I will take this opportunity to thank the team at bella quinces, because for the second time they have made my daughters dreams come true. Especially Sarais for her patience and kindness, and I dont want to forget to mention my photographer Miguel who did an excellent job making my daughters feel comfortable with the whole process and happy with the pictures he took. Lastly, I want to mention my makeup artist Carolina, who did an absolute phenomenal job with both my girls. She did an excellent job with both the makeup and the hair, helped a ton with the actual photography process, and helped both of my girls spend a wonderful, unforgettable day.I would 100% recommend both Miguel, the photographer and Carolina, the makeup artist.I would like to thank everyone for everything they have done.
I highly recommend Bella Quinces Hialeah for this once in a lifetime experience! From the selection of dresses and the services we received from the entire team I have to say we are extremely happy. Emily helped my daughter pick her perfect dress. Dalysbeth helped us pick the perfect package, make up artist (Karen) photographer (Susel) and location (Villa Blanca). She explained everything with patience and helped me make the best decision for what my daughter wanted. Alexis even gave my daughter who loves photography insight to how the magic all happens. They have a great team that makes sure you daughters album is everything you imagined and more.
My 5 stars go to the photographer Damian and Red lips make up.👏👏👏👏👏 The best team. They made my daughter’s day unforgettable. Professional and kind. As far as the coordinator and the staff poor service. I had the worst experience dealing with the quince staff due to the lack of communication and poor service. You paid for a good quality of service when organizing this big event: lack of professionalism. Disappointed with my coordinator.😔Again. I am giving my 5 stars ONLY to the photographer and the make up artist. Let’s make that clear.
My daughter had her quince pictures taken here in october and got her dresses here as well. Everyone is super sweet. They have a bunch of dresses at this location and I loved all the options. The day of the pictures everything went so smoothly. The Makeup artist we chose–Karen even helped us with what outfit to put with what pictures. The photographer we chose who was Miguel was super sweet and patient with my daughter. I strongly recommend both of them if you get your pictures taken with Bella Quinces.
My daughter’s 15 pictures were this Tuesday. I have to say the service was absolutely incredible!!!!!! My daughter was very shy at first because she didn’t know what it was like and the photographer, Vladimir made her get out of her comfort zone and made her very happy with how she felt during the session. Also the makeup artist, Alex was very helpful and telling my daughter very nice things to loosen her up during the shoot. She did makeup and hair in an hour to be exact. She did it quick and my daughter looked BEAUTIFUL. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and nice. This experience with Bella quince was the best. I can not be more grateful and blessed with how they treated me and my daughter. Thank you!!
I had nothing but a wonderful experience through out the whole process, everyone from our coordinator, Jenny who was very nice and helpful as well as Sara, the manager.Villa Blanca where the pics were taken is beautiful!!! The photographer, Herbbie( I hope I didnt mess up his name) is very patient and professional. My only regret is that I didnt know about this place when my oldest daughter turned fifteen. ❤😉
Yesterday I went to go take my quinceañera pictures, I was very nervous because I have never been to a photoshoot and I have never even gotten my makeup professionally done therefore I had no idea what to expect. As soon as I got to Villa Blanca I already felt so welcomed. My makeup artist was Jany and my photographer was Kamill they were absolutely the best both very patient and very helpful they understood I had no experience in what I was doing and helped me out as much as they could. They complimented me so much throughout everything I felt confident and not as nervous as I was in the beginning. I was super happy with the photographer and makeup artist. My makeup artist never left my side always helping me out and my photographer would even show me how to pose and explain to me many things he knew I wouldn’t understand before I even had to explain to him I do not understand. I highly recommend Bella Quinces the pictures and my makeup and hair everything came out beautiful they make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable before, during, and after the photos. We all got along as if we had been friends for years. And the manager is also super friendly i’ve seen many reviews saying she isn’t but to me she really was it was all a beautiful experience truly made this experience unique.
Unfortunately I had originally left a deposit at quince studio on 16th st but they have the worse customer service ! Horrible Dresses ! I then went to Bella quinces location in Hialeah made my daughters dreams come true. Starting from the first day when the girls that try on the dresses helped her find “THE DRESS “ she looked fabulous and the girls made her feel so comfortable. Being said my daughter is very shy ! I closed my eyes and forgot about how much I left at the other studio just to stay with this company !The rep Daniela is so sweet and the manager very helpful they fill you with knowledge. Very excited for our photoshoot
This month I had my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen photo shoot and Sweet Sixteen party. She found the perfect dress at Bella Quinces. We got to work with an amazing make-up up artist that did my daughter’s hair and make up for photo shoot and my daughter’s and mines for the party. Alina is amazing! She is so sweet and professional and so talented. She went above and beyond. To make this day special. I highly recommend her. We also had Kamill as our photographer and we had an excellent experience. Very talented and professional and easy to work with. My daughter felt very comfortable and confident during her photo shoot. There are so many beautiful pictures it’s hard to choose. =)
Absolutely loved my experience with BellaQuinces!! They helped me through every step of the way so my pictures would be perfect. From coordinating the day of the pictures to helping me the day of. I had a great experience with Bella Quinces. Daniella our coordinator was so nice and professional. Jany is an amazing makeup artist as well as Kamill who is an amazing photographer. They were all so kind and are so so great at what they do.
Loved the whole process. How my coordinator helped me and the photographer was very patient with me the makeup artist helped me a whole lot since I was very shy at the beginning. Villa Blanca was awesome. Bella quinces is the best, they are very coordinated and very attentive of whatever I need the girls that try on dress are really nice and helpful.
I took my 15’s pictures here early this week and I absolutely loved everything about it!! The whole process has been made so easy for my mom and I thanks to Bella quinces. Everyone from the coordinators, to the dress girls, and manager are so kind and always willing to help. They make you feel so special during one of the most important times in your life. I 100% recommend !! You guys are awesome !!!
