I took my daughters car in for repairs, Edddy our service advisor was great and while we had to wait almost 8 days for repair, we were informed in advance that they were 5 days behind we accepted. I must say they are honest, we were originally told $1284 for full repair, today they called to say they only needed one coil so price for total repair was $883. Its nice to know this business is honest.Sometimes waiting for proper good repair is worthwhile
I have purchased 2 cars from Aventura and so far they have the best customer service ever. Ni was the angel of ours... She was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ni and this dealership to everyone, if you want to be treated as deserved Aventura is the right place. Thanks for everything Ni you are amazing.
Highly recommended Aventura and my Sales person Rhodlyn Bruno and Finance Manger Vanessa. I’ve been in the market for my 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie for 2 months. The spec that I wanted made it extremely difficult to find so I’ve been willing to travel if I ever came across one. After a few poor experiences at local dealerships near me I came across Aventura site and they had probably the largest inventory of vehicles and 4 exact spec 1500s that I wanted. I reached out to Aventura and later had Bruno reach out to me and figure out what I wanted. It was very important that I was able to do everything remotely to get a deal in place before I hoped on a plane. He walked me through the entire process and worked out a deal that was fair for both parties. He got back to me in a timely fashion. He even went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport. Entire process seamless. Will definitely be the only place I visit as long as I’m apart of the Ram family.
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Kevin Chery for helping me purchase my first RAM 1500. After 2 months of searching for cars Kevin was willing to help me and patiently work with me. With how tough the car market is. Its a breath of fresh air to know that people like Kevin are there to help!

Long story short: they have made a life long customer out of me, thank you Julio from the Jeep Service department!One random afternoon, my car did not turn out. I panicked and call the mechanics around the area, no one picked up. Or if they did their lots were full and maybe I could try them the following week. I was hesitant to call the dealership bc of all the things you hear about their prices and random “findings” but the process could not have gone any smoother. Julio told me what to expect the moment I turned my keys in. He kept in touch throughout the week regarding the price and diagnosis. When it was time to pick up the car the price was exactly as stated. Good service is hard to come by in Miami. Thank you so much !
Definitely, the most unacceptable type of service I expected. I thought I made an appointment for my vehicle. To be told by the service manager that I didnt make an appointment for my vehicle, but I made an appointment to meet with the service advisor! Then I was told I will have to wait 4 to 6 hours for a blank oil 🛢 change! I took my vehicle to Hollywood Dodge and; they service my service my vehicle less than 1 hour. This is worse dearlship I ever went to!I will never go there again! Please 🙏🏿 find a different dealership to go too!!!
Technician called me after two weeks of car being in the shop to tell me the issue had been fixed (a rattle in steering column). At pickup, it was evident the issue was NOT fixed. I approached the service manager and he admitted they weren’t able to fix it (effectively admitting the tech had lied). He suggested I turn the AC on and crank up the music so I wouldn’t hear it. Unacceptable, and insulting, answer from a manager. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for not getting it fixed (maybe was a difficult issue) but one star for lying to a customer.***Response to owner:No need to call. I have moved and my new local dealer fixed the issue in 24 hours. My visit to your dealer was a while ago by the way, but haven’t forgotten the experience and have been meaning to leave a review.Honest feedback: your service department is understaffed and overworked which is drastically affecting your customer experience.
Today I passed by to get information on purchasing my own lease and I sat with the finance manager Augusto Rosario and Im so happy I did! He answer all my questions and gave me options I hope to have to better make a decision. My husband and I will definitely continue to purchase in this store.
Angel Rodriguez is an amazing sales person with a great personality and honest. Knowledgeable of the product and super helpful and patient. The experience was good and hin and Yiosvany made this car shopping experience a very comfortable one. I will definitely recommend this dealer. He made sure my car was super clean and ready. Zero stars would be more appropriate to describe this atrocious excuse for a service department. Disorganized, rude, condescending and informal. Going in to have your vehicle serviced seems like it is a bother to them. Continuous claims of short staffing and one department blames the other. No accountability on anyones actions, lack of follow through, poor communication and not to mention the lack of knowledge and customer service. Claims that all service departments throughout Florida are experiencing the same type of issues due to short staff. 2 weeks of sitting in a garage to just have your car looked at? From experience with 2 Jeeps in the family I can attest that it is not true. Drive a little further to Pembroke Pines and receive luxury brand car service. Save yourself the aggravation and also time by not patronizing this location.

Arrived at the Jeep service garage to change out a headlight for a 2019 Cherokee. After confirming the simple swap, we were quoted for a minimum of $300 in labor costs due to the labor intensive nature of detaching the bumper to access the light and that it would take approximately 2-3 hours. After explaining the car was designed with an access hatch at the wheel arch for the purpose of replacing the lights, we were still advised it would be labor intensive and costly. We were told by the technician we could buy the light from their parts department and do it ourselves if we wish. We parked the car, bought the replacement from their parts department and changed the light in the parking lot for a total of 45 minutes. It’s disappointing we can’t trust our local Jeep service department to be fair and reasonable.
Just want to take the time to acknowledge Yobany Peralta from the finance department for his dedication to customer service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure not only to getting the best deal but also took his time to explain everything thoroughly. Made all this process much easier and was able to walk away happy and in my new car.

