It was great. Brian helped me very efficiently and patiently. He was really nice and considerate of my concerns and questions. He seemed experienced and solved my issues very well. Thanks to him my experience with beycome was even better.
After we submitted our listing with certain verbiage (owner financing available / no credit check) we wanted displayed, Beycome decided to change the verbiage we had in our description without letting us know. They said the verbiage was against policy. I didnt know the verbiage was changed until the home was listed and they sent me a link to the home. I asked them why the verbiage was changed and they said they didnt change it. Clearly the owner financing part wasnt there. I said, why didnt you let me know you couldnt use it, instead of changing it and listing the property? No valid response. I asked for a refund. Of course they wouldnt give me one back. Even though they wouldnt give me a refund, I cancelled the listing after a few weeks and ended up selling the home myself, without any agent. Had they told me they changed the verbiage or couldnt use my verbiage, I wouldnt have used them. Instead, they wait until youve paid. This service may work for a conventional seller but I use unconventional selling strategies to sell my homes and the verbiage I use is very important.

I have used Beycome 3 times. The first 2 times it was so very easy. This time it seemed too many different people from their agency got involved in my sale. Which confused getting documents to the right people. Thankfully Brian Ballesteros took over & everything worked perfectly then. My advice is ask for Brian to handle your account.

I Listed my property at the bigining of the week , by Tuesday morning had quite a few offert and the fallowing day was getting more, the best is that the call that I recived was offer buyers only, no those agent that all they want is to get the commission. My wife and I were at first skeptical about the Beycome website but their prompt service and the fact that we received the MLS # for a flat fee was so great. Having the MLS# exposes your property for sell in different Realtors websites.I want to thank Jairo S. for explaining the program and Mr Steven K for getting our MLS # in 1 day or less. Big kudos to Eunice L. for even replying to my message on a Saturday and getting our vacant lot info corrected in their system. Beycome is great, my title company just requested I have Beycome email them that no commission is due at closing as Beycome is prepaid. Closing is in two hours, title was ordered a month ago.Called Luis who picked up the phone before the second ring. No problem send us an email. Chatted with Erick, sure send it here we should be able to get it out in 10-15 minutes.How do you get better than that? I will use them again and again, you should too.
While I had been attempting to Sell my home via open house and zillow listings for 30 days, moving to Beycome and listing on he MLS brought significant site visits and a purchase agreement within 1 week. I listed a home for my in-laws on Beycome via the lowest package of $99, since they wanted to try the FSBO route first. After about a week of being listed on Beycome, a salesperson named Xavier reached out to my mother-in-law and scared her into thinking and mentioned that the house would not sell with the current package—the package needed to be upgraded to the $399 or $599 offering. Not ok in my book to use predatory sales tactics. I reached out to customer service, complained, explained the situation, cancelled the listing, and went with a reputable, local agent. Yes, well pay more, but well know for certain that the FSBO route with Beycome was not the way to go. Wont consider them again in the future.

Dont waste your time, get a legitimate realtor. I paid and uploaded photos, which NEVER went live. The excuse was they needed exterior photos. So my husband took some. Too far away , the MLS doesnt accept them, etc. Said they were flagged. Then I told them ok, so dont use those. They responded that there MUST be an exterior photo(its an apartment building, incidentally). Working with my finance institution, so hopefully will get the fee reversed.

They are scammers, asked and called, this company transferred me someone that said they were scammers, keep getting their calls. I got block their number, guy-video-online-youtube says on MLS, they are not on MLS a question I asked them the 20th harassing call/texts -- they gave me MLS #s off by wrong number of digits, then they sent me property id that doesnt exist
UPDATE: Within 2 days of this review I finally was able to reach someone who had the power to refund me and did it on the spot and I could see the money pending before I was finished. They refunded the full amount paid. The rest of the review stands.Their sight was misleading and instead of getting on my local towns MLS we were put on the state MLS and agents couldnt see my property. I called after listing was active for less than 2 days and canceled and asked for my money back. They agreed to give me half of my money back so $50. It has now been almost 2 months and I have called them more than 30 times and still dont have my refund. I keep getting the run around of oh its being processed please wait 3-5 days and its for sure not happening so every 5 days I am calling and I keep getting the same run around. I have email proof from their rep I will be getting a refund.