My daughter had her Quince/Sweet Sixteen photo shoot yesterday. I had been putting this off since last year due to COVID restrictions. However, when I finally decided it was time to begin the process, I was apprehensive because I did not have the time or energy frankly to navigate through the appointments and iron out all of the details. I called Bella Quinces in Hialeah and was given an appointment with Daniela (@danigiralt.bellaquinces). From the beginning she was very accommodating and explained everything in detail. She was great about following up with me and reminding me of the appointments I needed to make. My daughter found two beautiful quinceanera dresses pretty much from the first visit. Daniela was wonderful and very flexible. Even when I expressed concerns she was quick to address and make any changes necessary. My daughters photographer was Miguel Bravo (@miguel.bellaquince). He was very patient and provided a great deal of calm and direction through the sessions. We cannot wait to see the final pictures. Her make-up artist was Alina (@aluty.makeup). I really cant say enough about her. She arrived at our house early in the morning and was ready to begin glamming our girl. My daughter is very picky about makeup but Alina managed to impress even her. She did a beautiful job and proceeded to the first venue. Once we arrived, she was super knowledgeable about the venue and she took the lead in communicating with the photographer and providing guidance for us. Under difficult conditions at Vizcaya, as it was in May and the heat was intolerable, she would help us to carry the dresses and accessories, dress my daughter, refresh her make-up change her hairstyles and did all of this without having the proper facilities. We then proceeded to Villa Blanca for the second session. By the time we arrived she had the room and everything ready for us. She wasted no time. She glammed her up again and never left her side. Keep in mind, some of these dresses outweigh a human, but she never complained or hesitated. She spent all day catering to our daughter from 7am to 6pm. We could not have asked for more. I feel she went over and above and we couldnt be more grateful. We highly recommend Daniela, Miguel and Alina for a fabulous team. You will not regret it.
This whole experience has been a dream cometrue. I cant begin to explain how welcome andcomfortable i felt during my pictures. Everyonehas been amazing, professional and loving. Irecommend every quinceañera to take theirpictures with Bella Quinces and i promise you willhave an experience of a life time! All i have to say about Bella Quince is good things they are an amazing company who have it all . Jennifer castro as the cordinator she did an excellent job and the best thing they did was adjust to my budget . Alina torres did an excellent job with my daughters make up and helped her throughout her whole session as well Yunier the photographer did an amazing job! I totally recommend anyone who wants to do their quinces with them they have it all and work with you throughout the whole time .
Our experience with Bella Quinces Hialeah has been amazing up to this point. The dress selection process was easy and fun and they really did have a wide selection of so many beautiful styles and sizes. The photo shoot was fabulous. Our Photographer (Herby) is the best in his field. We absolutely loved his style, professionalism, and creativity. Our make up artist (Rance) is a true artist. He was with us every step of the way to ensure my daughter, Bella, looked beautiful in every outfit change and picture. Bella Quinces Hialeah has the friendliest staff, very helpful and truly the nicest people. My daughter had her pictures taken this week and we were really happy with how professional everything was. We had a great experience at Bella quinces Hialeah working with Dalisbeth, she was the coordinator and help us through the entire process, she was really great to work with.
The attention was horrible, this is the second time that I went to prove dresses for my daughter, the first time was incredible but we came without an appointment and the attention was so much better than my today. We wait there almost 2 hours even with appointment. When I did the appointment they said that my daughter could prove as yo much dresses as she wanted and when we get there they said that we can just prove 3 dresses because they were full. It was the most bad service that I’ve ever been.
So far so good. We were able to schedule an appointment to meet with a planner. The girls were great. Jennifer is our planner and was very genuine in her opinions and advice. We loved speaking with her about our daughter and her quinceñera plans. Alexis the owner came over and was also very helpful and constructive in his opinions and recommendations. He even got me a colada because I had been there for so many hours and needed to pep up! The packages offered are reasonable because they included so many things that a la carte would be pretty much the same or at times more. Definitely recommend. We drove down from Broward because Bella Quinces was highly recommended by other girls and their parents.****Update:My daughter had her pictures taken yesterday on location at Villa Blanca Estates and Virginia Beach. We started our day at the make up artist salon @Redlipsmakeupartistry w/Osleivy and it was an excellent experience. She was more than we expected or could have asked for. She worked so hard all day fixing make up and changing hairstyles. She even was able to get earrings for one of my daughters pictures that we forgot to bring jewelry for. She went above and beyond.Guillermo was our photographer and boy he is incredible and so talented. His patience and professionalism as well as his TALENT! He made sure to make my daughter look and feel like the princess she is. These people have it all figured out. Expect only the best 👌🏼.I am looking forward to our Quinceanera party where we will have Guillermo, Osleivy and the crew to make this another unforgettable moment in our lives.Bella quinces is THE place to book your special event with. A Great team of professionals: Karolina the best makeup artist, Yunior an excellent photographer and Kaelis the super manager; all of them where very patient with my daughter and helped her all the way, my family and I are very happy with this star team, also Villa Blanca is a great location full of wonders, one could not hope for anything better, I totally recommend Bella Quinces and Villa Blanca for any sweet 15 photoshoots.
My daughter took her photos a couple days ago and it was amazing. The photographer was Kamill and he did an amazing job, he was creative and very friendly and guided my daughter through every pose and helped her through everything she had to do and also the makeup artist, Maylin, was very friendly and fun.
My experience with Bella Quince was truly unforgettable, everything from the dress, to the makeup artist and the photographer was amazing. I honestly highly recommend them for your quince photo shoot, all staff are extremely kind and will do all to make sure you are happy and set. Just amazing 👏, from beginning to end the service and attention to details was beyond my expectations.Daly guided us through the process, was very attentive and was eager to please my daughter every step of the way. She arranged the make up, fotography, and destination for the pictures.The make up was done by Red Lips, they treated my daughter like the princess she is and demonstrated why they deserve to be in business.The fotographer, Dayan, was knowledgeable and very very professional and as the rest of the team the needs of my daughter and family came first.Bravo!!!! The coordinator that helped was so lovely she helped with everything to get arranged and all in line. the manger was so lovely and the girls that helped with the dresses were as so nice, and helped me find my dream dress. They have the most beautiful dresses and gowns. They are very professional and organized. The packages they provide are also amazing. I would definitely go back for future events.

