2020-11-03I rent two different units from Central Canal LLC and couldnt be happier. Veda is the best! She is my agent and she honestly makes me feel like Im her only tenant. Shes quick and responsive to all of my needs and the company overall has been so easy to work with. I am very happy to do business with them and thankful to them for giving me safe and clean units for my businesses to call home!

2019-12-03I been renting from them for the past 6 months and to be honest I couldnt be happier. The staff is amazing. Veda, Lisa and Michelle are great, always doing the best they can to keep us happy. I couldnt been happier.

2020-08-13I have been leasing from Central Canal LLC for 7 years now, I would recommend anyone who wants an excellent customer service experience. They are very understanding and an easy management Company to do business with. Vedamarie, Michelle, Lisa and Ester are a reliable and responsive team. The company has there own on call maintenance staff who address all work orders in a timely manner. Great property, clean and secure.

2019-07-25If youre starting a business or simply need more space for your business, then this is the place you want to rent. Very safe, quiet and clean. Also, great management, from Michelle at the front desk, Esther the leasing agent to Veda the property manager. They make sure to take care of your needs with great customer relations and great service!

2018-03-23Vedamarie and Esther were extremely helpful in the rental process of my current warehouse. I had dealt with others property management companies and they did not give me a prompt response like Central Canal Co did. All the leasing process was very fast and in 2 days I was moving in. They are very friendly and treat you like family. Thanks!

2018-02-08Esther Mancilla is a great leasing agent. We leased a warehouse from Central Canal for seven years and Esther always took care of us. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to lease a warehouse that you contact Esther at Central Canal.

2020-07-27WORSE PLACE TO LEASE FROM ALL REVIEWS ARE FALSE MADE BY EMPLOYEES. WORST EXPERIENCE ONCE THEY GOT YOU IN THE DOOR AND HAVE YOUR MONEY ATTITUDES CHANGE AND NO RESPONSE TO ANY ISSUES. AVOIDS CALLS, AND WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE NASTY AND RUDE. THE WORSE IS THE MANAGER SHE NEEDS SOME ANGER MANAGENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS TREATMENT...
