2022-02-01Sigrid has been watching my home since we purchased it in 2020. She does an excellent job keeping everything in order while we are away. She also takes care of our golf cart and car when she makes her rounds. The nice thing about Cape Coral Home Watch is their contacts with many local businesses and service providers. When we needed our lanai and pavers pressure washed Sigrid had the contact and arranged for everything while we were thousands of miles away. The great thing is that she takes photos of any problem areas and offers suggestions and solutions to get the problem fixed. Best money that I spend in SW Florida for sure.