They never connected us to the listing agent, instead they provide you a number to a totally different person (who may, or, may not be an agent). We asked for details and also to set up appointment to see property..and they mentioned they would have to call us back...But,, that person, Never called us back....! Very Strange and seems a bit Leary 🤔 !!!

I found Beycome from calling a real estate add on a property for sale and they just so happen to tell me about them. So at first I had my doubts and that was after I read one bad review. I have never sold a house so I had no clue on how the process worked. I was so fortunate to get ahold of Luis from Beycome and he assured me my add would be posted on the MLS and not to worry. Also Luis would text me or call me right back as soon as I text him. So through the process I had questions that about who gets the deposit and Luis assured me Beycome does not collect any money that it was between me and the buyer. The deposit goes to the closing agent /title company. So after my add hit the MLS it was game on and I believe after two or three weeks I had a cash offer. To make a long story short I am helping my mother sale her second home so here it is 4 months later and I had Luis still logged in on my phone and I sent him a text and within minutes he respond back and I feel I’m in good hands and not so worried this time around. I would say to those who looking to save money use Beycome because there the real deal. Thanks again to my friend Luis !

Warning: Our home is stuck with Beycome! We paid Beycome 5/9/21 to list our home on the MLS. A few buyers said when they called Beycome did not respond at all. We messaged (Beycome portal), emailed, called, texted Beycome & tried to cancel our listing with Beycome - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. We signed the Release & cancellation of listing agreement a week ago, now our home is still on the websites synced from the MLS with them being the listing agent. Its seriously hurt our home sale now that no buyer can call about this home as Beycome is effectively holding it hostage!!! Please refund and remove our home with Beycome as our listing agent from the MLS ASAP.

Do not use this service. They do not care to help current customers. After paying the $299.99 and 19 days later Beycome.com failed to post my listing to ALL the sites they promised EVERY THIER OWN SITE. When they did post it to the MLS, they posted it with the wrong address so I am missing out on all my leads. I have put in request on many different sites not to receive any request. FINALLY after they said they got it right, they got it posted onto their own website. I sent a request to test it. I received the attached photo. They sent information for 100s of other peoples listings. I have called with NO return phone calls. I have sent 8 emails on for them to answer 1 email with the same response. They keep ignoring my questions. It is sad because I used this service in the past and they were great but unfortunately they have given up customer service just like the rest of the world. I would suggest using a different company.If you are a current customer you must call and hit 1 (Indicating you are a new customer) for them to answer. If you hit 2, they will ignore your calls.

What a great opportunity to save lots of money for the seller and buyer that does not need their hand held through every process. I am a hands on buyer and get really involved in the buying and selling process. Beycome was a dream come true for me by handling the areas that I felt less comfortable with. I received immediate help in all areas of the buying and selling process and was very happy with the service. I sold a condo and bought a condo using this great service and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for such a great service that puts money back into my pocket.
Dont plan on getting any help once you have paid your listing fee. And the message board / portal for your listing etc is 100% pointless because nobody will contact you through that venue to schedule a showing. Messages dont get forwarded and response to email is minimal/ nonexistent. Plan to go it alone and be sure to not list any of their contact info on a contract as appraisers will unknowingly contact them to schedule appraisals, none of which will be forwarded to you creating issues just days before your anticipated home sale closing.
Though I can appreciate the business model of beycome realty, their website is hard to navigate and utilize.I attempted to reach out to a purchase a house listed on beycome. The “agent/realtor”, Steven Koleno, was impossible to get in touch with. Listed phone number goes to a generic answering, no response to attempts to contact. He does not appear to be local eitherEventually I had customer service (which wasn’t great either) give me the contact info directly for the homeowner, since beycome’s website was useless for messaging the property owner. Instead of a huge “make an offer” button, maybe prioritize improving the *home buying* process first
Only gave 1 star because you cant give 0! Dont use this company if you are selling by owner. They will offer to list your house on mls for $99 but dont tell you that after you pay they high jack your zillow, change the info on zillow, and assign an agent to your house leaving you completely out of it. They dont return phone calls and undoing their high jacking is now going on for more than 48 hours and I still dont have control back. Who knows how many potential buyers beycome has cost me.

