2022-05-02We recently worked with Beth as we are navigating our relocation from Indiana to the Tampa area, and she was--quite simply--our saving grace in such a competitive housing market! We had a limited amount of time to secure our home and she was accommodating (especially since we had our young children with us), responsive, and committed to helping us find the right space for our family needs. She was very knowledgeable about the many neighborhoods/communities in the entire Tampa region, and she sought to get information from sellers agents quickly. As a bonus, she was really pleasant to be around. I do not know how we would have managed our housing search in the midst of such a chaotic market without her expertise and guidance. Thank you, Beth!

2018-12-03Beth was extremely helpful to my husband and I as we tried to go through renting (and possibly purchasing down the line) with Home Partners of America. Ultimately, the job offer fell through and we were not able to move to Pinellas Co., but Beth was truly tireless in helping us find a rental home that was the right fit for us in location, budget, and amenities.
