When my family and I moved here to south Florida a little over a year ago, we where comming off a very bad experience with our previous realtor in Pensacola. It was absolutely arduous. So upon reaching the local area I began calling and interviewing realtors I didnt want a repeat of our awful experience. I called about a dozen different people maybe more before I got Ann Marie. Immediately I could tell that had found our realtor. The thing that made that decision so easy was just how much experience, knowledge and the recourses she can bring to bear when those last minute items come up or un expected problems arise. Her and her family seemed to be engrained in the housing market out here and Im certain there isnt another realtor out here that process the vast network of people in every office building and city government building that she has at her disposal to call for literally any problem that may arise. When me and my wife had to then turn around and sell our home after only a year out here the decision was easy. Buying and selling a home is often times a headache at best. With Ann Marie I know I dont have to stress about a thing. Its been such a delightful experience both times now working with her and her family. I cant recommend her enough in fact Im convinced there is non better. Ann and her family had been sending flyers to my home for 26 years. The day finally came and I remembered that team so I called Ann. She was very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. She knew all the rules and regulations for the development and city and set me up with people for repairs and painting that needed to be done. I recently worked with Ann Marie with selling my home. Working with her was such a breeze. I also worked with Mark and Zack, who assisted with questions and showings etc. This team is top notch!! The house we were selling was part of an estate and we live in a different state. Not being local, we needed a lot of extra help. Ann Marie, Mark and Zach were on top of everything. While I am shopping for a new home, I have a set of parameters of what I would like to buy. I asked Byers to look for a home that meets my criteria and to present their findings so we can view the homes. All I got out of these realitors is a general search query of results, which I can pull from zillo on my own anyhow. They want me to do all the work. They will show up if I ask for a viewing but zero effort listening to my needs and doing any research on their own, yet they will have no problem taking a comission fee for my efforts. Its a self service realitor. Great at showing up aweful at finding a home for me.
Ann Marie and Mark are experts in the south Florida Real Estate Market. If you are looking to list your home for sale in Broward or Palm Beach County I would give them a call. Needs Improvement. Traditionally a realitor will do a bit of work and research, listen to the customers needs, to find a home for each buyer. Here, I recieved general notifications to sort through to see if I could find something I would like... which traditionally is the job of realitor. Thankfully I came across another company that did listen to me and they found the perfect home within two weeks. Byers lost out, that home was 1.2M.

2022-05-07The Byers did an amazing job selling our home. Selling and buying a home has always been extremely stressful for us (and I have anxiety in general). Mark and Ann Marie and Zack Byers and their team kept me happy when they took the helm. My nerves calmed down with Ann Marie, especially, taking the wheel. I don’t like showing a home while I’m still living there. So intrusive to me. With Ann Marie and Zack, I immediately had the utmost confidence in their expertise. I was comfortable enough showing my home in an Open House! I don’t think I would have been able to trust anyone other than the Byers doing that. And it helps that the Byers did an excellent job selling my neighbors’ house a few months prior. The Byers have proven that they sincerely care about us. They listen. They research. They are well connected and respected within the Real Estate community. That added to our process moving forward with ease. The Byers Team had suggestions on staging and presenting that really helped our house show case even better. Hire the Byers and take their advice too!! 2021-03-22We are 20 year old twin sisters 👯♀️ who had no idea or previous knowledge about buying home 🏠 and the Byers ProTeam made it happen!😁🥳💃🏽The first time we called and spoke to Ann Marie I was sure that The Byers Proteam were who wanted to proceed with finding our home. They taught us and explain the whole home buying process. Ann Marie was available 24/7 to assist with finding the perfect home and she work around our schedule to make this happened. We got to meet Zack who was patient with us through all the showings and answered all the questions that we were curious about. He paid attention to little details in the houses we visited that we buyers aren’t aware of (from ceiling cracks to added rooms). He is friendly and is easy to get comfortable with him. They handled all the little road blocks we had with the seller (getting missing paperwork and so forth) and assured us through the whole process. This process was not stressful at all because of The Byers Proteam. We recommend our family and friends to them. 2021-03-10Buying a vacation property from 1,200 miles away is no easy feat. You need responsive, on-the-ground and always available brokers that know your desired area. Thats where Ann Marie and Zach Byers come in. They were wonderful to work with, adjusting to our ever changing needs. We even took multiple years in between our initial interest, and ultimate closing. I highly recommend them, will use them again, and plan to.