Horrible experience, I had look into their website due to an advertise shown on my fb with good price due to “savings” not specifying that you had to qualify for them, making the advertise price not real, meaning that if you had done numbers base on that price you are way off reality. So, if you are checking out the online website don’t even bother the online price is just to get you in there. Healthy advise, I’m sure there’s other Dodge dealers where they honor their prices.
Be very careful with advertised price online. Went to the dealer today after calling the internet department to inquire about a vehicle and was told yes car is available and for the advertised price$25,742. After driving one hour to get to the dealer, the price of the car went up $15,000 for an out the door of $40,000 on a used car just unbelievable. Once I tried to show the internet price to the car salesman he mention if its to good to be true then its not just overall horrible experience. Beware do your research and stay away from CJDR Aventura
My daughter (19) dropped off her Jeep to take care of a few recall items and gave the service department a short list of minor electrical related fixes (door locks, power window, hazards) and came away with a $2,200 bill mostly for over inflated general service which she doesn’t recall authorizing. To add insult to injury, they fixed none of the electrical things she pointed out. Way to take advantage of a teenage driver. My fault as well because being in NY, I was not able to take the car in.

If they were sharks before, now they are vultures .I would love to say, stay away from this place, but unfortunately the Florida auto malls are run by same organizations who are tightlyConnected between them - dealerships banks , and famous credit bureau’s Gods . The moment you walk in you are greeted by small ‘fish’ . Guy who’s learning the trade but definitely knows enough, so not matter what’s the reason you went there , buy , lease , buy out lease ,Be ready you are going to get screwed one way or another. No need to mention any names they are all for one , working as a team to ruin your life , credit and of course your wallet.

Scheduled an Appointment with Greg, for 3:00 Pm. Drove 2.5 hours to Purchase 2018 Trackhawk. Asked salesmen to please have vehicle detailed so that upon arrival so all was presentable. Vehicle Online Pictures didnt match. Car Interior was Completely dinged and scratched. Sales Manager informed me that we couldve done a video call prior to driving 2.5 hrs from home. I thanked him for that AWESOME left out detail, he would later go on to educate his salesmen for future events.I was passed from one salesmen to another. Was told by Salesmen the Dealership was selling the car With 2 Black Keys.....NO (Red Key?) Why or How would you sell or even dare post a SRT vehicle without Unlocking the vehicles full potential or have that key present at time of purchase? When we finally agreed on a final number. Sales manager informed me they would be buying an OEM Trackhawk Key & Needing me to drive back another 2.5 hours. For me to program that read key. (I Agreed & Understood). Then when asking how I was financing. I informed Cash/Check payment & Dealer said their was an additional 3k fee for not financing with them. Along with Not being able to remove Doc fee, oil changes charge (Being 2.5 hours away from dealership not needed ), NSD App protect fee., Kahu fee All added on by Dealer.....but couldnt have the red Key ready for client to purchase prior to arriving nor detailed vehicle. I applaud their team for being calm and collective liars. WORST EXPERIENCE in ANY CHRYSLER, DODGE, RAM, JEEP dealership EVER!!As the 2 managers said. Lets shake hands and part ways as friends. Brought my Jeep in for recall work. Great communication when trying to sell me rear pads and rotors for almost $1000, zero communication or response when trying to follow up on my aftermarket radio which they managed to break. It appears that instead of unscrewing the back piece and removing it they chose to pry the thing apart breaking the clips (note it was also epoxied together on original assembly so they must have used considerable force to manage this...which you would think might raise the question Am I removing this piece wrong?).
Run!!! Do not service your car here. Extra over charge. They charge over 3 times the amount over any other place. Bleed the breaks $300.00Any other place no more then $100.00Speed sensors 500.00 labor $69.00 for the part. It take 10 min to replace.Then they said it would be $2,200 to replace the master cylinder and brake booster. What!!!!Then the service manager calls me back and said he can lower the price to 1,200. The price all other dealerships charge. All of a sudden I get a thousand dollar discount. Just because I’m a female. Yea they are all super friendly but all a scammmmmm. Never going to the service center at a dealership ever again.
Do not buy a vehicle here! I already own a wrangler so I am familiar with sales charges. I went to build a 2022 wrangler high altitude. The salesman tried to sway me to a wrangler 4xe that was en route. I continuously stated I ONLY wanted a wrangler high altitude. He said there was a $15k up-charge above MSRP because of the low inventory jeep market AND instead of the typical $2k deposit I needed to put down a $5k nonrefundable deposit. I politely walked out. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Horrible customer service and treatment , they charge other fees besides dealer fee and tag fee .they want you to pay an additional fee for products you don’t want or need that is not good business. Salesmen horrible and when you ask to speak with a manager they say no , James is a horrible salesman and should not be working attending clients telling customer not to be dramatic about the fees and if you don’t want to buy the car to bad for you they have the product and they put the prices and fees . Aventura Jeep and dodge it is a scam playing with peoples money and time .

Never had a bad experience with this location til today. I called and was told I could bring my car in for an oil change. After driving from Miramar to this location I was told they are not taking anymore oil changes that are not by appointment. They didn’t seem to care or want to help. Horrible customer service.

