Adam was fantastic at helping my husband and I purchase our first home. He was great finding properties that fitted our needs and wants in a home. He walked us step by step in the process of the purchase. He gave exceptional service and worked around our busy schedules. I would highly recommend him!
I have worked with the Bartomeo Realty team on several transactions, and they also manage my rental properties in Lee County. I really do not know where to start regarding Adam and his services. I think he is truly an answer to prayer. Being a first time home buyer I really did not know where to start. Adam made this process seamless from the beginning to the very end. Adam is a great communicator and very through. He doesnt just show you a home but does his research on every home he shows you before he takes you there and while he is there he checks for things like the date on the AC, etc. He also gives you his honest opinion on the home, neighborhood, and will ask neighbors if he has too. Adam communicated back and forth with my loan officer, the title agency, and even recommended people for jobs before and after closing. When we were getting closer to the closing he reminded us of things we needed to do like turn on the water, lights, and even provided phone numbers for these companies. I can go on and on about Adam and my kids loved him and looked forward to looking at homes with Mr. Adam as they would say. Because of his help we were able to find a home that went above and beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor look no further!! Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much Adam!! Adam is an amazing realtor. Not only did he help me sell my house quickly and for a great price, but he helped me out a lot along the way and through out the process since this was my first time selling. He made it easy and painless and went way above and beyond what most realtors would do. He was always easy to reach when I had a question and eager to help in any way possible. He was a true hero and lifesaver as I was in a time crunch and needed to sell quickly. He got my buyer on the second showing and I never even had a for sale sign in my yard! I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family and anyone else who is looking for an honest respectable realtor that is knowledgeable and passionate about his job and helping his clients. Adam listed our house and found our new one. Showed great skill and care in getting our house sold quickly and handled a difficult realtor and seller in getting our purchase of our new home completed and coordinating closing on both the same day. I have a realtor for life and also made a good friend. Needless to say I highly recommend.
Bartomeo Realty is a GREAT company. Adam helped us purchase a house in sunny Florida (with us being in West Virginia) and he also helped us to sell our house later as our family needs changed. I have never worked with a realtor as dedicated to the client as Adam has been. He worked to get us the best price (both in the purchase and sell) and he was always available by phone and text to answer any questions we had for him. During our purchase, we were first time home buyers and he was so helpful walking us through the steps (even with us six hundred miles away). We were also first time home sellers when we sold our Florida home and he held our hand through the selling process as well. When we decided to sell the Florida home, he even went to the house and got the items that we wanted to keep and shipped them to us in West Virginia to keep us from having to make a trip down to Florida. During the selling process, he provided contacts for us to repair inspection requirements and even found a pool and grass company to keep our home in tip-top shape until it was sold. Our family will ALWAYS be grateful for all of Adam’s help. I feel sorry for any future realtors we may encounter because they will ALL be measured against Adam. He has set the bar high and I am afraid that any future realtors we encounter will fall far short of that bar! Thank you Adam! We now consider you part of our family!

Horrible tenant management team. Got loud on the phone and were very biased when it comes to handling neighborly issues. Would not recommend for you to move in! They will take your money and never once fix anything you put in the request box. Even tried to say they had video evidence when they were NOT given consent to record me at my own private property. Simply put dont waste your time with them!
Never in my life have I ever had a real estate agent like Adam educate me and keep me informed throughout the whole process of my home purchase like he does . There needs to be for real estate agents just like him
Its not that I have other income verification and a cosigner and have left messages for days with no response and that is just disappointing.
This guy almost hit & killed me in his big pick up truck (with his advertising sighn on door) today just now at 7:10pm 8/20/19 at Ale House Naples. This guy makes a WIDE right turn at stop sign into my oncoming lane when I beeped horn to wake him up. At that speed & angle he would have crushed me thru door in my Jeep. This guy doesnt bat an eyelash or even apologize. Wow! I watched get out of truck & go into ale House like nothing happened. What an unsafe driver.
Cassy is a true professional at every level. She goes the extra mile in all that she does. She is tenacious in her desire to do the best for her clients.I highly recommend her.
Great work with. If you live out of state he will take the time to do a video walk thru and do a wonderful job giving you the visuals of the home your interested in.

