2018-10-29Absolutely the worst home buying experience of my life. The seller’s broker was an absolute nut case and PATHALOGICAL LIAR NAMED LIZANN BROWN. All realtors stretch the truth a little but LizAnn is a sadistic lying machine. She started out by telling me the home I was looking at had High Impact Windows. When I asked her how she knew, she got in my face and said “All I have is my credibility and I would never lie to a client”.Well I guess if all she has her credibility THEN SHE HAS NOTHING. Because according to the inspector the windows were NOT high impact windows.I overlooked that lie. Next according to the title agent the house was supposed to be “broom clean. It was her job to work with the seller to make sure all the cabinets and storage space was cleaned out. EVERY CABINET AND SHELF WERE CLUTTERED WITH JUNK. My realtor and my family had to cart the clutter away.AND NOW FOR THE WORST. The inspector told LizAnn that the a/c was leaking into the home. Instead of calling an a/c guy LizAnn stuck a hose and bucket on the leak and LEFT THE HOUSE WITHOUT CALLING FOR A REPAIR. Ofcourse the bucket overflowed AND FLOODED THE HOUSE. When questioned Liar LizAnn sad she did have an a/c guy out and did clear the drain line. My Realtor asked for the name and number for the a/c guy. Liar LizAnn REFUSED TO GIVE THE INFO on her IMAGINARY a/c guy, BECAUSE HE DIDNT EXIT! I called an a/c tech who blew out the drain line and confirmed that it had not been done.You can do much better than BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS and Liar LizAnn.

2016-09-06Negligent realtors. Failure to deliver. RUDE. Failure to follow up on promises. Failure to promote property. Refusal to respond to communications and Refusal to return a FOB to enter my building. They deserve no stars or negative stars. Keep away from them!