I have been actively searching for a Ram 1500 for at least 3 months, from dealerships from Orlando all the way down to Kendall. My friend just happen to send me the link to the Aventura Dealership and I found this beauty. After visiting other dealerships I was a little mad that they werent trying to work on the price a little more. So on 6/24/20 I decided to go see this truck. Angel was the sales person who helped me and made me feel very relaxed through the whole process. If i were to buy a vehicle again I would definitely go with him again. I got this truck with a higher equipment package and amenities than the other trucks I saw at the same price! Love my new truck and everyone At this dealership made the whole process smooth. 2018 update:Well its that time again. Needed to get a new beauty and once again aventura cjdr delivered. Found the perfect car I needed and the customer service was above and beyond. No matter who you are or where you are from, everyone at this dealer treats you like family. Thank you to James the awesome sales associate who helped me pick my dream car. Special thanks to Phil the sales manager as well. Tiffany helped guide me through all the financial steps with ease. All of them helped me through every step without skipping a beat. The dealership staff and management have very poor ethical standards. I received an offer through Kelley Blue Book website to sell my Jeep and had several dealerships interested, specifically honoring the KBB offer. The Aventura Chrysler Jeep representative contacted me multiple times trying to convince me to go to them. I had already been to a different dealership in Coral Gables who had contacted me first. They had done the Jeep inspection and were honoring the KBB offer, although due to my 16 month old baby sleep schedule it was late in the afternoon and I had to leave, so we didn’t have time to do the paperwork.Since Aventura Chrysler Jeep representative kept insisting and they were located much closer to us, we went there, after explaining we had already an offer and the situation with the baby, that our time was limited etc.. After I spent time driving there with my husband and baby, taking our two cars, they did not honor the offer and tried to convince me to sell them the Jeep for thousands of dollars less. It was very misleading and a display of low level of integrity by the dealership’s representatives and management.We ended up selling our Jeep to the Coral Gables dealership as they were honest and courteous, they even sent a representative to our house to sign all the paperwork and pick up the Jeep.
Alexander from sales and Mike from finance were seriously SO AMAZING. I already loved having my jeep from Aventura but when it came time to upgrade I was nervous that I wouldn’t find what I was happy with- I couldn’t have been more wrong!We seriously felt like we’d known each other for years and everything felt so transparent and like they truly had our best interest at heart so we really appreciate it!We’ll see you again in a few years to upgrade again! The team is very knowledgeable and the customer service was great. During the deal I had to leave for a few hours while the finance team structured my deal. My salesman Manny was awesome to work with and kept me informed of the whole time. The floor manager was great as well. I was ready to walk out twice due to the fact the truck I went to see was stolen and everything else was out of my budget. He was able to get me into a vehicle that was priced slightly higher and stayed with in my budget. These guys are looking to move units and are willing to make deals. Great buying experience from sales floor to financing.

Ive used this dealership service several times for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I never had an issue until today, 02/04/21. This morning I took the jeep to the shop because of a Service Air Bag system alert. Normal process the young lady greeted me, walked me in to my service advisor. Polite young man, he looks at the car says ok, its going to take a while to see your car. I said no problem I dont need a car until about 4 today. He said no its going to be about four or five days. I was like ok, I will take a loaner car until the issue is resolve. He asked if I had an extended warranty I said yes, we went back to his desk and he said you have the extended warranty called car care plus ( or something like that). That it only covers the car rental once the car is diagnosed. I was cool, I have until 4pm, diagnose it then and I will pick up a rental. He stated no we cant diagnose it for 4 or 5 days. I was ok, lets make an appointment and I will come back. I know its a safety issue but its drivable. He state No, I can make a service appointment but I cant diagnose it then. I stated well that makes no sense, why not place a holder for my spot when its my turn I will come in. He stated that it doesnt work like that. At which time I explained that we are in COVID times, Im not making a lot of money, there has to be another solution then me leaving the car for 4 to 5 days and renting a car on my own dollar, when Ive already paid for an extended warranty (the best one they had at the time.). He stated well thats all I can do, to which I stated well I could go to another dealer. To which he stated no problem and walked me out. Honestly, I was quite surprised because Ive been to this dealer a few times already. Ive been speaking with a sales rep about trading in the jeep and getting a new one, but unless something happens immediately. I dont foresee myself coming here again.Update 2/9/21- it’s been a week and the dealer replied to my review claiming a member of management will contact me. Never happen so I still have to go to another dealership. Seriously disappointed...
I have nothing but respect for these guys in this dealership. They really made it possible for me to leave with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. The floor manager is a great guy with an awesome personality along with Arturo. From the moment I walked in Arturo helped me out with everything and made the whole process smooth. Came for warranty repair but ended up paying for it over 2k ( but its OK, Chrysler games. What was not OK at all then I received my car back, carpet in a trunk was damaged by RATS! See pics with fresh outrageous holes attached. Its obvious because car spend a MONTH! at the shop which definitely has issues with rats, especially with open window and hood . Camilo, service manager, told me Im the first one with this issue and saying sorry was the only he can do for me.Unfortunately this shop is closest Chrysler dealership for me but definitely not the best one....
Worked with Justin Montoya over the weekend on a 2017 Wrangler. Very upfront and very willing to work with me on every level. Listen.I’ve been to many dealerships in my life. Usually the experience is one of Uncomfortable back and forth, but Angel was heaven sent. Yes he was a salesman, but he gave straight facts and made what is usually a sometimes difficult situation straight to the point and smooth. We were able to be in and out the door with truck in hand. You guys have a gem!
Let me start by saying that if I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a new (leftover) 2018 RAM 1500 on September 2020 from Aventura CJDR and ever since I bought the truck their service has been horrible. The truck had flat spots on the tires (apparently because it was sitting there for a long time) that caused vibrations when driving at 60+ mph. They never replaced the tires on the truck and kept telling me that it would go away that I just needed to continue driving the truck. After more than 4 visits to their service center a and dealership and several calls I was never able to solve this. The salesman (Guillermo Martinez) completely disappeared and stopped answering my calls. On every visit they changed the story from drive it for 1000 more miles to the protection package you bought on the wheels and tires will cover the replacement I will call them and let you know (they were never available to answer the call while I was there).The clear coat on the front bumper started chipping and peeling (apparently it had been painted at the dealership) a couple of months after I purchased the truck. They never assumed responsibility for that repair. They kept telling me that it was normal wear and tear despite me purchasing a paint protection package from them which supposedly included a protective coating that would protect the paint. They never applied the coating and every time I went to the service I requested the coating to be applied. They kept telling me different stories which never resulted in the coating being applied. Same thing for the paintless dent repair service, they kept telling me I had to take it to a different service center because they didnt offer the service at that location.Another issue I had was with the service package I purchased. The service agreement clearly states that it was for synthetic oil but they kept using conventional oil every time I went for service. When I asked they said that the service plan I purchased did not include synthetic oil. That shortened the service intervals to half (from every 10k miles to every 5k miles).I was very dissapointed with the service from this dealer and I believe that is one of the reasons why I decided to sell the truck in December 2021. Now I have been calling and emailing the finance manager (Miguel Pichardo) and the dealership to try to cancel the extended warranty, GAP, wheel and tire protection and service package and they dont answer my calls nor reply to my emails. I will continue to try and if necessary I will seek legal counsel.My best advice is for you to stay away from this dealership. They do not deliver what they promise and they will 100% rip you off.