Bella Quince is truly the best!!!. From the moment we arrived, our coordinator, Rocio made us feel welcome. She explained everything in detail to us and answered any and all questions we had. Their dresses are so beautiful and they constantly update their inventory with new styles. On the day of the photo shoot, we had the best makeup artist, Karen Salazar. She did an excellent job on my daughter and helped her during all the shoot. We also had a wonderful photographer, Miguel who was very patient and creative with his pictures. I would definitely recommend Bella Quince for photo shoots!

Really bad customer service after you sign the contract. They promise you the world at first but when they take your money its really hard to get in touch with them and you will leave without getting what you where promised. They have a big selection of dresses, good photographers and make up artists, but the Bella Quince staff where not attentive. We signed the contract in February, then took her pictures in April, but received the books in December. I dont recommend the place if you want an attentive and nice staff to help you in the process. The manager was okay, but that was it for our experience.
I drove all over South Florida looking for the right dress for my daughter. I stepped into Bella Quinces and it was a totally different experience. Dalysbeth helped us throughout the entire process! My daughter looked absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Bella Quinces for allowing my daughter the privilege of feeling truly transformed!
My daughters pictures were this past Tuesday and i only have good feedback about the entire experience. Since February that we went to Bellas Quinces at the Hialeah location we were attended by Sarays. Not only she helped us get the best package for what we were looking for but also from the selection of the dresses to locations make-up artist to photographer. I had a vision but when the big day came it was more than i even expected. From the moment that I picked up the dresses at the store, Sarays and her staff share the same excitement with my daughter and I had for the big day. On that day, from the make-up artist to the photographer and videographer make sure not only my daughter looked the best version of her but made her feel special and enjoy her photo session. I truly believe in the quality of their work, professionalism and care will make her photos be more extraordinary. I am forever grateful to Bellas Quinces to have such a great experience during this difficult times. Due to covid19 my daughters 15s party was canceled but thanks to her pictures and video from Bellas Quinces she is so content that she doesnt need anything else. I highly recommend Bellas Quinces for their professional, quality of work and service. Go visit their hialeah location, you wouldnt be disappointed!Thank you, thank you!!Andrea and Yanet!!
It was a great experience! I was very pleased with all those who took care of me in Bella Quinces, Hialeah location. Danisbeth was my sales representative and was very helpful. She was extremely considerate, helping me safe the most with my twin quinceañeras. She was always available and every call was answered right away. The photographers, Camil and Yunier were both super patient. They made them feel confident and like real princesses. The make up artists did an amazing job, Alina and Hanny. They were extremely helpful and took care of every detail. These girls worked very hard and I could tell they have a lot of experience. Both of my daughters had a great time and it was not an effort to smile. I can’t wait to see the pics which should be amazing!!
The best place for your Quinceanera. Before I got to Bella Quinces in Hialeah I visited around 5-6 other places but none of them meet our expectations. Bella Quinces has the most gorgeous dresses in town, Jennifer my sales coordinator is amazing, not only her knowledge but she is a very sweet and understanding person, the girls that help out picking the right dress and help with trying are all nice, sweet very friendly. My daughter felt at home with everyone there. Our Makeup and hair lady @lmaylinlopez1977 is great. My daughter and I loved it. Everything came out beautiful the hair and makeup both and my daughter looked gorgeous she definitely felt like the princess she is. Maylin made her feel so comfortable and knew exactly what she likes and what to do for her. The photographer @guillermo.bellaquinces is amazing. Treated my daughter like his own, very sweet and professional. We are both extremely happy and please with everything from dress, to hair, makeup, photography everything was a dream come true. Will definitely recommend it to anyone. If I had to do this all over again will definitely go to Bella Quinces. If you want to find everything you are looking for your quinceañera and do not want to waste your time visit them you will not regret it. Highly recommended and extremely happy with our experience my daughter enjoy it so much and is super happy and exited to see all her pictures. Villa blanca estates- a good experience, everything was beautiful & everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. they had a lot of more clothing options & jewelry to pick from.bellas quince (overall)- i love them. stunning dresses , from gala, prom, and quince dresses, everything was clean & ready for the shoot. staff is helpful & they immediately try to help you. jennifer was the person who helped me throughout everything & she was amazing & extremely helpful.makeup & hair- karolina was my makeup and hair artist and she did amazing. i’m a picky person to do my makeup and hair and she did excellent. she was very helpful with absolutely everything & was very detailed in everything. she’s the person everything gets along with, she’s funny, nice, & knows what she’s doing. i put my trust in her to do whatever she thought was best & she did really good.photographer- i walked in, not knowing what i was going to do, and she did amazing with mypictures. she knew exactly how to help me pose & was very helpful.overall: this whole experience was amazing & im very grateful to have done it with good people.
I chose Bella quince Coral Way for my daughter 15 pictures and so far I didn’t regret it, the packages prices are expensive, but the whole market is like that. They were professionals in their service, the seamstress from Hialeah was super helpful. The pictures were at Villa Blanca, the photographer Vladimir and the makeup artist Karolina were outstanding, they have a lot of patience and they know how to do their work perfectly. I didn’t receive the pictures yet. We are in the middle of the journey and I hope they continue to be professionals until the end.
Bella quince is a very highly professional place to do your daughters pictures. All of the staff were very helpful, Dalysbeth who did our contract was amazing!! She helped us a lot when choosing our packet,dresses and more. She as well gave us lots of tips foe the day of the pictures. Our photographer Miguel Bravo was amazing, highly reccommend him, he helps you a lot. As well Elsa our makeup artist was amazing as well, she does amazing makeup l, highly reccommend her. Bella quince is really a great place.
Loved it all !from start to finish great experience and very professional thanks to @Sarays Rodriguez .. very welcoming and nice .The makeup /hair artist @glammedbykarolinamarie was so much fun and did such a great job and just make the experience so much fun. The photographer was the best loved the photoshoot so many beautiful pictures by @yunierbujosa.bellaquinces. Over all loved it thank you Bella quince .
My experience with Bella Quinces was incredible. Everything went perfectly and everyone was so amazing and helpful. Yuli was so kind, helpful, made sure everything was perfect and ready and even when we had a last minute minor issue with the dress she went out of her way to fix everything. Our photographer, Herby, was the best. He took his time, was so creative, and made sure every picture was special. Our make up artist, Rance, is the best makeup artist you can have. He is so talented, made my daughter look absolutely gorgeous, and was always there making sure everything was great and that she was ready for her pictures. The videographer, Oreste, was also great. They all made her feel and look amazing and she had so much fun during both of her photo shoots. We are truly happy with how everything came out. If you are looking for a place to book your photoshoot or party, this is the perfect place.
My experience thus far, has been fantastic. My sales rep is Jennifer C, she was communicative and helpful in addition to the young ladies that help fit the dresses, they made all the difference us. The make-up artist Alex and photographer made my daughters day very special. I have not received the proofs yet but I am sure they wont dissapoint, high recommend.
Before I paid for the services, they were extra nice and my experience after payment now tells me that, their initial nice attitude is a sales tactic to entice you and get the customer to pay. Now, once you have paid, everything changes. My representatives name was Yuly Figueredo. Please if you still decide to use this business, stay away from this representative. She is very welcoming when she is offering services to make sure customers buy; however, once you run into any issues, she becomes rude and unresponsive. I waited for her a while because the packet I paid for included a frame, which she confirmed when she sold me the package. There was no frame when I went to pick up my photos. Yuly just proceeded to tell me that the packet did not include the frame, and did not offer to help me in any way to resolve this matter. Her attitude definitely did not match that of the day she was trying to sell me services. Overall, Yuly was unprofessional, disregarded me as a customer, and did not care to cater to the level of customer service that Bella Quince sells. This is supposed to be a beautiful and memorable experience, and the way Yuly behaved drags the name of the entire business down. If you are the owner of this business and you are reading this, please be aware of this, no matter how many services you offer, and how amazing they are, the person providing the services will dictate how customers will view your business, and if they will recommend you.
Everyone was wonderful, you made my daughter look so beautiful. From picking her dress and trying out the dress to the pictures everyone was so patient with her. the photographer had so much patience with my daughter by the way she is also autistic so she get really anxious, but she felt so comfortable that she let true self come out. Makeup artist that did her make was wonderful and patient she took her time and spoke to my daughter about makeup which my daughter really likes.I love that she treated like a person and not just and customer. I am super greatfull that I was able to see it. I had an operation the day before and her dressing was somewhere I was not able to go and as soon they noticed the staff at Villa Blanca moved things for me to be able to see everything. It was a rainy day so we couldn’t go out side. But I still love everything. I am so happy I came to Bellaquince from the beginning. I can’t wait to see the album.

