I have always had a great positive experience working with “Waterset’s Castle Group”. Always very responsive and informative. Whenever I have had a question or request, Ann Caley-Chevalier specifically, was always quick to respond in a friendly, professional manner and provided the information I needed without delay. I live in Waterset and deal regularly with Ann on approvals for improvements. Having lived in several HOA communities, this is by far the fastest and most efficient I’ve experienced. Always terrific communication and Ann even went above and beyond to drop my mailbox keys at my home when I couldn’t make it to the office on moving day. Really great experience!

My name is Barry l own a Condo in parckcester Sq Blvd for almost 10 years was never impressed with the management till Castle group took over. The manager of maintenance Kevin Dupree is an amazing guy he is always delightful helpfull and consistent when ever needed . Siohana in the office has a lovely personality The office manager Randy was very helpful. I hope they stay and keep it up and help to lower maintenance
I am new to the area and am looking for professionally run HOAs who see growth in their future. I am a Project Management Professional with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a CAM license, and am looking for opportunities to gain insight, knowledge, and positively contribute to a productive community.
Much like the other reviews, this company does a horrible job managing our community. They do not reply when you call or send an email, you have to call the 800 number and get sent to voicemail over and over. I don’t think they enforce any of our community rules but are happy to take their cut of our HOAs dues. My home is my biggest investment, I chose an HOA community thinking they would protect my investment or even add value to it. Just the opposite.
I had a chance to request assistance from the HOA at the Waterset community. I received excellent assistance from Ann Caley-Chevalier. She is professional and responsive in additional to being friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the help.

2022-06-30This company is ridiculous. They find the littles things to complain about. Then reaching someone is a nightmare. Do not move into communities ran by them, unless you are prepared to hear about something as small as a ball in the front yard. They literally pick on the same houses, even though a good portion of the community looks horrible, and lacks maintenance.

2021-08-31Having been a seasonal resident in this community for over a year, I have found the Castle Group to be very professional and responsive. In particular, Emily Bennett helped me address several issues that came up with a smile and a desire to help and she demonstrated great patience. She most always had the answers, helped me with all sorts of questions and when needed directed me to others in the Castle Group she felt could better assist me. I always found the corporate group helpful and responsive and their reassurance that everything would be taken care of was greatly appreciated.

2021-08-30We are very pleased with the manner and professionalism that the Castle Group has partnered with Tidewater to manage this large, private community. Everyone has been responsive, professional and always greets you with a smile. They do enhance the overall resort feel along with helping to keep the overall community looking vibrant. Emily has specifically been very responsive and helpful in helping us navigate the how to lists we have come to her with.

2021-08-30Ive lived in developments before and have some horror stories. Luckily I found this community Tidewater Preserve that is managed by Castle Group. Never have I met a nicer group of people that are professional, know what they are doing, and have the interest of the community as their primary mission. The management company makes all the difference!

2021-08-30Emily Bennett in our management office, has been very helpful and accommodating whenever we contact her. We have an RV that sometimes needs to be overnighted in the common area lot. We often give very little notice, but Emily has a pass ready and waiting for us. She is also quick to respond when we have questions or problems.