Against my better judgement I purchased a vehicle from here. It came with a number of defects (sunroof wouldnt open, USB ports dont work, DVD player doesnt work and makes a ticking sound, right side door sounds like it has pebbles stuck in it) but we were assured that they would at least fix the sunroof.We were told to wait for 2 weeks and we could take it to any Chrysler Service Center. We waited 2 weeks, took it the Chrysler place close to us, they said not our problem.We took it back to Aventura Chrysler Service Center - was told wait 30 days and well fix it under your bumper to bumper warranty.We waited 30 days, took it back, they had it for a week and quoted us $4000 to make the repairs. Absolutely not.Noone helps, they just pass the buck. We have been royally screwed.
Has to be the shadiest pricing I’ve ever encountered and I sold used and new cars for 3 years using CAC and other subprime lenders. They have a truck listed for a specific price. Asked multiple times if it was the sale price otd and was told yes atleast 4 times, also asked if there was any hidden fees or dealership fees hidden that would raise the price was told no and the salesman never explained any of that, just expected I’d be ok with the joke of a buyers agreement. Get a buyers agreement and it’s dam near 14k over what their ‘list price’ is. Also one truck I looked at was apparently “stolen”(but I’m sure they just mis marked it and lied about that as well because I inquired under another few names and was told it was still available). Figured by the way they carried their selves off the bat that it would be a cake walk, but it is rather a joke. I would not recommend them if you live in Miami or any other surrounding area.