Toxic environment for young girls. Took my daughter to try on dresses and there were none in her size. They were really hasty and rude about everything. Do not recommend, you will waste your time and leave unhappy.
Bella Quinces is absolutely professional. They take their business very seriously, everything was exactly the way the explained it to us when we first booked our daughter’s pictures. The photographer Guille and the make up artist maylin were very professional and easy to work with. We are very pleased with their work.

When we went to pick the smaller album, we spoke to them about an issue we had with one of the pictures on the tabletop album and they offered a 11x4 picture as compensation. We thought we had chosen a certain picture, but it turns out we were in the wrong and not them. But they still treated us so incredibly well and still offered us the 11x4 picture of our choice. They were so understanding even when we were in the wrong! Definitely recommend Bella Quinces for 15s pictures and albums.

Sarays at the Hialeah store, along with all the other girls, were amazing. They were patient and friendly while my daughter looked for the right dress. They are financially reasonable and worth every penny! They paired us with the perfect photographer and makeup artist/hairstylist.Alex is an outstanding makeup artist and hair stylist. She made my daughter look and feel like a princess. She was attentive and easy to talk to, making our photo shoot that much more seamless. I will definitely use her again and will recommend her to anyone and everyone!Our photographer Herby was phenomenal! Every angle, every click of the camera was in point. I went to Bella quince for a quote for pictures packages. I got there on time. I was put with a dress consultant and my niece WASNT ALLOWED to try on all the dresses she wanted. When she was on dress 4 they told us we only allow 5 try ons so make sure you want it. One of the dresses were torn it was a green emerald color to be exact. Then we got put with a coordinator Julie was her name supposedly. We were at her desk for about 40 min looking at albums that was taken away from us from another coordinator. We simply got up and left because NO ONE sat with us and attended us to us thats disrespectfultheyre customer service is not what we excepted. As a Influencer that I am (Instagram @jennifersierramiami) I represent a community and I am unsatisfied with the service that was provided to us.
My experience with Bella Quince was amazing from the moment I entered the store, I was able to try many different styles of dresses until I found the one I wanted. Fast forward the day of the photos, I was very nervous but thanks to the make up artist, Alex, and the photographer, Miguel, who made me feel comfortable the whole time, the pictures came out amazing. So i went to take my pictures here, the ginger girl (Jennifer) didnt tell me anything when it came to picture day, i had so many questions and she wouldnt respond to my emails til a week later (she was also in a bad mood when we showed up to ask questions since she wouldnt reply to emails, and would give me and my mom bad attitude), everyone i know the people that helped them told them everything they needed to know and i didnt know anything. on picture day my photographer was rushing me and the makeup artist, i paid $600 for a full day of pictures just to have to leave 2 hrs early because i was done when i finally received the pictures i barely had much to pick from and i had to pick 100+ pictures. another thing on picture i came to find out they gave me the wrong dress or something because it didnt even fit, me and my makeup lady found a way to make it work.
I decided to take my photos at Bella quinces at villa Blanca and I was not at all left disappointed I was left extremely happy with the quality, the treatment and overall everyone’s help. My make up artist was karolin and let me just say she is probably the best make up artist to have. She treated us so well, made us feel so welcome, and made everything run so smooth. Made us laugh and just overall made the experience 20 times more fun. Definitely recommend if you’re going to take photos at Bella quinces or Quinces photos in general definitely contacts Karolina she is 100% worth your time. The photographer I had was Miguel which was also absolutely phenomenal. He made sure all the photos looked well, made everyone feel comfortable, was very funny and overall made the experience way more fun. Both of them were very helpful during the whole shoot. Dan fact helped with poses and plenty more.
My daughter stylist was Enly and the photographer was Susell. They were amazing!!!!Both took plenty time dedication with my daughter and made her feel like a beautiful princess. I had my pictures today, and I must say not only was karolina a great makeup artist but her hair styles are to die for. She was quick on thinking of last minute hair styles, and has impeccable taste. The photographer kamill Was amazing, today it was raining the whole time and he was very creative and fun to work with. we took awesome shots in the rain. I had a bunch of fun, and I highly recommend karolina and kamill. They are both great funny people who will make you feel like family or a friend. I love them both.
Bella quince is absolutely fantastic. They made my quince dreams come true. The photographer, Juan Rainel is absolutely fantastic and very patient. He made sure not to stress me out and comply with my request. The makeup artist, Esther, was a quick and very professional artist. I took my 15s pictures with Bella Quinces in April of 2018 and to this day I am in love with them. The sales representatives and the rest of the staff in the Hialeah store were and I am sure still are top-notch, seriously so kind and welcoming. I was able to enjoy every second of my day because of how incredible my photographer and makeup artist were, I am beyond thankful for them and appreciate how charismatic and helpful they were. The work ethic and professionalism there is in Bella Quinces is unbeatable and I could guarantee their work is too. