2019-11-04Katie and I saw about 50 homes together in a 4 month time frame. She was patient and helpful every single home we went to. I felt like she cared about me getting the perfect house for my family as much as I did. We spent the first couple months deciding the area and style of home we preferred, never once did she act like it was a waste of time or was bothering her. Once we decided on what we liked she collaborated with my wife and I on making strong offers on the homes we picked. Every question we asked her, she was honest and upfront about her answers. Even when those answers were not beneficial for her. I respected that most about Katie, she spent hours of time helping me choose a decent home for my family. Because of that my family and I will remain clients of hers the entire time were in this area. I personally call her Katie The Lion Tarpley, because she is a very skilled negotiator. She has a fearsome roar and a even more ferocious bite. It was an amazing experience moving across the country and having Katie as a grounding force to help guide us on this end of the move. I would recommend Katie to anyone looking to move to this area, you will be taken care of. She will treat you with respect and cares about helping you reach your goals. To my realtor and new found friend Katie Id like to say thank you for being so professional and skilled at what you do. You have made a difference in my familys life and our entire move. 2019-06-19This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They make it a point to harass your tenants, and heavily extort them for money for even the slightest infractions. They pocket 90+% percent of the money they fine our residents, and there isn’t even enough funds left (after their cut) to actually upkeep maintenance on the property (which the tenants invariably fail to do, after having thousands of dollars of fines imposed on them for the most minuscule “violations”). Do yourself a favor, and avoid this company like the plague.

2019-06-21Don’t trust these people. They will say anything to get you to sign a contract, and once you do they’ll hold your property hostage. If your tenants don’t pay their fines, they’ll put liens on your property and sue you personally (as the property owner).
