Delicious crepe, cool interior design, comfy seating, and friendly staff! I got a savory crepe this time, but I would love to come back and get one of the dessert crepes!

The crepes are good. I used to go to Crepevine before Canal St Crepe took its place and for me, Crepevine crepes were better. Canal St Crepe interior design is definitely nicer and refreshing.

Came in for a breakfast crepe and no one was there. Asked for a vegetarian crepe, didnt ask me what I wanted and just started putting things on it. Told me that it included a sauce, didnt ask me if I wanted one. No seasoning offered. No visible list of toppings available. Didnt even use a fresh crepe. Dull and tasteless, both the experience and the food. I definitely wont return and wont suggest.

Went there after work one day. There was only one guy working. He didn’t greet me at all when I walked in the door. I felt like he was bothered by my presence and annoyed he had to tear away from his phone to make my food. I was the only customer in at the time. It was my first time there, which I told the very rude worker, so I was reading over the menu. The guy just stared me down the entire time with an annoyed look on his face still not saying a word, and didn’t try to sell me on the menu...tell me what’s popular, nothing. I chose a crepe, and he just started making it still not saying a word. I go to sit down to wait he then yells across the restaurant “were you eating this here?...or...?” (Wow he speaks) I told him it was to-go. I get my food, pay for it. And it wasn’t even hot. Actually pretty cold. Which is surprising...because I was the only customer. There should have been a problem with the quality of food. The sauce on the crepe was good. Hince the 2 stars. Customer service was terrible and the crepe was mediocre. Needless to say I’ll never waste my money again.

This place has been on a downward spiral since it change from crepevine. I use to eat there a few times a week and have tried canal st crepe co more times than they deserve. Half the time the food is ok but the service is what lacks and that just kills the entire experience. The short guy with the beard that is always working acts generally upset that he has to make food for you. Today was the last straw I walked in at 12p and it was empty on a sat. (Big surprise it’s alwats empty!) I guess he was making his food because no one was in there and he was making something that was obviously not in the menu. He asked me what I wanted and I said I guess the breakfast crepe. I said I wanted sausage, egg, lettuce and tom with ramulaude. His reply was that’s not a breakfast crepe. Instead of telling me which one I should order he left me to stare blankly at the menu to try and figure out what the name of the crepe I wanted to order was called. Smh. Finally I said look I just want this whatever it’s called or cost. He then threw my crepe together and folded it without even letting it cook and served it to me. Since I was hungry I just paid and ate half of this terrible crepe and left. This short dude with the beard is probably the reason your sales are down if they are. My wife and I have experienced him before and it’s never pleasant. The bigger guy that’s there a lot is the one you hope to get making your food. At least you will get a smile and not feel like your hassling someone. So if your craving crepes I recommend drive across town if short dude with Napoleon syndrome is working. He will ruin your day!

Service was quick but I think they gave me food poisoning. The only thing I ate all day yesterday were 2 crepes from them and my stomach was ripping part 3hrs later for the rest of the night. Not sure if it was the food or cross contamination from the utensils they use to prepare the food with.

I had a chicken salad wrap. This place is not as good as the Crepe Vine was, which is the place they took over. Its not as fresh & the dessert menu is lacking. I dont think Ill be back.

Crepevine imposter. Crepe was soggy and not freshly prepared. Zero custom topping options - employee just presumed I wanted everything on it. No beer or fountain drinks. Restaurant was dimly lit and sparsely decorated. Will not return.

The worst customer service ever! The Guy acted as if I was bothering him and I was the only Customer there. He stared at me as if he was bothered by my presence. It was my first time there. I said that too. He did not offer to help me decide on what to order. I felt so unwelcome. After i paid for my food..i said Thank You. He said nothing. I called after i left to ask for The Manager, He replied I am the manager. 😐 I asked was he also the owner he said no. The owner also owns krew de gras bar. I will be contacting ASAP

Crepes were delicious but customer service was horrible. Non-Friendly at all. No smile he looks like he was almost pissed to be working -.- don’t see myself coming back because of the customer service.