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Bella Quinces in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with Bella Quinces in their Hialeah location. From the time we walked in we loved their showroom and their incredible selections of dresses. Sarays, Rocio and Daniela helped our daughter thru the process and even ordered a unique dress we found online. Overall I had the most fun I’ve had during my visit to Bella Quinces and during my photo sessions. Everyone at Bella Quinces were very humble and entertaining during my visits, the employers were amazing and the Manager was a sweetheart, the makeup artist, Ranse was incredible I loved his work and his enthusiasm, he made the sessions entertaining and I wasn’t as dense as I thought I’d be, the photographer, Vladimir was also amazing, he was very creative and understanding; he was able to calm my nerves and make me loosen up at the beginning of my session, the workers at The Cruz Building and Casa Blanca were amazing, I had a few laughs and enjoyed their company, they were very sweet and supportive they didn’t miss to give out a compliment whenever I had chanced onto a new set of clothes. On July 31st, my daughter had her photoshoot at Villa Blanca Estates (one of the locations they have out of many) and it was honestly an amazing experience. My daughter was supposed to have her night shoot June 25th at South Beach and June 26th at Villa and, unfortunately, due to the pandemic and her orthodontist not opening, we had to move it. My daughter was left upset but, thankfully, after waiting another month she had one of her special days feeling like a princess with the best makeup artist everrrr Karolina and the best photographer Miguel. We also got a behind the scenes video with Javier and all of them were extremely kind, funny, and professional. We got 3 dresses from Bella Quinces Hialeah, 2 for the shoot (quince and short dress) and 2 for the party (a different quince dress and the same short dress) and my daughter can’t wait to wear them again. Thank you to the best team, Karolina, Miguel, and Javier, for making my daughter enjoy her shoot and feel super comfortable. Would definitely recommend them anytime! Great experience. The makeup artist was the best absolutely loved her. As well, the photographer was amazing, he was sweet and was extremely nice when it came to tell me how I was supposed to pose. My daughter had her photoshoot today, a day we were planning since August of last year little did we know that the weather was not going to be on our side. Karolina our hair and makeup artist took charge of the situation and within minutes she had saved our photoshoot day. Irenia which is the supervisor made me feel at home. I felt as if i where in my own farm. Irenia gave me so many options of ideas and extras that they provide. Sarays was the first person I had talked to when I came in and she is so determined in finding what makes the quinceñera happy. The service here is amazing. My photographer, Guillermo, was very professional and patient with my pictures. My makeup artist, Enly, did an extraordinary job on my makeup. And Yuly, one of the ladies that work there, was really helpful with providing us with all the things that I needed to know. I really recommend this place.
Outstanding! I have never met such an amazing team and created such a beautiful bond with the employees and workers at Bella Quinces Hialeah location. They create a comfortable environment that makes you feel great and become not only as a client to them but a special friend or acquaintance that will do nothing but help in any form or fashion or give important advice that helps calm the nerves. I appreciate how they have done nothing but treat me with love and affection. I would like to thank the workers at the Bella Quinces Hialeah Location known as Yuly and Leidys that from the moment I walked in have treated me with kindness and thoughtfulness. I would especially like to thank Yuly for picking out one of my quinces dresses that came out gorgeous in the pictures and everyone fell head over heels for. I would also like to thank Leidys for being my special tightner that made me look as if I had just gone out of cosmetic surgery of the perfect body shape she gave me and the useful loving advice they both provided that helped me in my photo shoots. Now I would like to take a minute and mention my perfecto duo Herby and Maylin. They are both beautiful people that as soon as I met them I knew everything was going to be perfect thanks to them. Herby takes the most extraordinary pictures any quinceñera could dream of and provides tips also on how to make the pictures look even more precious. But he doesn’t just become your photographer and take pictures no matter how they come out he makes sure to speak to you before the shoot to help calm your nerves or wants to know when you feel weary or uncomfortable. He cares about his work but most importantly he also cares about his quinceñeras and wants to make sure they all come out stunning and have the pictures they’ve dreamed of and more. Last but not least, my makeup and hairstylist Maylin. She does the most espactucular and gorgeous makeup that comes out very natural but at the same time provides a pop for it to stand out in pictures. She not only does an astonishing job on makeup but also on hair being able to do a whole entire hair-do in not even fifteen minutes that makes everyone gasp in awe of how amazing and elegant her work is. Yet again, no matter how much pressure she is under she doesn’t allow for it to transmit to the quinceñera providing a very fun and humorous environment for the quinceñera to enjoy and be entertained meanwhile, also relaxed and comfortable. She is with you wherever you are in the pictures doing nothing but help if it’s with facial expressions or poses or even a smile. Her husband Guillermo is also a very beautiful person that treats every quinceñera no matter if they’re his client or not with kindness and caringness. Along with Karolina another makeup artist that works at Bella Quinces that is a very kindhearted and humorous person that has an amazing personality. I am overall grateful for all these members that made my dream come true and provided me this once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Karolina the makeup artist was wonderful and made sure i looked beautiful and helped me felt confident in my photoshoot. She always made sure I looked my best. My photographer Herby was also wonderful. He was very patient with me and made my photoshoot very fun. He also had very creative poses which i loved. Karo and herby are the best team out there for sure !! Yuli helped me planned everything for my shoot and made sure everything was organized. Bella quinces is the best, i wouldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else. My makeup artist ely made me beautiful and was there 24/7, and miguel my photographer had the best attitude plus did an amazing job I am so satisfied. Anytime i needed something they were there to help.

