Being new to the area my family was not sure of who to contact in looking for a new home. We were referred to Cape Premier Realty and not only found our dreamhome with ease, but also found a trustworthy local realty for future needs as well. Had to hire an attorney to help me with work he stated is a realtor’s responsibility. Explaining documents on robotic system. They said just fill out the requirements online. We can’t do that for you. When buyer backed out of cash deal weeks after inspection it took 6 formal emails for broker to remove pending designation. The agency did not call me just sent me an email informing me at 7:30pm. Wanted me to sign a release so they had no further responsibility. The form was completed incorrectly and gave the money back to the buyer. I pointed this out so it would be corrected. She said she did not receive them. When I resent them from my “sent” folder she replied she did not see them. Also at this point they have no access to the house as key and lock box went missing the day of the inspection. Others like this realty, my experience has been horrible. Stay away!

2021-12-16Lindsey made finding and buying a home in the Fort Myers area such a pleasant experience for us. She was so knowledgeable of the area and what properties were available within the parameters that we gave her. She was always available and very responsive to our every need. She was thorough, professional and a real pleasure to work with. Her advice and support through closing was beyond our expectations. She is definitely an expert at her profession. 2021-07-19Thanks to Lenka Doyle we closed on the purchase of our Cape Coral retirement home in late June 2021. Prior to working with her we had 3 rejected offers due to the extreme sellers market that currently exists in Lee County. Lenka’s advice on what to offer and how to structure it made the difference in our offer being accepted. She is highly knowledgeable, very professional and unfailingly helpful to her clients. We would use her again and would recommend her without reservations.

2021-04-11Lenka was amazing. I was looking for a property from out of town. This can be quite difficult. But she found the perfect place, she went to see it and sent me a video of her walk through. Her knowledge of Cape Coral is so extensive and was so beneficial in helping me decide. She was beside me every step of the way, and she took the lead in getting what I want! 2020-05-06My husband and I had a great experience working with Alisa & Lenka @ Cape Premier Reality. They were very intuitive and have a great deal of knowledge. We went through quite a few homes and Condos and they were always available and very communicative with us the whole time. At the end we ended up with not only a great home in NW Cape but a wonderful Condo as well in SW Cape. All our wants were checked off and we couldnt be happier. Buying a home is always a big step, so glad we had them both with us the whole way. We strongly reccommend Cape Premier Reality and their team for selling and buying a home.

2019-08-13Cape Premier Realty was excellent to work with. Great customer service and knowledge of the area. We were looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral. We came into town for a week to look at houses but didnt find the right one. After we went home, Alisa would send us listing and go look at the ones we liked for us. She had taken the time (when we were in town) to get to know our likes/dislikes and requirements. We were so confident in her and the office that when she said she found us a house we would love we made an offer without seeing the house in person. Closing was a breeze and we now own that house and couldnt be happier! Easiest and best experience buying a house we have ever had! I highly recommend Cape Premier Realty!
