I want to share a great experience I had with Debra Buritica. I needed to find my perfect home last May 2017. Debra & I went over everything I wanted & needed in a home. I really liked how she was able to put together a list of places that fit my needs perfectly. The next day we met at her office to plan out our day. We spent all day looking and found the place where l now live. I was very happy with my experience from start to finish. Debra knows her profession well and worked diligently throughout. I also enjoyed the kind & friendly way she has about her. I recommend Debra to friends and anyone who wants a great realtor.

Debra worked with us in 2016 when we decided to sell our home. She is the consummate professional, as well as being extremely kind. Nothing was too much trouble and she was available 24/7.Debra staged our home in a stunning but cost-effective way - I never knew our home could look so good!As it was, our plans changed and we chose to stay put but we have remain in touch and I am happy to recommend her unreservedly.

I have known Debra Buritica for several years, and have used her real estate services and her expertise several times. She has always been very courteous, friendly, and always conducted herself in a very professional manner. I also can say that I have met other realtors in our area that have been not so nice. Some of them had been very rude and give you misleading information, just to get a sale. Debra goes above and beyond with her profession, and is very honest. I would highly recommend her services.

Ive been working with Debra at Berkshire Hathaway for months now trying to find a new home in the Fort Lauderdale area. Debra is a consummate professional in a field which is populated by anything but. My experience with the listing agents is that they are rarely adequately prepared, informed or in any particular rush to do their jobs. Debra on the other hand will jump through hoops to answer any questions and accommodate any reasonable request from her clients. She is exceedingly knowledgeable, patient and professional. Having been subjected to unfair if not unethical behavior by other agents, Debra is refreshing change and a delight to work with. South Florida should be so lucky as to have other agents who have equally high standards. I would not even consider working with anyone else!

Debra went above and beyond to make sure I found the right place to call home. She quickly offered to show me a few options that fit my search criteria and made the process as easy as possible. Plus, she spoke with my family to ensure we had all of the right details. Debra was professional, helpful and patient. I’d definitely use her services again!

If I could have left less than one star to leave this review I would have. I am currently living in North Carolina and flew to Florida for one day to look at houses. We had an appointment set for 1:15pm at 2561 NE 22nd St with Debra Buritica. We were running about 15 minutes late and our realtor emailed Debra letting her know that we were running late. Debra calls our realtor at 1:30 yelling so loud that we heard everything she was saying. I find it COMPLETELY unprofessional for someone to act this way. If I were the owner of this property and knew that the person I have entrusted to get my home off the market was treating a potential client this way and costing me money I would be LIVID! IF you are looking for a company to represent you I would not recommend this company if this is the way they handle their business!
