Homes in this community are overpriced considering the location and close proximity to Imperial Highway.The constant eastern traffic noise will be heard and is unavoidable. I do not recommend.

Lived there for three years. Its a nice community and Toll builds a great home. The traffic noise from Imperial Highway and 75 is annoying at times depending if the wind blows from the east....
