Kim, and her team (Cathy and Tiffany) were beyond amazing to work with. I work in title/escrow so I work with mortgage companies all day long so I get to see the good, bad, and the ugly and this company is exceptional to work with. They got us closed within 18 days of going into contract which is rare. Kim was able to provide us with various options for our financing and offers and is a knowledgeable gem. We are also new to Florida and their team was able to provide us with lots of valuable information we otherwise would have not known about. If I was a realtor Id been referring all my buyers here. I closed on my mortgage on July19th 2019. I am so thankful for cape coral mortgage for there assistance. I worked predominantly with Kim and Kathy, and they were great. my loan was very tight, due to some students loans, but I was still able to get an approval, and was actually able to get a brand new house. Kim knew her stuff and was able to tell me upfront the most my mortgage payments could be and what houses would and wouldnt work. Its hard to place such a big decision in your life in someone elses hand but I am glad I did, because they know their stuff. I am officially a homeowner. Thank you again Cape Coral mortgage
They are the BEST!! I don’t think I can say enough!So my fiancé and I actually started the process with another lender, a month after putting in an offer and our closing date approaching quickly things just weren’t getting done like they should have and we’re becoming so stressful. A week before our closing date it kept getting worse and I knew something was weird so we looked around and found Kim and her team at Cape Coral Mortgage and that was the best thing we could have ever done!! That same day we found them we switched over and the following day we had everything done and more than what we had been waiting on for a MONTH to get done, in just ONE day!!! In 8 days, from start to finish we closed!!! Not only that but we saved tons of money. I can’t even say enough about them!! I am so glad I did my research and found them before it was too late! Kim, Cathy, and Amanda were a pleasure to work with. I looked for mortgages on line and locally and settled on Cape Coral Mortgage for the following reasons. The rates are very competitive. One difference is in the lower closing costs since they do not charge as much for their services in comparison to other offers I received. The application process and the submitting of all the required information went smoothly. They were friendly and personable which you do not always see in this process. They even helped with recommending sources for insurance. It was apparent that they took pride in their reputation so they earned my trust and my business.

I first met Kim six years ago when my Realtor referred me to her. Being a recent widow, she was just what I needed. I was new to the area, didn’t know very many people and she was my adviser from opening a bank account getting an accountant where to shop for appliances etc and providing moral support. I knew I was in good hands.Six years later I was in need of a new roof and various other repairs. I didn’t want to exhaust my savings, so I went back to Kim for advice. As stressful as the process of buying a home is... viewing all of the homes from big to small, from ugly to pretty, all of the open houses, all of the private viewings, all of the negotiating to get the best price and ensure you get your moneys worth when you find The One, you need a lender who is not trying to squeeze you for any nickel they can. 2021-08-12My husband and I recently refinanced our home. Kim was awesome sitting with us for almost an hour to give us our options. It was not an easy task. Had issues with my home insurance company and had to acquire a new policy. Appraisal and inspections finally obtained and we were off and running. We had several issues with a loan that I co-signed for my son. Showing proof he was the only one making payments was proving to be a huge obstacle. But Cathy came through for us. Ashton was on top of all the emails. They were able to get around all of these obstacles and and get us a great rate for our home. We went from 4.5% interest down to 2.37% percent on a 15yr loan. 2022-03-16The absolute worst experience I have ever had. They are unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and void of any integrity. They managed to upset everyone involved.......buyer, seller, escrow/title agency, insurance agencies, and anyone remotely involved with the process. What they are doing should be illegal and they need held accountable by the state financial regulatory body. We plan on filing complaints with any regulatory agencies that monitor brokerage and lending activities in the state. If I could leave no stars on this review I would.....but it forces at least one. Awful, awful, awful experience.......dont walk, run away from this brokerage firm.

2020-03-09I can honestly say that Kim, Cathy, and Tiffany made my first home buying experience a fascinating one from the moment that I reached out to them. From the first conversation I had with Tiffany; to the loan documents requested by Cathy to the final process of closing with Kim, it was smooth sailing from there. These three ladies explained each option that was available to me, and I never felt pressured into any decision. All my phone calls were handled in a professional and timely manner (even after 5 pm 😊). All in all, I really couldnt imagine my home buying process being any easier with Cape Coral Mortgage. Even now that the deal is completed, I would still feel 100% comfortable calling with Kim, Cathy, and Tiffany.