I have been forced to file a dealer complaint directly with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices.On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500. I was informed that the car was not on the lot, that it was in transit to the dealership and so I made a sales contract for this vehicle. On the following day 12/15/2021 I returned to the dealer with a complaint that the contract was unfair and I would like to redo it under more favorable rates. They advised me to come the following day to speak with the Finance Director Paul Stern, and so I did return on 12/16/2021 to speak to him. He informed me that the contract could NOT be cancelled, as it has already been cashed with Chase bank. At this point I explained to him that it wasnt possible to do that since I have not taken possession of the vehicle due to the fact that it is still in transit to the dealership, so there is no way they could have finalized my contract. He continued by saying there was nothing he could do so I proceeded to speak to the Sales Manager Yosvany Alvarez in regards to this problem. He also explained to me that there was nothing he could do. Soon after I left the dealership and called the General Manager Oren Cohen, He also explained to me that the contract could not be cancelled. I explained to him that I have been in contact with another Finance Manager that advised me that so long as I did not have possession of the vehicle, the contract could NOT be cashed in. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. I explained that I would be getting my lawyers involved in the matter, that I am aware they are breaking a recognized, nation wide law. He proceeded to tell me to Go ahead, you have a right to be informed. Following that I contacted Ram Corporate Office and I explained to them the situation. They informed me that they do not understand why they are refusing to cancel my contract, that I have a right to do so and told me they would be filing a dealer complain against the dealership at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. At this point I am in contact with my Lawyer in regards to this matter, I hope that this issue can be resolved without having to take this case to court.
Came to this dealer to lease a car , they gave me a price at the beginning of the process which I agreed , but then the financial manager , Michael Katz, sold me an additional insurance (offering free services) stating that I could pay it thru my credit card separately from the lease payment, so I signed up for this “insurance” that was a complete fraud. I received yesterday my first invoice from Chrysler and it’s not true I can pay it separately, what they did was lie to me offering this fake insurance just to raise the original price of my lease. Today I Called to clarify this situation and Michael Katz and another person named Paul yelled at me thru the phone in a very disrespectful way, I asked them the security recording they do to me the day I signed the lease to prove my point and they denied this right to me. After that, they hang up the phone to me. Worst place I have ever been to lease a car , that btw was dented and they told me to lie in the survey about it. Don’t come to this place NEVER. It’s a complete FRAUD.
Hello I’m Alexander. I Just bought a ram 1500 rebel. I spend several weeks looking around all Florida for a rebel with a good price. I found that aventura had the best out of all dealers I visited. I’m very please with sale rep Emmanuel and Christain. They were very patient with my father and I. They afford use really great deal for the vehicle. We spent a good while negotiating price. They gave us one best price we seen in south Florida. Super please with the vehicle.
This was hands down the BEST car buying experience I ever had.I cant even fully express my gratitude to the team that worked with me at Aventura CJDR. They made my dream car a reality.Long story short, I was in the market for a new car and had been misled by a few other dealerships about vehicles being in stock when they werent. Wasting my time and thiers trying to use the bait and switch tactics to get me to the dealership. I finally made my way to Aventura CJDR from Boynton Beach (nearly 2 hour drive) and they had exactly what I wanted available. Everything else was just a breeze.Angel my salesman was just that, an absolute angel. His easy going , down to earth personality was a breath of fresh air. As a woman , it can very stressful buying a car on your own and he made me feel comfortable, which is key. I never felt rushed or intimitated . He listened to everything I was looking for and understood what I was working with, credit wise and income . Bruno was a gem and made magic happen and got me approved , keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. Tiffany was a sweetheart and made the headache of paperwork seem effortless. I loves cars but there are not many things i hate more than buying a car. That being said i just purchased a Pre Owned Alfa Romeo Stelvio last night. Gregory Anglade did a great job of turning typical torture into an easy experiance. I would recommend Gregory and ACJDR to anyone, From the time we walked in the door until we drove away it was all good. Tyler Ling (F&I Mgr) made the money part a breeze. My frustration began with a online ad Posted on carfax.com. Ad was posted with no pictures One week earlier. What legitimate mainstream dealer does this in todays online world? I took the time to contact the dealership, spoke with a sales rep who said no problem I will get you a few pics……..non sent. Dealership contacted me a couple of days later because of my online request for more info. Second request for a few Pictures, no problem I am told. No info again….after Xmas on Sunday I make another online request for info with my comment to please send pics. Another person calls me and we have the same conversation again., no pictures emailed and ad never updated with picture too. So Mr. Dealership I guess this is a bait and switch ad, Have a nice day. So happy I actually never set foot on your premises and now I never will. 2021/2022 maybe its time to change your dodgie practices and just be a upfront and honest dealer.
I was actively researching vehicles and financing online for over a month when I arrived at Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram this past Saturday, 5/23/2020. This was my first stop because they had a 2018 certified pre-owned Dodge Journey GT with very low miles that I was really interested in. Even though it seemed to be a very good deal I wasnt sure that I could afford it. I am currently a doctoral student and teaching assistant at UM so my finances are very limited. I was also concerned about my credit score. I really didnt think that I would drive home in that Dodge Journey but figured I should start my search and see where it took me. I had other vehicles and dealerships saved to look at later if nothing worked out.I arrived at Aventura CJDR without an appointment but the front desk set me up with Emmanuel Marcellus right away. We took the Dodge out for a test drive and I was excited to see if I could afford it when we got back. The numbers werent working out to something that I felt comfortable with but I was open to looking at other more affordable vehicles. We then went out in a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee for another test drive. Although it was a fine vehicle it didnt feel right to me and I expressed my concerns to Emmanuel and told him that I wasnt interested. He understood but asked me to wait and went back to the Sales Associate office area. I honestly thought that I would be leaving once Emmanuel got back. I was surprised when he came back with the floor manager and some new numbers on the Dodge. It was a really good deal but I was still on the fence financially and asked for a few minutes to think about it. They kindly gave me the space to do the math and figure out if I could make it work. When I asked them to come back we made the deal!I then had a great exchange with Tiffany Shelton, the finance manager at Aventura CJDR. I needed to sign paper and electronic documents in order to complete the sale with Tiffany. She was also offering various types of extended warranty coverage for the Dodge which would increase my monthly payments. Needless to say I was apprehensive at first but still listened to what was being offered. She didnt pressure me and answered all my questions. Tiffany was very patient with me as we went through the options. I havent had a late model vehicle in years and never had a warranty so I wasnt planning on adding anything. However after weighing the benefit-cost ratio I decided on a three year warranty and maintenance plan for a nominal increase in my monthly payment. I couldnt be happier!The overall experience at Aventura was fantastic! Emmanuel and Tiffany were outstanding... Helpful, friendly, and kind! Emmanuel helped me drive off with the vehicle I wanted and Tiffany added the extra protection and convenience. They made me feel comfortable and happy to do business with them. I am thrilled with my purchase of the Dodge Journey GT! The process was simple, relaxed, and honest. I would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle at Aventura CJDR!