After visiting several place I decided to go with Bella Quince in Hialeah and VIlla Blanca for the location. The staff was very helpful especially Sarays and Christina. Rance was the make up artist and he was amazing and was helpful throughout the experience. I am very satisfied will our experience and the quality Bella Quince offers.
I hate to say this but this is the worst place possible to do your 15 pictures. I had gone there months ago to do my pictures and we had come to an agreement and I made my contract. They had specifically told me I had the option to do my pictures at certain places and one of them included Villa Turqueza. I had ended up choosing Villa Blanca. Thank god I made an appointment 2 months before the pictures to visit Villa Blanca because it is the worst place ever. The water is dirty, the house looks like any other house and everything there is extremely overpriced. Of course we decided to go back to Bella Quinces to change the location and I chose Villa Turqueza which was much nicer. When I went back to tell them they told me I couldn’t. I had to threaten them with a lawyer because they told me it was part of my contract but they misinformed me and werent taking responsibility for it. Once I brought up my lawyer they called me 5 minutes later saying we can fix the contract to just rent the dresses. I had to go get a photographer, makeup artist, dress rental all last minute! Honestly such a shame. Wish I could’ve gotten those $1,000 back.
I did my daughter pictures last year, worse experience ever, they confused my phopto shoot with another one that was previously cancel, I had to wait for hours until they open in the morning! and finally get an answers that my photo shoot was cancel by mistake...I had to wait almost a year for the album... before me calling and after several emails. The enlargements pictures I still dont have them,... Worse service ever I will never recomment your business...
Everyone at bella quinces at Hialeah was super helpful, they always tried to help me get the things that I wanted for my pictures. From the girls who helped me pick out dresses to Kairin who was super patient with me even when I was indecisive about things. Everyone there treated me and my mom with respect and were awesome to work with. The staff always answered any questions we asked. Overall we had a really good experience there.