I had the pleasure of using beycome to list my first property FSBO. it was an intimidating experience but the beyond helpful staff made everything incredibly easy! i researched 5 different listing services and called each customer support number to see how quick they would be to come to my aid should i need it, beycome was the ONLY one to answer. Not only did they take my frequent calls but they would text me regularly. I can not stress enough how great this company is but i can assure you i will be using beycome again in the future. special thanks to Sam, the gentleman that has helped me so much throughout the weeks.

I feel lied to and that they mis represented their services. They said we would be in control except now we havent gotten any phone calls for our home. This service is really poor, the dashboard also doesnt work.

People look at the reviews almost half of the reviews are from people with only 1 to 2 reviews (and it just so happened they jumped on Google to give praise to Beycome?? really?). I question if all of these are ligit users of Beycome MLS listing service. Having said that I attempted to sell my property with Beycome and engaged them to list my property on MLS, suspecting I would get more traffic and better visibility being MLS. I had listed the property myself on Zillow for about 5 days prior to choosing Beycome to list. During that time i was contacted daily and had 5 showings. As soon as the listing went up the phone stopped ringing, emails stopped , not one contact not a call or an email for 7 days, nothing. The market in my area is very hot right now with very limited inventory on the water, I had my house priced under what a full time local agent decided to list so it was not a price issue, nor picture issue as Beycome employee ensured me my photos were great.I contacted Beycome (they returned my call) to inquire after 3-4 days of listing the property to ask them how it works I had not received any calls, emails or contacts what so ever. They ensured me relax and be patient, but with such a tight market the phone was ringing before the Beycome listing.I asked a good friend to look up the property on Realtor .com and enter an inquiry. They informed me they were never contacted nor was I. I had a potential buyer who wanted to see my house and no contact was made? I never heard from Beycome no email or phone calls? I called Beycome a few days later to inquire and seek a refund as it had been 7 days on the market with Beycome and not one contact from a buyer or Beycome. I am still waiting on the refund of my $99 but suspect Ill be waiting a long time. Dont waist your money, until you understand the details of how contacts will be forwarded to you? Because in my case I did not receive one contact from the listing Beycome put up. Seems I was better off just listing on ZIllow...at least the phone was ringing and people were seeing the house!
I recently sold my property with Beycome, and was very impressed with the simplicity of their website to list the property. They offer plenty of tools to get your property noticeable; Professional pictures, yard signs, strong MLS presence and most of all the liberty to describe and show your property as you wish.During the selling process they were on top of every move regarding contracts with the other realtor and documentation necessary to have a smooth transaction.I strongly recommend Beycome and wish them the growth they deserve.All in all was a great move since we saved $27,000 of the sale. :)

I had a great experience with Beycome. They were easy to deal with. Posting pictures and setting up the listing was straight forward. We were under contract in 22 days. In our case, we allowed brokers to help us sell at 3% and that is how it sold. We were happy to save the other 3%. You might have even better luck and sell without any outside help but we wanted a quick sale.

Very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. I am a realtor and my client purchased a home that was listed by this company. This company did nothing to help the seller. They were constantly confused and I ended up doing both sides of the transaction. While you may save money using this company, you wont save yourself the frustration and confusion that the seller had to deal with. He thanked me many times for helping and said he couldnt have done it without my help.
I have to agree with the previous posts/negative reviews. My home was listed quickly but it was not listed consistently through all of the sites.The largest issue I see is that they are practicing false advertising by stating they will list your contact info, in normal cases, your phone and email. I had to write twice to get my phone listed and when I requested my email be listed the response was, “ I don’t recall a discussion about listing your email.” Sorry but that is what’s advertised. Also, you’d think they’d be proactive and actually list the email once I made the request. Nope.Upon further investigation I had several associates send email requests about the home I was selling and I as the owner was never notified of any of them. They are either the worst company ever or they’re simply stealing leads and charging you for it. 90 days down the drain. I would not recommend using Beycome. Rachelle was the main contact once the issues started.
From my end as the seller, beycome was fast, efficient, and saved lots of money! Yes you are a little more involved in the transaction with Beycome vs a traditional realtor sale. But I like to be hands on and the saved money was well worth it. Sam at beycome was especially easy to work with.
Absolutely perfect! The care and professional assistance I received was far above what I expected! From the online explanation and communications to all the personal phone calls by kiernan and urquia ( realtor agent from beyciome) made my experience truly relieving. I completely recommend this company for all of your real estate selling or purchasing!