Shady scumbag dealership!!!!!’ They act attentive when selling you the car and after you have it you’re trash to them. Not only did they shotgun my credit even though i came in with my own financing, the lied selling me a Hellcat as a first owner but it was registered to someone before me so I’m technically the 2nd owner. To top it off it had a dirty carfax being rear ended as well. They also sold me tons of services & warranties I didn’t want and made it a massive hassle to canceling them all. This is my 9th new car in the last 5 years but first and last from them. Don’t trust the finance guy either. He is a true definition of lying slime ball salesman!!!!

This place is a disaster. We leased a Cherokee and a tire was not holding the air. At the beginning the leak was small, but as time passed by, the leak was bigger and we had to put air every 4 days. We took the car to the service 6 times, the first time it was 20 days after leasing the car, of course, the air went out slowly. Each time they told us the same thing, that is was fixed. However it was never fixed. The place where the air goes out is not where the tire touches the road. It is at the edge between the tire and the wheel rim. Therefore, this problem was there from the moment we took the car from the dealership.This last time we went, one representative told us the tires didnt have warranty, however, another one contradicted this first one and told us we havent purchased the warranty. I want to make clear that: 1st I dont know if such warranty exists and 2nd we were not offered that warranty. In fact, we purchased everything that was offered to us (services, tire rotation, transmission oil change, etc), but the tire warranty was never offered.This last time, we talked with Celestino, Lewis (manager) and Alex (another manager), they were very rude and told us they cannot fix nor change the tire. I cant figure out why they made us go 6 times before telling us this. We have spent more time and money going there to loose time than the cost of a new tire by now. Without counting the extra miles we had to make to go to the dealership which is not close to our home at all.Customer service doesnt exist in this place. Last but not least, when we left the dealership this last time, they had inflated the tire to 59 psi! Which is very dangerous, usually these cars go between 37 and 40. The tire could have exploded, please see the picture attached.I dont recommend this place. If you can, go to another one. Should you have any problem with you car, youll spend time and money for nothing here.

With the way most car dealerships are run, I never thought I would be giving a 5-star rating to one, but this place really exceeded my expectations. Trying to buy out my leased vehicle and had such an awful service, I would never purchase or recommend this Dealership to any of my friends or family members.They are only nice when selling the vehicle, but when it comes to Customer service, a total disappointment!!!Feb 2019: I was referred to Kevin by a friend and was very pleased with his help . Hands down the worst dealership in South Florida, my dad left his Jeep for service 21 days ago!!! The service manager keeps ghosting us, 0 accountability. They told his the car was ready, he went to pick it up and nobody knows anything, completely waste of time. All the service clerks are all upset at life, nobody tries to help. STAY AWAY!!!

We left our Jeep Cherokee there on Monday, still today they told us they are not working on it! UNBELIEVABLE. Please, don’t waste your time. Get another vehicle, go to another dealer and stay away from this place and their service center.Funny, they replied telling they would call me. Of course they didnt. I just called them and I was supposed to be transferred to a customer service agent. They hang up.Dont waste your time with this place. Awful.
First off I wanted to say the showroom is really well laid out with the right cars on display in the right area. The exterior lot is also really well organized. The staff is very kind and the manager Phil Franchina is on top of every clients needs that is looking for a vehicle and other services related to the dealer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Chrysler Jeep dodge product.
One star is the minimum to leave a review, and they deserve less than zero. the epitome of bait and switch. I spoke to a sales person all day and even made an appointment to see the specific vehicle I was going to purchase cash. When I get there Arturo proceeds to tell me that there is an upcharge due to the low inventory, thousands over the price on the website. They will be reported to the BBB and have to answer to their bold violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I spoke to Sebastian earlier on the phone & I told him I was purchasing a vehicle under my business & NO PG. He said okay no problem, I went into the location only for them to try to “school me” & pressure me to PG. I have done a lot of research on purchasing vehicles under business, with no pg. I know PLENTY of people who have done it. So Celestine’s approach was WRONG. He has no idea how well established my business credit is to be pressuring me to PG RIGHT OFF THE BAT! I only sat down for 3 min before I walked out. My time is valuable, I run multiple businesses and have 3 kids. I had to drive 30 min to get to this dealership. The staff was very rude and I am very dissatisfied & annoyed. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Our salesman Justin was so easy to work with and gave us a fair price on the van.I highly recommend them! Very happy with my overall experience.
Save your time and money. Tried to lease a car through esales. Went over price ahead of time, esales dept. Was honoring price (which we have screenshots and print out of), then sales manager steps in to jack the price up over almost $300 more a month tacking on dealer fees etc. Tried playing the its the end of the month. Itll just be more expensive tomorrow sales pitch. Save your time and money. These people are exactly why car dealers have a bad reputation.

