2021-01-29We initially chose Brian after we did our do diligence to gather a list of real actors in the Cape Coral area that we felt would do the best job selling our land. We were not disappointed! Brian called us, went over all our requests, explained the process & required forms needed. He kept us up to date weekly & within 5 weeks we had an offer for what we wanted.Brian submitted all the forms needed to complete the transaction without any”hiccups”.we are completely satisfied with the results.Give Brian a 5 star rating in our book.

2019-03-26Brian helped us buy a house and sell our old house over the past several months, as well as purchase the old house 6 years ago. Brian has always proved to be reliable and available, and is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. He has been selling real estate in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area for a long time, and he knows the ins and outs of both what to watch out for when looking at the homes themselves and navigating both local and state requirements. If you are from up north, he is great at explaining what is different when buying a house down here, which was a great benefit for us. 2020-10-05Brian was Recommended by my mortgage broker and right from the first encounter with Brian he asked what I wanted and what I was looking for. You suggested a block home and other things that where in my best interest. Brian was always quick to reply to my questions and helped to communicate with the seller when I was under contract, and he did it fast. He went to bat for me, and when he did, he gave it all he had. I can’t thank you enough for how you have impacted my life and the future I am trying to build for myself. Now I have my own home, and one day hope to have a family of my own to fill it with.
