2019-09-26I appreciate Lawrence the broker and all his support. I also admire the fact that he does not allow anyone to bully him! Lawrence offers his agents 24 hour office access, a fitness center, private meeting room and no desk fees! If your and Agent and your paying your broker too much of your commission contact Lawrence today and make the switch! It will be the best decision youll make in your real estate career. Lawrence helps his agents achieve and succeed without imposing ridiculous fees!

2020-03-12Very unprofessional realtor and group! Realtor has never given me the signed paperwork that I signed in October. Had one showing due to my property not being advertised on any of their social media as I was told it would. I asked to cancel as per our agreement and text that there was no cancellation fee and I could cancel at any time. At which time the realtor started to avoid my messages and had to call the company which is an answering machine. Long story short waiting for over a month for a cancellation form which still states I owe them a fee which was never agreed upon. Asked broker for a copy of when my listing expires and I cant even get that. Do not waste your time with this company. Realtor completely unprofessional sending me my cancellation form as a photo via text! NO email...

2019-09-26My experience with the agent and broker was professional. Everyone including the title company helped me with my purchase. I see the lame complaints and have to disagree. I will recommend Atlantic Florida Properties to everyone. Don’t believe the “fake news”.

2018-07-18This company by far is the most unprofessional in the Real Estate Field I have ever come across.First, they never answer the phone. I called 5 days in a row, left 3 voicemails and never got a call back.When I finally reached the Broker Larry, he refused to give me his last name, didnt want to hear about the crappy experience we had with one of their Realtors and then he topped it off by hanging up on me..UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least, this company is a joke.