2022-08-24Great Property Management company! I was a tenant in one of their apartments and they make the closing process very easy for me. During my lease, they were very responsible taking care of every problem or situation I had at the apartment in a timely manner, and every time, they explained every single detail to me and provided me with the exact dates and times and persons coming to help or to work. Im really pleased with their service and the team working for them. They are absolutely awesome! If you rent with them you wont regret it! 🥰🍀🌸💕

2022-07-20We hired Adam Bartomeo to sell a home for us, and find us another one to purchase several years ago. His level of professionalism and attention to detail is unparalleled. He had our home sold in record time and we were able to get what we wanted for it!I have reached out to Adam on a number of occasions even after both of these deals closed for information on our new community, and he always responded quickly and made time to answer my questions. An example of his extraordinary service… he even made a trip to our home to assist with moving a very heavy piece of furniture after my spouse had open heart surgery. Can’t ask for any better service than that!There is absolutely no question that we would use his services again!

2022-08-09Adam helped us secure a rental in Bonita Springs in a market where single family home rentals are scarce. We were so grateful to him and how efficiently he helped get our application in and help push things through in time for the HOA meeting. Adam clearly has very high integrity and also kept us very well informed throughout the whole process. We are grateful for top notch customer service and will be using him again we we choose to buy a home once we learn the area a bit better. Very pleased and highly recommend! 2022-08-01I have been a tenant of theirs for 3 years and I have never had a better agency to work with. There has never been a time when I needed to wait long to hear from them or have something fixed. They are quick to resolve any and everything. I would recommend them to anyone. 2022-07-26Bartomeo Property Management was very responsive and kind when they first took over our property. Now, all tenants are ignored, the owner Adam doesn’t respond and even blocks tenants numbers (because he doesn’t want to fix things or even deal with them). It seems they have succumbed to being slum lords as well as every other management company in SW Florida. This company has had my windows screwed shut for almost 2 years and refuses to replace them. Our property is slowly eroding away and everything is so old and not kept up that I wouldn’t be surprised if the building itself fell. I have since had to contact a lawyer in order to have my basic rights as a tenant tended to. This company is terrible.

You email or text him and his team day or night, weekdays or weekends, within 5mins, you will always get a responds from them.Adam is also the kind of agent who would tell you to stay away from a deal if he doesnt think it would bring you the best interests. He works purely for the clients, not only just for the commission.I, myself work in the real estate world. Meeting an agent like Adam really is gold.I also worked with a different management company before Bartomeo Realty. It cost me a fortune to work with a company who does not care about or protect your properties and investments.GO WITH BARTOMEO

2022-01-05I cannot recommend more highly Adam Bartomeo and his team at Bartomeo realty. Adam was recommended very highly from a trusted friend so my expectations were high, but they were remarkably exceeded. I am remote, in California, and asked Adam to help me find a duplex in Cape Coral, FL to invest in. The amount of attention, experience, expertise, work ethic, and time spent on this effort by Adam personally was incredible and I ended up making a purchase of a duplex that perfectly matched what I was seeking. I am also working with Adam and team to make improvements and to find renters and manage the property. I only wish I could find more people like Adam to work with in all aspects of business, but as far as I can tell, there is only one.

2020-02-29Purchasing real estate is often the biggest investment a person will make in their life. Adam will make that experience enjoyable and take all of the stress out of the process. You will not find an agent that is more knowledgeable or who is as involved in the whole process. I made my purchase from 1,200 miles away and I had complete confidence in Adam the entire time. He will work with you for as long as it takes to find the perfect property for your needs, and he will always put your interests first. I will recommend Adam to anyone purchasing real estate.
