Have been buying insurance from the Atlantic Insurance Agency for years now and From the beginning it was next to impossible to get in touch with my agent Jessica extension 213 to find out why the wrong information has been listed on my policys for the last year??. The information on my policys was completely incorrect. Called and left messages . She is never in the office nor returns any of my phone calls when it comes to servicing the accounts I have with them. IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH HER... very strange way to do business...she needs to be trained properly on the insurance regulations and customer service skills to maintain clients ...I have attempted to bring it up to the owner and he has never responded to my concerns. I am moving all of my insurance policys immediately.I do not recommend this insurance company. Do your self a favor and locate a professional responsible insurance agent elsewhere!Be assured that the reviews have been placed by this company or its employees and their friends to create the rating they have.When you buy a new policy of coarse they answer and collect money...that is why the ratings are so unrealistic. IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THE POLICY THAT GET NO SERVICE!!follow up:No one has ever returned any of my phone calls. please do not be fooled by the owners response!!!!

I’ve had my homeowners insurance with this agency for over 3 years and I’m completely happy! Their service is kind, quick and responsive. They answer their phones promptly, they’re always patient and kind and every time I’ve needed anything they take care of it immediately. The only complaint I have about insurance is prices and unfortunately your agency can’t change or help that. If you are new to the area or in need of any line of insurance I highly recommend this agency.

I am insured by Lighthouse Property Ins for homeowner coverage. I paid my renewal premium on May 3, 2021on line.Lighthouse Property claimed they never received the payment from my bank, even though my bank had a confirmation number from the recipient.My agent , Caroline, acted as a go between the insurer and me. She kept me informed of her actions on my behalf and made sure that my policy was reinstated without penalty.I just received her email confirming my reinstatement.

Reached out to Jessica on January 30th for a quote on a condo. She said she would get back to me mid week with the quote. Finally received a quote on February 11th after following up 8 times or more. She was either on the phone, away from her desk or at lunch. She NEVER called me back. Had someone simply touched base with me I would not have felt the need to leave negative feedback. Communication was abysmal.

2022-06-07Kathy Dimattia of Atlantic Insurance was a true pro at helping me during an unexpected time when FedNat homeowners discontinued my insurance due to their financial issues.Kathy immediately updated me and I did seek other agencies for quotes, but they were not easy to work with lacked follow through actions.Kathy listen to my needs and quickly revised quotes and sent me all documents with in a few days we completed the process.I am not happy that my homeowners as a Florida resident has gone up drastically - even with a new roof!I am thrilled to continue my relationship with Kathy and highly recommend her to anyone!
