Finally!!, a location that I keep my storage and have had no problems, but also receive above and beyond customer service during this pandemic. Samantha and Bobby are exactly what epitomizes true American concern and empathy. I will ALWAYS use Atlantic Self Storage and so should you!
Very disappointed Ive spent over $5,000 with them and they jacked my rent up $50 a unit.. shame on them.

24/7 Access , Facility gets cleaned on a regular basis , Great location for the Regency & Arlington area .. Management is Direct and Operates by company policies.
Got a unit close to the entrance. Friendly staff. Went out of their way to accommodate the unit I needed. Great specials going on.

2021-09-07I wish I could put a 5 star review because the customer service we received with our time of using this facility has been amazing. Any time I had a question I could call or email and get a response in a timely manner.The issue for me is where the rent continuously goes up and reasoning is always the same - help maintain property & do improvements . Not sure what improvements were actually done to the facility, but maybe stuff on the back end where customers dont see, not sure. I got a storage unit to store my furniture in until I purchased a home. When I cleaned it out, there were roaches and bugs all in the unit and furniture that was being stored in the unit. ***I regularly put damp-rid in the unit*** I did not notice the bugs in my unit when I would change the damp-rid, solely because most of them had been living in the furniture. Had I known this was going to be an issue, I wouldve rented else-where, now Im stuck paying a couple thousand dollars to replace the furniture that was stored.If you dont care about bugs & roaches and want good customer service with rent that goes up with no noticeable changes around the facility, this place is for you.

2018-09-14Finally great service!!! I was looking for a 10 x 10 shed for my painting/flooring/carpentry/drywall company could store our tools etc. I called 4 different places and finally found one. But it was $160 a month!! All the sudden my caller ID said Atlantic Self-Storage. I had got a call from Nathan, one of my 4 earlier phone-call adventures,He had found me one sort of close to our needs, and it was very affordable. I called and reached Lorell, super nice and eager to assist. She agreed to wait past closing, for me if I was coming. 15 minutes later, Lorell and Dana got me all signed in .nice work Nathan, Lorell and Dana.Team work at its best!!Oh and we decided to do the $2 invoice mail list option Lorell told us about!!!
