In my home buying case I was the novice stumbling into an area in which I knew nothing of. Albin at Central FL Prime was the subject matter expert that guided my entire experience.I happened by a property I liked, called the agent who turned out to be Albin and requested a viewing. After just that viewing I was ready to move. I asked friends and family for their resources and yet, as a buyer I forewent their recommendations, an agent of my own and dealt directly with Albin.Were I to describe my home buying using a shopping analogy. We used Albin for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing home. He worked closely with us through unexpected challenges on our new home and introduced us to reliable and reasonably priced contractors to make repairs as necessary and more importantly worked tirelessly to sell our existing home through the COVID-19 pandemic. Albin was able to sell the house despite being unable to have traditional open houses and used virtual showings as necessary. The process would have been much more difficult and far more stressful without the calm guidance of Albin. We will use him again if we ever have to sell or buy again.

Albin was outstanding! Ive bought and sold over 50 properties over the years and therefore have worked with many realtors. Albin was the BEST! He is such a professional and likeable person. I live in Ohio and also had a home in Orlando, which I was selling. Not only was Albin very knowledgable about the area my home was located (College Park), but he was so accommodating in helping me with all aspects of my home and getting ready to move. At the time I listed the home I was living in OH, and expected there to be some challenges during the contracting phase as I wasnt able to be there much to tend to things. Albin stepped up and took care of all of it for me. He helped contact and coordinate contractors and cleaning people. He helped find buyers for unwanted furniture/housewares, and he fixed some things himself while helping troubleshoot others.Another thing that is important to me in a realtor is there sense of urgency. Albins contact information was referred to me by a coworker who was in the process of a home purchase with Albin as her real estate agent. Right away I found Albin to be very responsive and informative about real estate in my area (central florida). Prior to getting in touch with Albin I had experience with another real estate agent who demonstrated poor communication and I really didnt know where things stood. So upon meeting Albin and observing his responsiveness I had some kind of reference as to what kinds of communication could be exhibited by a real estate agent. Initially I was looking for a home to move into right away but then I decided to pursue a new build opportunity. Albin helped me to lock into a property pre-construction, which was not something any person would be able necessarily navigate on their own. At the time there wasnt a sales office on site and if you called the corporation/builder they really were not able to provide sales office information effectively. However, Albin knew who to call to set things up at a nearby sales office of the same builder and I was able to lock into the property early on when the prices were much lower (a time sensitive process). Since this was a new build property, a process from start to completion that took about 6 months, I found that over this period Albin was very professional, informative, and attentive. If I ever had questions about the process he would respond very quickly with helpful information. I also found Albin to be a positive person to interact with and also very practical at the same time. These were important traits to me because I was making my first home purchase and also taking a chance with a new build community at the same time. So he ended up being a great coach along the way. Overall, I give Albin two thumbs up and I would definitely work with him again! Best of luck on your home buying journey :)

Albin helped us purchase a home in Forest City, and sell our old home in Apopka. To find a real estate agent we interviewed 7 different agents before choosing Albin, and it was easily the best decision we could have made.Albin is a no-pressure real estate agent. We went into the process not knowing what we wanted exactly, and house by house Albin helped us develop an understanding of what our priorities were for the house we were buying. He then began to show us homes that fit those priorities as we went along.Once we found our new home he negotiated a deal where we ended up below final appraised value. He then went above and beyond with suggestions about things we could do to make it better, had contractors to recommend for the work that did a great job, and kept in constant contact with us even after the purchase was complete to make sure we were happy with everything.When we were selling our old home Albin again had suggested upgrades to drive up the selling price, had contractors that could do the work at a fair price, and in the first 3 days on the market we had upwards of 10 offers on the home.We accepted an offer above asking price, and due to the upgrades our appraisal set a record for dollars per square foot for the neighborhood.Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe our experience with Albin. He was always accessible, always helpful. If you use another real estate agent you’re doing yourself a disservice.

My wife and I would highly recommend Albin for all your real estate needs. My wife and I were relocating to Orlando from Ohio and were looking for an apartment in the Lake Baldwin area. Due to time constraints, we were unable to come to Orlando to see places ourselves. After consulting with us to understand our needs, Albin sorted through the various rentals and found us a half a dozen suitable places and then Face Timed us and we were able to see the various apartments as Albin walked from room to room with his smart phone. After each viewing, Albin gave us a candid assessment of the condition of each unit and he negotiated our rent for us with the rental agent. We ending up getting a tremendous apartment at a fair rental amount.As a real estate agent in Ohio, I know firsthand that there is little to no money to be made dealing with rentals, but Albin gave us tremendous service and expertise. If he provides this kind of service for this type of transaction, I can only imagine the kind of service he gives buyers and sellers in larger transactions!

2022-02-02Starting with his initial price estimate, which he basically nailed, this was the smoothest process of selling a house that you could have. Albin is extremely knowledgeable and works his tail off. The photos and brochure he created almost made us not want to sell our house. He is a wizard in the College/Winter/Baldwin Park areas and will make the process as easy as possible for any seller. I cannot recommend him more. Seamless!

2021-05-17We loved working with Albin, not only to sell our old house but to buy our new home. He was so very easy to get ahold of and in this crazy market made himself available whenever something new came on the market. When we found the house we wanted he went right to work making sure we did everything to make our offer stand out from the rest. Albin was recommended to us by some friends who had a wonderful experience working with him, and right away we were impressed.Albin is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond in his service and interactions with us. We did most of the home buying process from out of state (further complicated by COVID), and Albin was so kind to walk us through the house virtually and in person multiple times, and even met several different contractors and inspectors at the house for us when we couldnt be in town. We knew the house would require a number of updates and Albin was so helpful with recommendations and guidance around some of the processes. He was so patient with all of our questions and quickly responded to our countless calls, texts, and emails.We have worked with good relators before, but Albin truly stands out. He consistently went above and beyond for us and we are incredibly grateful!

2020-10-22In this crazy real estate environment, it’s important to have a customer centered realtor. I have worked with Albin for several years, first in finding a Baldwin Park condo for rent, selling my mothers home in Oviedo and then purchasing a Baldwin Park townhouse for my residence in 2020. Attention to detail is important to me, and Albin is detail focused. He was on top of every aspect of the process, from the initial offer thru the inspection periods, financing and the closing. Albin also maintains a list of contractors, electricians, plumbers and related tradesmen which is awesome. Albin has become part of the family. I highly recommend him.
