Im at a Cabessa Property in Pointsetta Heights and I love living here. Management is wonderful and are always right there if there is a problem. Great Owners, Great Management and Great Neighbors!
Lied about fixing a leak, came into our house while handiccaped wife was sleeping, slumlord from top to bottum.
We were Short $200 for a deposit and they kept our 2000 ! Going after them!
Amazing place to work with John is a great person to work with. Great experience
Because theres nothing like a hot fresh DnD coffee. Then add a cinnamon pastry to that, i dont know how it could get any better

2022-04-07Ive rented from these guys many times in the past with no issues. however, yesterday night I Arrived at unit one on NE 4ST and to my amazement bed was not fixed. It itself appeared to had been ransacked. While everything else in the unit appeared to be up to par. An agent, did assure me that it was not a sanitation issue and that some drywall repairs were completed a few days before my arrival, due to a leak issue. Although inconvenient, an agent was kind enough to relocate me into the neighboring unit only to then be greeted by 6 live cockroaches, which I batlled for about 15 minutes before finally getting a chance to set my personal items down. Again, this unit appeared to be well kept aside from rodent issue.

2021-08-05Renters beware!!! Landlord doesnt care about property only rent. I have been a tenant for over 2yrs. This company has zero interest in property upkeep there office is nicer than any properties they own.

2022-02-17Simply the most dishonest people in Florida, they just want to take advantage of their tenants 30% rent increase from one year to another, they also said the will fix gate door with the new rent increase, now they dont want to do it! Now Im stuck paying a very expensive rent and not able to open door!!!

2021-11-09Don’t believe any positive review here. It’s ALL LIES. Save yourself the headache the heartache and DO NOT RENT HERE. WHEN ITS ALL DONE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They will not fix anything if any problems and will charge you for any problem they have wrong with there property.
