2022-05-12I have been using Century 21 Listsmart for more than 3 years and they have provided and continue to provide exceptional and professional service. As an investor / rehabber time is of the essence and they ensure everything goes out immediately without a hitch making me competitive and moving my inventory. They ensure all real estate rules and regulations are followed by educating me along the way. They held my hand through the beginning process and always available to answers my questions. I would recommend everyone to use their services as they know the market and have a niche in this every changing economy. I save thousands of dollars a year using their professional services and they are a pleasure on the phone. Thank you for all you do!

2017-03-26If you value the safety of your identity and banking information I would advise you to use a different real estate agency.I worked with real estate agent Avelino Moro. He lacked time management, knowledge and professionalism.I had to find my own properties online because he would continually try to show me homes beyond my budget. When I would show up to see a property he was always late , he didnt know anything about the property, the comparables or how to get the front door open.He would use cheesy used car salesman approaches when showing me a property and he would always encourage me to offer FULL ASKING PRICE. It was extremely difficult working with him.Working with Avelino Moro was stressful and a negative experience , so I decided to stop calling him.A couple of weeks later I stumbled upon a property that wasnt ideal but decent. I called him wanting to see the property and as usual he was late. I stood outside the property talking to the neighbor. When he arrived the neighbor introduced herself , Avelino was rude to her and dismissive. After I saw the property , the neighbor wanted to know which company Avelino worked for so she could file a complaint. I apologized to her and gave her his contact information.While going threw the contract and closing process, things got worse between Avelino and I. Long story short, the day before I closed I fired Avelino and refused to work with the Shady Title company (Tampa Bay Title company)Avelino was upset and began to send threatening texts and phone calls. The only one who tried to resolve the issues was the sellers agent. By the time the sellers agent was involved I had already decided that I didnt want the property anymore.The home buying process has been so traumatizing that I look forward to paying rent on an apartment.If youre are buying a home or property use a different company, Avelino Moro is a reflection of leadership. He gets away with treating buyers like crap because he knows Century21 managment doesnt care.

2017-06-14I have used this office for multiple transactions buying and selling property all over Pinellas County. Working with Century 21 Suncoast Realty is an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.