We made an appointment to drive down for the day from Orlando with my two daughters and my niece. The ladies at the Hialeah location really took care of us and made sure all 3 girls found the perfect dress for their Quince. We were in and out of there so quickly too. We are so glad we went to Bella Quince to get the dresses for our girls!

The service was amazing, the pictures came out beautiful. There was a lot of variety to the poses and they came out perfect. They helped me choose what outfit matched for each area and they matched very well. I was nervous in the beginning but the makeup artist, Rance, and the photographer, Osmeidy, helped me calm down. I highly recommend using them to take your pictures.
My quince party was canceled due to covid-19 by the venue owners. Everyone refunded my money EXCEPT Bella Quince for the rented dress. They offered store credit, but since there is no possibility of me having a quince party, we do not need anything from them anymore, only the money especially during this tough time. It is hard to believe that during a pandemic they do not take into consideration everything everyone is going through. We talked to the owner multiple times and she WILL NOT give us the refund. I will never recommend Bella Quince to anyone!!

My experience at Bella Quinces was super. The 15th photoshoot section, which I did at Villa Blanca Estates was amazing. I highly recommend that all Bella Quinces clients use Villa Blanca Estates (all sections) when taking the pictures. I loved that fact that this estate was privately held and reserve only for me. Yailet, who did the makeup and hair for me, was excellent. She gave me a natural look in every picture that I took on September 25, 2017. Miguel (the photographer) who did the photoshoot took the time and made sure that all my pictures were done in a professional manner. In addition, Javier (the video recorder) who did the video for my 15th event/ceremony was outstanding. He made sure that he recorded every important detail. Overall, all the staff at Bella Quinces (Yinet, Kairin, Maria, Cristina, Yailet, Miguel, and Javier ) were always there for us throughout the whole quinceanera experience.

Terrible service. As i walked into the store with both my daughters and their friend, I see a sales lady personally begging a customer not to leave at which point she calls other 3 sales people and the manager. They are all surrounding the lady and her family. As I am standing there I asked for assistance from the one salesperson that was available at this point. She looks at me as I ask for assistance and then looked the other way. I then turn to my left while the manager and sales people are still begging this lady and i ask them for assistance. They ignored and continued with the lady. I then walked by them and said you just lost business for 3 dresses for not assisting a customer. Not a word from their mouths. Not even an apology. Not only are the dresses over priced which i wouldnt mind paying if their customer service team was better at their job. Will never shop their again. Go over to studio 15 great staff great people affordable dresses. Bought 3 from them.

We visited a lot of quinceanera stores to find my daughters dress for her cruice. A friend of mine recommended Bella Quinces and Im so glad went there last weekend. This place has beautiful dresses.. To be honest it was pretty hard to decide between so many options. I definitely recommend this place as a first option =)

