2022-03-28My family and I were looking to buy in Florida from Texas so we needed someone who knew the area and would act as a liaison... Autumn did all that and more. She was quick to respond to text and emails, she constantly sent pictures and video clips with updates. In addition, she helped in negotiations and contract issues. We highly recommend Autumn to anyone looking for a realtor and we look forward to working with her for future purchases.

2021-06-28When my husband and I started house hunting we were with a different realtor who was not honest and definitely did not communicate so we decided to switch and that’s when I found Autumn. She was amazing right from the beginning. We had a VA loan and we knew it would be tough in this market but she was honest and communicated every step of the way. She was always there if I had questions and worked so hard on our behalf. We closed on our dream house the beginning of June and we couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process went. We are so thankful to Autumn for helping us find our forever home!

2021-04-11Autumn is great! She helped us find the perfect house for us, and she did it very quickly. Autumn made the home buying process easy by always being available to answer all our questions. 2021-04-02Magnificent service! Autumn went above and beyond throughout our entire home purchasing experience, and is the reason we now have such a great home for my mother. She stayed in contact with us throughout, listened to what we needed, sending us emails of homes, booking viewings, and using her knowhow and contacts to really make it go as smooth as possible. She took her time to explain every point of the contract with me, and walk me through the process. She even took time away from her own vacation to keep in contact with an early closing on the home. That’s dedication to her client. I can’t recommend Autumn enough, and how happy you’ll be to have her on your side. Thank you Autumn.

2021-04-21Autumn was honestly THE BEST! Our experience as first time home buyers was so smooth and uncomplicated. We chose a model home within a WEEK of working with autumn. She is very thorough and answered all of our questions, not to mention she is the sweetest! We really appreciate all that you did for us and hope to work with again in the future.

2021-09-10Autumn was the best helping us find the perfect home in the right neighborhood. I didn’t give her many options as to where we wanted to be ! When I heard about the right house I asked her if we could make the offer before seeing it , she said let’s go make sure it is what you really want first. I am glad she slowed me down but made sure we were in the house the next morning ! We made an offer right away and Autumn was so helpful every step of the way. We looked at the house July 11th and closed on August 27th. This would not have happened without all of her help! We are so thankful and ready to get settled in to our new home. We will be looking for bigger in about 2 years and Autumn will be our agent again no question !
