebate program and I was able to be reimbursed $3500 by the city for my sewer line replacement. Such a blessing! And she continued to check on me throughout the next year and answer my questions when the real estate market started to spike. When I decided to sell my house, there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to list it with Laura. I am very grateful to have found a realtor that truly wanted what was best for me and my husband. It is a rare thing in todays society to find someone who genuinely cares. I wish I had more homes that I could sell with her! I would recommend Laura to anyone looking to sell a home in the area.

2020-10-14Darcie was amazing to work with. We moved from out of state and met her via zoom before we arrived. She even helped us with finding a rental. 2020-09-14My husband and I met Darcie when we were house hunting. We were so impressed with her when we met her at an open house we hired her to sell our house. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism is beyond compare. Our house was sold with in a week. She never lost patience with us in searching for our new home. Her honesty about the pluses and minuses of properties or location was refreshing. We have been living in our new home now for 6 months now and she is still there for us. Just the other day we contacted her with questions about warranties and she was most helpful. You will not regret hiring Darcie and her team as your agent.

2021-12-12We started out as tenants with one of darcies properties which she worked with us with patience and swiftness to obtain every interaction was so amazing the entire process was easy and done through doc sign after a year and a half we were offered to buy the property and Darcie gave me all the contacts to go through to make home buying amazing everyone says it’s so stressful I was not even remotely stressed with the process 10/10 do recommend

2019-05-22In September 2018, Darcie was the listing agent for the home that Kim, my wife, and I had our hearts set on. As soon as we met Darcie, we were struck by her genuine friendliness, sincerity, knowledge, professionalisim, and honesty. Even before we left the open house, we seriously considered her as representing us as well. Kim and I both are business owners, and we have become very good judges of character. All of our thoughts on Darcie have been confirmed over the last 9 months, as we did purchase, and now have leased the home, and Darcie is managing it. She is very thorough, extremely prompt, and amazingly easy to work with. From getting utilities in place, to electrical outlets that need to be brought up to code, to replacing a rusted mailbox, to setting up contracts for landscaping/pool vendors, etc etc...she has done it all; and with other options and all with estimates. Depending upon how things go for Kim and I in the next few years, we do have plans on aquiring another property or two, and Darcie will be all over it. She is the whole package-do not seek anyone else!! We love her!

2021-09-23Darcie and her team at AMRE are total ROCKSTARS! She recently assisted me through selling a condo in Pinellas County and the entire process could not have gone smoother in addition to setting a record sales price! She knows the local market well and is an extremely hard worker with a dedicated team behind her. 2018-10-25I came to Darcie Wheeler and Asset Management with two questions. Can you find me a property that will generate the income I am looking for within my spending budget? And, will you manage that property for me?As my spending budget was limited, I was quite surprised with the time and effort she put forth. After a month of showing me properties (to show me the market, she said) she mentioned that one in particular would satisfy both of my requirements. And in fact, it generates a bit more than I was looking for.Darcie guided me through the whole process. From purchasing the property, to contracting Asset Management for setting up the leases, finding new tenants and managing the property for me on a day in/day out basis. Asset Management keeps me informed of any maintenance issues that have been taken care of. I get a report from them every month of the rents collected and deposited in my account. When a tenant has an issue they resolve it within a day or two. That is what I call a quality company.I have and would highly recommend Darcie Wheeler and Asset Management Real Estate to anyone looking to buy/have someone manage their rental properties. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is very personable as well. She asks what it is you are looking for - and finds it.
