2022-04-29Working with Brittany was a treat! She sold our condo for above listing price and got us an updated home on a conventional loan in a market that is absolutely full of cash buyers! We so appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail - the beautiful flyer she made at our open house, the bunt cakes she bought for the buyers, the sweet gift she gave us when we closed on our home, her real estate investment tips and knowledge of the area! 2021-04-30Brittany was wonderful. She priced our house perfectly. I dont think we would have survived the process of selling and buying without her. She made selling the house so easy. We had many issues with the house we were buying and she held our hands and answered every question we had. There were times she brought us back from the brink of losing our minds.I would recommend her to my mother. I will never buy or sell a house without her.
