Absolutely HORRIBLE company to rent from. Rented a house 15 years ago and they go up $100+ every year. However, they dont come out to fix anything. They dont maintain the HVAC, they dont respond to issues weve had. Theres sever water damage and walls are bubbling with water and they havent done anything about it. Theyre kicking all of their residents out and selling their houses to First Key Homes and other reputable management companies. Owner is greedy and doesnt care. Trying to sell houses as is with horrible damage and that need new plumbing, water damage, new roofs etc. Be careful buying any houses from them as they dont maintain them!
