2019-12-12Absolutely highly recommend this group for any real estate needs. My husband and I are particularly fond of Barbara Zorn who is one of the most reputable realtors in Brevard County. She sold our house in Cocoa Beach for top dollar and is helping us find another dream home. She also has great ideas on how to personalize a home that may need upgrading. She’s a one-stop shop with her extensive network of contacts from General Contractors to Home-improvement professionals. What we love the most about Barbara Zorn is that she does not sugarcoat anything nor is out to make a sale. Rather she is committed to find the right home based on the individual needs of her clients, no matter how long it takes. You can’t go wrong if you hire Barbara Zorn.

2019-06-25Karen Court was our Real Estate Agent and she did an amazing job in selling our home. She ensured we were informed of every detail and went above and beyond during the entire process. From past experiences in selling homes, Karen is a role model for others to follow in taking care of the clients from the beginning to the end of the process. Successful sale in 2 1/2 months. Excellent job!!!

2020-03-15I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from this realtor. The photographer they sent took terrible pictures of my kitchen. I had to tell them not to use them as the color of the cabinets was way off. I also told them that the picture of the pond that they wanted to use as the main picture wasnt suitable to sell a house, property maybe, but not a house. The draft of the listing misslabeled a bedroom and ceiling fans were left out of the listing. When I brought all of this to Ms. Zorns attention, she never called to go over my concerns, but rather just e-mailed me a form to sign to mutually sever the relationship. I guess they dont like people questioning their work but since they basically work for me, I think they should listen to my concerns, not drop me as a client. Nonetheless, I found a very reputable realtor that is willing to address my concerns in their quest to earn their commission. Overall, I would not recommend this realtor. As of 3/15/20, I have not received a call from the realtor...I guess I can add B.S. from the realtor.

2018-11-07Im sure this real estate is fine. My interaction with one of the Realtors named Amy Jupin was a very bad experience she was not professional, she wanted me to give my house away so she could fill her pocket with a commission my best interest were not with her. When my contract was up she called me to renew and I said no, and this woman knowing that there was a tragedy in my family decided to scold me on the phone why my house didnt sell this was a disgrace. Then emailed me while I was waiting for my house to sell just to let me know she was watching. she should have known better not to call after her contract ended. I kept the emails and texts just in case.

2017-05-03Betsy Bristow is a smart worker! She not only is willing to do what it takes to sell your property, but has some keen ideas along the way. Everything went completely smoothly-- zero complaints (and I am normally a picky complainer). I recommend using her if you get the chance. Thank you, Betsy for a quick and seamless sale.
