2022-05-02I am a licensed real estate broker and I manage rental properties. We rented a home managed by century 21 affiliated. Not only was the house dirty when we moved in and the yard overgrown, upon move out, they claim the house was dirty and charged us $140 cleaning fee. The house was left spotless. They tried charging us for items left behind which actually were the owners claiming that we left our things there. We even made improvements to the home. New marble window sill in kitchen, baseboards where there were none, new closet system etc. BEWARE in dealing with this company. They are slow to respond if there are maintenance issues and will keep your money unless you take them to small claims court which is what we had to do.

2021-10-21I have owned multiple homes and have used realtors to buy and sell all my homes and I have never had an experience as frustrating and dissatisfying as dealing with them. Definitely a place that values quantity of sales over quality of business which my family and I have had to learn the hard way.

2021-09-10Recently used CENTURY 21 Affiliated1725 Highway 60 East Valrico location, must definitely need to re-train that particular employee. Not professional and the Lack of guidance through the whole process was evident

2018-06-20Wonderful experience with Dani Ervin during new home construction purchase. Dani was amazing and took care of every little detail so that i could focus on what I needed to focus on. She was available to me at any time and I felt secure knowing she was on my team.

2017-03-30We bought a home in Riverview Florida and though we started out thinking we had a good agent in Samantha Suba, we did not. Not only did I find AND give her the listing of the home, she made the biggest mistake a realtor could make, she LIED to us.Upon our walk through, she disputed with me, her client, the conditions found, that repairs were not completed and damage was inflicted. We made a list of the mess, warranted items and damage that she was suppose to present to the sellers agent. She told us at the closing that she did e-mail as well as make phone calls to that agent but didnt get any reply. To our surprise, the sellers werent at the closing to issue a credit. She knew this and didnt tell us before closing, and per the contract SHE provided, mediation was our only legal resource to recover the costs that were due to us. She LIED to us just to get her money from the closing and could never provide us with the e-mails and phone records as proof that I needed, yet I later found out from the other realtors letter to my lawyer, Samantha discounted the damage as cosmetic in nature.This was well beyond that cosmetic clause and the case ended up in court. Her GM, Jeff Labudde supported her actions, treated me like a piece of crap and tried to blame me because we closed. If we didnt close, we could have had a financial problem, per the contract, and lost the home. I even contacted the owner, Jeff Shaw, and though he was nice, he didnt get me the much needed documentation, because there was none, and never called me back.Needless to say, though we had all the proof in other pictures and e-mails, we didnt win this case in damages of $4900.00 because the judge focused on that there was no proof of the e-mails and phone calls Samantha Suba said she made to the other realtor the day before the closing.If Shaw Realty employs dishonest people as Samantha Suba, use a different realty business to buy a home. Go ahead Mr. Shaw and give me a call to make good of this matter.