My past experiences trying to buy a car had always been a hassle but she made the process as smooth as it could be.
I met Bruno in 2016 where my dad and I purchased our first vehicle through him and 2 years later we purchased the second and now Im on my third. He is the kindest most knowledgeable most patient person that Ive ever met. He is not just a salesman, when you meet him he treats you like family. BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn back in June 2020. Flew to Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram from Bear, DE. and paid cash for this truck and a full extended warranty. Unfortunately, due to multiple errors in paperwork from the dealership, my present temp tags have expired. My salesman (Miguel Pichardo) who has since been promoted, reassured me that this situation would be resolved. During this time, I was told the title clerk quit and destroyed all of my documents and others out of spite. One excuse after another followed and then all communication stopped from him. I reached out to Dodge Customer Care only to be met with no assistance since they informed me they have no say how each dealership is run. My primary job is 30 miles away and Im a general contractor. Now I can not legally drive my new truck. To not be able to get back and forth to my livelihood is inexcusable, frustrating, embarrassing and disrespectful. I reached out to Title Clerk, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, etc. If you pride yourself in looking for the best customer service, dont buy a truck from Aventura! The only service youll get is disservice!!!
My wife and I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. When we tried to calling our sales rep with questions about the vehicle and coverage but his phone constantly goes to voicemail. When trying to reach the finance department, we get no call backs or answer from them regarding our registration for the vehicle. The gatekeeper doesn’t seem to quite understand what is going on- not her fault. Once you purchase the vehicle it seems all interaction ceases to exist which is not how it’s supposed to go. I spoke to Chris once on the weekend and he told me to reach out on Monday so he could have his manager make sure the registration went through. Called on Monday and still have not had any responses since. Calls or texts seem to go unanswered. The temp tag is soon to expire so we are in need of some answers.

The customer service has been terrible. I trade in my truck and part of the sale was they would send me a $2,500 check as I downgraded my vehicle. It is now a month and a half later and no check has been sent and no one has returned my multiple phone calls. I would not recommend Aventura Dodge.**Update** I bumped to a two star from a one star. I received a call shortly after leaving this review. The check was then overnighted to me.
Worst dealership ever. Sold me a car with only one key and are incapable of getting me a second key. They are telling me I need to wait 2 months to get a new key and do not even offer a rental or pause on my lease payment. Not only is it their fault that they never delivered a second key, it’s also their fault they decided to sell a car with only one key (and a protection plan). Worst customer service - probably spent 10 hours trying to get in touch with them for 0 help. Avoid this dealership they are true scammers
Bottom line - after you purchase a vehicle; you will most likely be ignored. Although the car buying experienced worked well meaning the flow, process, and purchase. However, you need to beware and expect that the customer service experience comes to a complete end after you sign the paperwork and purchase your vehicle. One of the many issues; I was accidentally overcharged for an extra $300. When I tried contacting the dealership they continually would only route me to voice messages. Then, when I showed up in person to sort through; they said the manager on duty was too busy and they sent someone from finance. Moreover, there were other issues around them ignoring temporary license plate requests, etc. I am in the market for a second Jeep vehicle and definitely looking elsewhere.
I get a Ram 1500 Laramie two months ago, When I was making a deal I paid the down payment and then I paid for the registration and all the fees and I was supposed to pay, They told me my deck was going to be ready in three weeks and After two months waiting I came to the dealer to see What was going on because they never called me and they charge me Again for the registration, so you have to be clear from the beginning because they Will try to get more money from you. The name of the guy the sell me all the warrantees and charge me for the fees is Michael is the first office to the right please don’t go with him, He wasn’t honest to me and he will probably do it again