Amazing experience! This is not any Quincianera Photo Shoot this is a beautiful production. From the moment we walked in to the studio to the picture day. The photographer (Hervi) and the make up artist (Juan Carlos) were spectacular, super patient, nice, flexible and really showed that they care about their job. I am very pleased!
Saray recommended me with Karolina and Yunier. My BEST EXPERIENCE as a client. Karolina is the sweetest and funniest i got there sleepy and with her energy i felt home . With her and Yunier i felt SUPERR comfortable and like i though Id be nervous but that was the last that happened my day was absolutely fun and unforgettable. Hands down for Saray one of the best receptionists at Bella Quinces. And let me not forget the attention and love i got from Irenia. Bella Quinces has amazing customer service. Their photography team was amazing as well when i did my 15’s. Their team is very hard working and always helping their customers find exactly what they’re looking for!
The worst! All they care is about is the bottom line. They are so nice and caring while they are trying to get a sale but when something happens, they just DONT CARE! I rented a dress for my daughters 15’s pictures. I pad almost $900 to rent a dress. When I picked up the dress naturally they fitted the dress and everything was fine I don’t know what happened from the fitting room to the dress bag but they dropped the ball and the pinnacle... when we get to our location to shoot our photographer and make up artist are on sight. (All being paid) when they went to put on the dress they could not tie the pinnacle. An important part of the dress, it’s what keeps the ball gown look and the dress nice and open. We call them, and they are super sorry on the phone and told me that they would take care of us when we would return the dress. What was supposed to be a great day and one to remember now has turned into a nightmare. To keep it short we ended up paying way more money due to the dress because we had to keep stopping and fixing the dress, then the heat we had to redo make up and hair. It was a DISASTER and one that my DAUGHTER did not deserve. We took the dress back and they wanted to give me a store credit, I rejected because the last thing I want is another dress from there. Then they told me they would give me a credit for a crown...of course i rejected it. After speaking with Kairin for a few minutes she just came out and told me, “this doesn’t happen ever and I’m truly sorry and this is definitely OUR FAULT, give me until the 26th of December so that I can speak with the owner about refunding part of the cost for the dress” so I waited. She called me just now and the owner told her to give me a store credit. I will not let this go. For such a “reputable” company this is an embarrassment and he should definitely take it that way! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! There are places with the same quality dresses for far less! DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!answering to your response:Yes maybe a safety pin couldve been used but I dont know when was the last time you actually went to vizcaya... I didnt see any stores there. Things happen I get it. however, I shouldnt be the one to pay for YOUR employees mistakes. You say that I asked for a full refund, THAT IS A FLAT OUT LIE- All I asked for was the amount I was charged in overage from the photographer and make up artist. Nothing more nothing less. Also the store manager told me to my face that this was A big deal and she told me flat out that this was theyre mistake, no question.You also made it seem In your response to my review that I was holding your dress hostage-another flat out lie-In addition, the dress was not in perfect condition like you said in your statement- the petticoat is an important part of the dress, otherwise I wouldnt have needed it or a SAFETY PIN, RIGHT? AND AT THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS MISSING AND I PAID FOR IT! RIGHT?I chose your Buisness because I felt that if anything went wrong you would definitely be there with a solution, I paid almost $900 for part of a dress and a huge headache that day and not to mention that that perfect dress cost me more than it shouldve.Also, no one offered me a crown, the offered me a discount on a crown. laughable. you offered me to buy something, spend more money after you cost me money. When I declined you offered me a discount on another dress, which at that point the photoshoot was over, by 3 days.I only want whats right. im not asking for any favors.
Bella Quinces has offered amazing , high-quality service , the experience has been beyond amazing . The customer service has been great and they have been super helpful with everything . The photo shoot process was super enjoyable and easy . Would totally recommend this for anyone who wants amazing 15s pictures , super worth it .

Girls prepare to have the worst experience trying to get your dream quinceañera/sweet 16s. The place is nice but lacks of competence, the manager lacks of experience and dealing with customer service. This is the worst place for quinceañeras. The staff are very rude and have a rough attitude. I give them 1 star because Google doesn’t allow me to give them 0 stars.

You can not compare these people to anyone else. I was one of their quinceneras and i cried when i got my albums. They truly did an amazing job with everything. It does take time of course to receive your albums but its all apart of a process and it was a process worth waiting. I wouldnt take this experience back for anything. If i could i would do it all over again Lol.

2022-06-16After long hard research, I entrusted Bella Quinces with my daughters Quince pictures . It was such an amazing experience, Our event coordinator Daniela was extremely efficient and very responsive to my needs. She was a delight!!! Our photographer Dayan was great to work with as well, he was very professional and at the same time very supportive as to what vision we were looking for as well. Beautiful pictures. Our hair/makeup Artist Alina, was unbelievable, she not only turned our daughter into a Princess but had a large part in assisting positions and angles to capture the perfect canvas of her. Highly recommend them both. They work very well as a team. Bella Quinces should be everyones top choice for such a memorable moment in your childs life. Thank you Bella Quince for such a great experience.

2022-04-16So I just did my quince pictures 3 days ago and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The service was amazing every time I went to try on a new dress I always felt welcomed. The people that helped me try on my dresses where super nice and patient. They had a lot of different and beautiful dresses to choose from. All the locations they had to pick from where beautiful. My photographer and makeup artist/ hairstylist where super talented. They where so nice to me during the shoot and tried to make me and my family feel secure about how the pictures where gonna turn out. Overall I had an amazing experience and I cant wait to see how my photos came out!

2022-04-27My daughter did her photos this Monday, and it was an amazing and Unforgettable experience. Everything came out perfect; I want to thank Lilibeth, the coordinator, was always able to Answer Any questions. Guillermo, the photographer, was very kind, patient, and never rushed us. Last but not least, Karoline Marie, the makeup artist, all the details were perfect, made my daughter very comfortable, and had her feel the change of a little girl To women. Thank you, Bella quince.

2021-12-11I had my quince pictures this week and last week and I loved the experience. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but they made me feel extremely comfortable, they were all professional, and everything was better than I expected. My makeup and hair artist, Rance, and photographer, Yunier, were amazing, their work is the best I have ever received. I don’t regret this experience and recommend it to every one that can give their daughters’ quince pictures. By the pictures my parents took of me with their phones, I can just imagine how amazing the pictures the photographer took of me will be.

2022-01-20We have had a great experience with Bella Quinces. Their staff is friendly, the dresses are gorgeous. The location that we took my daughtersPictures “Villa Blanca” offers so many different options waterfalls, piano, gazebo, graffiti walls and the coke/barn area is original and beautiful. The makeup artist that work with Bella are amazing!! The photographer did such a great job. I love all of the pictures. I highly recommend Bella Quinces. They are without a doubt the best!

2022-01-07This company provided me with an incredible experience! The entire crew is quite kind, and the manager is extremely helpful. There are a lot of dresses to pick from. My photographer was fantastic; he assisted me with posing and was quite patient. The best quince company is Bella Quinces. I wish I could keep reliving this experience. Bella quinces made my dreams come true.

2022-09-10The gowns are absolutely fabulous. Really though, only the elite can shop here and you can clearly tell that the staff catered to them as well. My granddaughter had her princess day and that is what matters 💗