I have had a very positive experience with Beycome. I understand that selling your home as an owner is a very detail intensive undertaking, and a website can only do so much - I have to educate myself in order to do a reasonable job representing myself for something someone would normally pay thousands of dollars to a real estate agent to do. Given the scale of the task, I feel that Beycome provides as easy to understand and comprehensive a service as one could hope for online, especially for such a low price. Rachelle in their customer service department has been exceptionally helpful. She has been very knowledgeable, patient with my learning process, and helpful even in looking up the answers to my more obscure questions.
Had to dispute charges on my credit card to get my refund. They wouldnt respond to emails and calls were dropped. Read the contract before signing. They dont inform you on the additional fees that are in the contract. Also check length of contract.
I spoke with Lawrence who called us about listing our property with them. We decided to do it, because it sounded like a good deal. Running into problems right away they weren’t uploading the pictures from Zillow like they said they would. 10 days later the photos weren’t viewable. We decided to cancel our plan, but now are having issues listing our property on Zillow, because Zillow thinks they are still the listing agent. I called Lawrence back and he gets very short with me saying they aren’t Zillow. And transfers me to a department to leave a message. I’m still trying to get a hold of a manager from them. Do not trust this company. Especially don’t work with Lawrence

This website relies on you to do everything and even then its not easy selling a home is not easy at all and you have questions in the middle of it this website does not make it that easy
I rarely write reviews, unless they were very good or very bad. This review is for being very good. I used their service as a buyer. I worked with Urquia and she was fantastic, i did have a lot of challenges and drama during closing due to financing factors, but she was prompt in addressing many of the situations and worked tirelessly with all parties to make sure the closing on time. Certainly, I will use the service in future. TWO THUMBS UP !!!
I posted a rental listing with Beycome hoping to avoid giving a months rent to an agent just to list it on the MLS. However, after posting with Beycome, I received no calls, emails or any inquiries in regards to the property. I had more calls when I put a sign out on my yard. Additionally, I recently listed it with Remax and suddenly had calls in regards to renting the house. In addition to that, their website is misleading. It says you can get a refund within 90 days of posting. I asked for a refund when it was within my 90 days and they said my listing had to be up for 90 days, making me lose three months worth of rent. My advice would be is to not take a short cut and go with an agent.
Beycome getting us on the MLS was key to us selling our home. We sold in 3 weeks for full asking price. Just made sure we provided excellent info and pictures to them and they took care of the rest. They answered our questions and helped us edit info as needed. Highly recommend.
I strongly suggest anyone who is looking to sale their property without a sellers realtor agent to use beycome to list their property. They provide a great value at a very low cost. After researching several different for sale buy owner companies I decided to use beycome because they had the most affordable and complete MLS listing package. I cant believe how easy it was listing with Beycome. I sold my apartment building in south Florida in less than 90 days. Beycome was fine and I have no complaints whatsoever. However, beware to put up with fake phone calls from realtors who say they have an interested investor! They are liars! Screen these realtors so you dont waste your time with them and just show you their listing contract.

This is the new model in Real Estate and these people do it best. Flat fee MLS. I had a contract in less than 2 weeks. Excellent service and nice people to work with. I listed for 2.5% so, the selling fee was 2.5% + $79

Beware, they dont have access to any local MLS, they use flex MLS that is not local to our area and lied about it. We never got any traffic in 2 weeks, we end up canceling and going with traditional realtor and our house sold in one day. They refused to take our listing down after multiple calls and cancellation emails. Iam filing a complain with BBB If you don’t remove my listing from wrong MLS.

There were continuous unresolved issues with beycomes MLS posting of my house. 1. Potential buyers were directed to local realtors instead of directly to myself. 2. There was a completely false statement that I had aluminum wiring in my house. 3. My listing was placed in an MLS directory not typically associated with my city. I had to again pay another beycome MLS fee to have it listed in an appropriate directory. This resulted in fewer prospective buyers and a longer period of time before the sale.

