Belkis is amazing, friendly and helpful! She responds promptly and is extremely helpful with doing all of the paperwork and making it easy for a buyer to navigate the process. I will definitely be using her again in the future!

When first searching for a condo in the Fort Myers area, we had the good fortune to find Belkis Serrata as our first, and ultimately, only realtor. Belkis tackled our condo search with such tireless enthusiasm we never had thoughts of seeking another realtor. If there is one characteristic to single out, it’s thatBelkis worked 110% on our behalf!In the final negotiation for the condo we purchased Belkis played a prominent role that saved us many thousands of dollars. Further, the purchase also included all furnishings in the unit and, at one point, Belkis saved us some of those decorations which were about to wander off with the realtor representing the out-of-town owners.Unfortunately, due to health issues, we found ourselves having to sell the condo less than two years later. Selling a property abroad could have been a stressful experience ...
