2022-08-09Mariella helped me to find a home that was perfect for me when I transferred to Tallahassee for work. It happened so fast and the process was seamless. However, when my company relocated me from Tallahassee she made the process very difficult for me to break my lease. I was charged $400 to repaint the home I lived in because of patchwork that was there from day one. Please if you rent a home from this company do a thorough checklist of the condition when you move in. She never asked or required me to do so and I was naive to think they would acknowledge pre-existing conditions.

2022-01-14I just recently moved to Florida from Mississippi. My job gave me a promotion asked me to relocate from Panama City to Tallahassee. I knew nothing about the city so I didnt know where to start. I called someone and they referred me to Coldwell Banker. I talked Mrs. Shauna and told her my situation and she immediately started searching for homes that not only fit my budget but also accommodated what I was looking for. Mrs. Shauna introduced me to Mrs. Janet who was very patient and understanding with me. She explained everything in detail step by step during the process of me moving. They both went above and beyond to help me with everything. I will most definitely be referring everyone I know to Coldwell Banker

The crews she recommended to do this work were highly professional, punctual, and efficient, all at reasonable cost. She was extremely effective in negotiating with the ultimate buyers. 2020-12-21We worked with Myriah McAlpine of Coldwell Banker in December of 2020. Myriah was fantastic! The really listens to what buyers want and can translate that into really good options to view. She was even patient with us as we changed our minds on a few things. Recommended great home inspector, bank, title company - and everything! Even closed remotely on time and with all the details handled perfectly! I would highly recommend Myriah for either buying or selling. You wont go wrong!

2019-02-08Leesa H was my agent and she was absolutely awesome. She insisted that we do a home inspection and actually saved us a lot of headaches based on the inspection report. She found the perfect house from us and kept us informed throughout the entire escrow process. We closed without any issues. It was a pleasure!