Beycome gave me the support I needed to beat the odds that were against me selling my own property. As a former realtor, I am familiar with the buying/selling process, but sometimes a person needs help. I couldnt get on the local MLS without either going with a listing agent or signing on with Beycome, or some other flat fee service. Beycome is a good company, the people are very nice and helpful, they always either answer the phone right away or call back quickly, and they are very competitive with their pricing options. Beycome customer support did pass on the calls from the sign to me, which is very important. Some other services send the calls to local realtors. There will always be cold calls on property that has a sign out front with For Sale by Owner, from realtors who are fishing for a listing. Thats just part of it. Realtors will give you a free market analysis (get that for pricing - even maybe more than one) and then just move on. Tell them to bring you a buyer!! I offered 2.5% to a realtor with very little resistance, which is WAY BETTER than 6%!! Thank you Beycome!!

My listing was posted with TONS of errors, I am having an open-house and it does not even show on the MLS when I clearly indicated it. Trying to get through with customer service is a nightmare, they do not have a voicemail and simply say to call back later. Highly regret the Flat Fee MLS service.
I purchased the expensive package, had to call them to get everything up and running. Had to call again to get the signs re-mailed, It wasnt their fault but UPSs, they remailed and received, they even changed the price to the 89.00 package which was nice. I emailed them to change the price and set a open house, received an email stating it was done. We thought it was done but no new potential buyers. We by chance checked on Zillow, Truilla, Redfin, and MLS...No change was done. 10 days without change. I called to report this and was told it was never received by email, so I sent the email back showing they were doing it, he said I never refreshed....What?? They changed while i was on the phone and said it was done before. I checked with all the sites and they now reflected the new price. They didnt accept the fault-mistake and blamed it on me not refreshing my computer. Dont deal with them if all possible, I canceled and went with a real Realtor. This was a waste of my time and money. Thanks for nothing.
Overall bad experience with Beycome. Details of the listing were incorrect, pictures wouldnt load properly, difficult for realtors to find my contact information on the listing, minimal support from Beycome...and the list goes on. I suggest keep shopping around.
My mom is 80 yoa. I am helping her sell her house. I looked at several of the sell by owner sites. All I saw was expensive monthly payments to list the house and to put it on the MLS! What a scam!!!!Then I came upon BEYCOME! What a treasure. The lowest price to list on the MLS and to fill all the best real estate sites on the Internet. All for $79.00. Until you sell your house. Oh and they are in Miami Florida. The web site technical people are the best. I’m ok on the computer. Their super knowledgeable staff ironed out the issues for me!!!! My tech was Ms Nat! Love her! Listed property on 12 April. Listing still not up on MLS or Zillow or any other websites after 4 full days. Paid for $89 package. Missed weekend traffic because they did not list. Called 2 times on Friday with no return calls. I will be happy to give more details if needed. Now I have to dispute a credit card charge for no service.

Homeowners- dont use Beycome! This site has cold callers phoning owners listing their house on Zillow. I said ok to listing my home on Beycome only if it shows my direct phone contact. Beycome cold caller said fine, but used its own number anyway to steal leads interested in my house. Moreover, I specifically wrote on my Zillow list I g that Id work with buyers agents. Beycome lies and says I dont welcome realtor BEYCOME IS A FRAUD! STICK WITH ZILLOW.

2022-06-29There are not enough good things to say about this company. They made an otherwise very stressful situation of selling my house into an easy and painless experience. I had the pleasure of working with Sam who saved me 2% listing agent commission. If you want someone who knows what their doing I highly recommend asking for him. I used the concierge package they offer and was in close communication with the closing coordinator Christian. He was so helpful and was always available to discuss the status of my listing and answer my questions.

Special thanks to Brian, who was exceptional in resolving my tax-related document issue, even on the Memorial Day long weekend holiday. I dont think I can ask for more from any Customer Support Team. If you want to go for FSBO, as a consumer I dont think anyone needs to look anywhere else. As a first-time home seller without any real estate agent, Beycome has been awesome and I would ALWAYS recommend it to everyone.

2022-05-26I decided to list my house as “for sale by owner”. That isn’t good enough because it’s difficult to advertise. I contacted Beycome so I could put my listing on MLS. They were great, assisting me with the listing, details, professional photography for the listing, open house signs, for sale signs, Q &A, etc. They were with me covering my questions by phone about 12 hours per day. They always called me back if I didn’t reach them with my initial call. I had a reasonable offer on the first open house and a sale contract three days later. Don’t try to sell your house without Beycome MLS. It is truly worth the cost!!