Its still a 1 star review otherwise.I have gone here a total of 2 times since obtaining my vehicle in a private deal.I give them every courtesy, give them extra time, leave for a few days because they are backed up.My recent visit only outlines just how bad the service there is.I left my car there over the weekend and gave them 5 days until finally a service technician saw the vehicle. He did not inspect the engine, only removed the engine cover (which is about 113$ w/ discounts, and there in retail, probably like 200$) and gave a brief inspection. All of this cost about 179$ to basically confirm what I brought in the vehicle for. They suggested something like replace the whole engine for 9000$ which is like a price of a new used vehicle/on a deal. What? The engine was working. They did not even do basics like check oil, replace oil, check fluids, no courtesy check sort of thing at all for all that time and money. By the time I left, I found later my engine cover was missing that basically covered the cost of what I had paid them- to do absolutely nothing!I had even called them about it and the person said he would get someone, then just left the phone there. I eventually had to go somewhere, hung up, never got a call back.A couple days later, probably related to something they did, my usually cold AC was already blowing hot. The manual says its best serviced there but obviously I was better off recharging it myself for about 20$ - Im confident if I were there Id wait a few more days and be charged 300$ for what I did. The oil had been brown for a long while-it was when I had brought it in, no mention was given to changing it or just adding some.For the first time I had gone there years ago related to needing a part, so the diagnosis took a similar overcharge, and they wanted about 300% more than it took for me to simply buy/replace the part myself.They only want to do the total replace/upcharge version of what should be done even if its an easy fix.Still contemplating if I should attempt to contact them again to at least replace the 100$to200$ cover that is missing even if its only like a slight sound muffler anyway.edit: apologies, maybe I am a bit harsh, but I dont think it justifies what typically happens there- only people who dont care about throwing a few thousand dollars around would go there.
Went to Aventura CJDR a few days ago to decide if I wanted to keep my leased car or not. I was assisted by a salesman by the name of Kevin, he was very helpful and informative! Made my decision a lot easier for me. If anyone has plans on going there, make sure you ask for Kevin!
Great sales person. He asked what I was looking for and for the options I wanted and showed me the trucks with all of the options I needed. Purchased my truck and will be back to buy our Service Truck. Entire sales staff will not pressure you and will get you what you need.
American dream come true!Story of me and my friend is simple. We both immigrants who have to run from home country. I’m 28 and my friend 23, we don’t have home yet, we was living in truck 24/7 and working like car delivery with enclosed trailer. On 30 of august 2021 we visited this dealer and ask tons of question to manager Alexander Katnelson, he understood our situation that we want to continue to work hard and we need new home (yes we live on the back seats of car), but we don’t have big credit history , just 8 months. He sad that he and team will try to do the best what they can. Finally we get new 2500 RAM and already in the ride.God please bless Alexander and team of this dealership! Rhodlyn Bruno was my sales man and he was more than amazing, but unfortunately the car that I was sold as practically brand new has given me issues 2 weeks after I purchased and it hasn’t even been a year and or has had 3 repairs. Their service repair department SUCKS!!
Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere, sales people are patient and helpful. Financing department manager very knowledgeable.Sales man Angel Rodriguez made it easy for me to make the purchase and followed up with me days later to make sure i was happy with the truck. Im also impressed with the ecodiesel rams. Great gas mileage.
I bought a Jeep from this dealership 7 months ago and the experience was great!!I was trying to get out of a terrible deal I had with a Mazda and Bruno helped me through the whole process!He was really a great seller, not too pushy, kind, always trying to help!Everybody at the dealership was great, the process went by fast and they gave me a pretty good deal!!Out of all my years dealing with dealerships this has been BY FAR my BEST experience!!Hopefully they stay like this for many years to come!Definitely coming back to this dealership for my next cars!!!

I’ve been to this dealership before and I’m not going to lie, the service was not too good previously last time we purchased a Durango Hellcat here and swore I wouldn’t come back, but new faces mean new experiences. And there was a nice S Class here that was perfect for my in mother in law. Let me just say that Mike made our experience seamless, quick and easy which is not what you typically get when you visit finance in any dealership. We left happy he was the one that helped us out. Both were also extremely professional!!!! which unfortunately isn’t as common these days. Thank you Mike & Jass definitely

2021-10-27Came to this dealer to purchase a Durango hellcat, the vehicle was in the show ready for purchase. Although the value of the vehicle was in the 90k range, the dealership had a mark-up of 30k on top of the total cost. Who does this? Well this dealership does, its both ridiculous and absurd to charge 30k over the total cost for a special order. So after speaking to the rep and failure to acknowledge this ridiculous up charge. I called another dealer and had them build me one with everything i wanted. Without the 30k mark-up, And here it is. So No, Dont do business here.

2022-06-20I visited this service center only once before for an oil change, around mid-morning. No issue. Today, I woke up at 6:15 to get there when they open, only to experience bold disrespect and abominable service.This service department does not honor online service scheduler appointments; oil changes are first come, first serve. No problem. However the guy navigating the oil changes, Juan Rivera, serves who he wants to serve first. There is a system of pulling into the lane behind the vehicle in front of you. I did not know this, and space is very limited, so I parked on the side. When they opened, I was signed in, and told to stand at the counter, inside the waiting area. The employee Roberto saw me standing where I was told, said, “Good morning”, and then proceeded to address the male customers sitting by the window, despite my standing at his station. He was told by another employee that I was waiting on him, and he then directed me to Juan Rivera. I explained everything to Juan, and that I had an 8 a.m. appointment, and needed an oil change. I explained that when they opened and raised the gate, two vehicles pulled into the lane before me, even though I was there before them. Juan Rivera, lied to my face, telling me that he was looking, and that those customers were there since 7 a.m. There are cameras everywhere to dispute this, and the gates were up. He then directs me back inside, where I was referred to yet a third employee, who finally addressed my concerns and processed my vehicle for service. In between this time, I returned to my vehicle to grab some belongings, and upon returning to the waiting area, Juan went in before me, and let the door slam in my face. At the end of this, my vehicle was spitefully parked in a way that I had to reverse more than 1,000 feet to exit the dealership. I have never experienced this type of disrespect at any dealership in Miami. Ever.The entire time I was here was spent overhearing numerous customers complain about various issues. Despite Juan’s behavior, I never argued or made a scene.If you do not take appointments, develop a better system of determining which customers arrive first, and in what order. Juan Rivera has proven himself to be a liar, disrespectful, and a poor representation of this company. This incident should be documented for further review and corrective action against this employee.

2022-06-12I don’t normally leave reviews but Bruno deserves recognition for his first class service. He was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding throughout the whole process of leasing the vehicle. It’s truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dealership. If your looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, ask for Bruno- you won’t regret it!
