2018-08-04I worked as an intern at Beck Partners for my last semester of college in Tallahassee. I learned more that semester than I did throughout my entire college career in the real estate major in terms of practical real estate knowledge.There were a few other interns that were there with me and the brokers really went as far out of their way as possible to teach us about this business and to help us learn valuable skills. I will forever be thankful for the value that these guys have brought to me. I want to extend a special thank you to Fletcher, Shawn, And Jared in the Tallahassee office and I want to offer an extended thank you to Justin, Steve, Chris, Stacy and everyone else in the Pensacola office that made my experience at Beck what it was!This company cares about it’s own people as much as it’s clients. Through and through, the workplace culture here is something that other companies throughout the entire nation should strive to emulate. 2018-07-26Our previous building owners sold the building to this company and they are the absolute most disgusting, disrespectful, vile, discriminatory, racist commercial leasing agency we’ve come in contact with thus far as business owners. The sales associate that we dealt with the most, Fletcher Dilmore, is rude and has poor customer service skills. We were planning on upgrading to a larger office as well as renewing our least;however, after interacting with Fletcher we will not be renewing our lease! We would not recommend anyone renting from them! Their employees need to go through some serious cultural competency and customer service training!
