I have never seen an organization run the way this place conducts business! Between the corrupt financial records they are reconstructing for 2021, running a company with Expired Visas and and expired Drivers License for Mrs. Meins too. The company is even stealing electricity money from the home owners and running 2 sets of books and not reporting all of the income to the Department of Revenue from wires from Germany. I am sure the Broker has no idea his license is in jeopardy with conducting business with BMI. The office manager Janna Grosso has been acting as a Licensed Realtor and she has never taken the course according to the DPBR. My suggestion is Dont Ever do Business with this company or you will get screwed!

We rented a house from BMI in Oct/Nov of this year. Initially they seemed easy to work with but as we encountered issues at the house they pretty much brushed them off and said too bad. We were working from the house much of the time we were in Florida. There was a lot of new home construction around us including directly across the canals. It was so loud it was hard for us to have conference calls during the day. The neighbor also played very loud music and even after asking her to turn it down she refused. We drove by one of BMIs other houses and noticed no construction going on in that area. So we asked if we could move to that house. They flat out said no even though the house was vacant.The house also was not very clean at all - I ended up washing all the sheets and towels when we arrived as there were hairs on them. The floor didnt seem to have been vacuumed. There were no frying pans in the house - only pots (and poor quality ones at that). Lawn service never came once while we were there.We rented in Cape Coral in 2020 through a different company and had no issues at all with our house if any issue arose. I would never rent from BMI again. Unfortunately we rented directly with them and not via their VRBO listing so Im unable to warn people about them on there.

From BMI, in middle of October 2020 -we rent Villa Island Breeze house in Cape Coral FL - we paid for 8 night total of $2,800Reason i will never deal with BMI again.Over prices, room sting with molde and dampness very bad. Lots of lizard by the pool area and mosquitoes in side the house special in leaving room.Plus on top of all, they will charge you, for damage you didnt made.My advice take your business to non greedy people, and you will have less stress on vacation.

Amazing house – horrible service. The house is as amazing as the pictures show you and our family of 5 enjoyed it. However, what ruined our experience was the complete lack of communication from Angelika the property manager. Before booking we sent a message about the rates. She never responded. On November 16th I asked the pool depth. No response. I asked a second time and 46 days after I first asked she responded “5 ft”. Both times I shared that this was a safety concern for our children. On January 22nd, message was sent asking why no one had reviewed for 3 months. I was concerned it may have been a scam. No response. 23 days I asked again. Same day response i dont no. Both times I shared that I was feeling anxious about the property. On arrival we had been traveling for 12 hours straight. Upon opening front door, alarm went off. My kids stood outside for 20 minutes while I held a towel over alarm to quiet it down for neighbors sake. The police arrived and asked for ID and proof of rental. Alarm went off a second time. We were offered apology. Next day company sprays and fertilizes lawn. It was mentioned in passing but not the extent. The worker had rubber gloves and boots (to protect HIS skin from the chemicals). Yet hes spraying these poisons while my kids are swimming in the pool! I removed kids from area because I was concerned for their health. We were told to keep pets off the lawn—what about my kids? We came from snow and were looking forward to playing in a yard. Text to Angelika asking how long we have to stay off the grass—no response. Only 1 garbage bag was provided for family of 5 for 6 days. Were told we should buy our own or use the shopping bags from Target. I said this was frustrating and no response. I texted about making the pool warmer. No response. With 3 days left we were told to not drink/cook with tap water and to go buy bottled water. City told owner 2 days earlier of timing, we were informed 6 hours AFTER it began. I bought 3 cases of water and was lucky that I was out of the house when it started. 3 days after checkout we got our meter reading/charges. I sent all these concerns to Angelika and after 4 days guess what—NO RESPONSE. I was a restaurant manager and if someone had an issue with their $10 burger I remade it or refunded their money. After spending $1200 they haven’t even said sorry for our total negative experience or offered any sort of refund. She has been completely unresponsive and uncaring towards our frustrations. Terrible customer service. We rented this house because it was meant to be more convenient than a hotel. Surprisingly on our last day we stayed at a Marriott and received 10x the service that Angelika failed to provide us.

Absolutely not recommendable!We have been regular Florida vacationers for years. We have never seen such dubious business behavior.Despite several attempts to contact the office due to the down payment already made and due to Covid19, we received no response. Emails, calls, callback requests remained completely unanswered.The deposit is gone. No goodwill as is the case with European providers.Never again with BMI.

As has been the case in recent years, we have booked our vacation with BMI. If we had a problem, a solution was found immediately.But now, in the Covid 19 era, everything is suddenly different at BMI. We could have postponed the reservation to next year. If the booked house were not free then there would be a comparable house. There was no feedback on various emails !! Calls were also not accepted. This behavior is unsustainable. I expect at least one response from an agency.We had no choice but to cancel, so the deposit was gone. That was the last time we booked through BMI

Very great, friendly contact, the house very clean (Villa like Heaven), great location, great price, I can only recommend bmi, price / performance ratio the best in this area
