Donna Lemaster-Mock went to bat for me when a property owner was being unreasonable regarding my deposit refund. Overall; I am satisfied with the outcome of that situation. In regards to living under their property management; I was very pleased and had no problems what-so-ever. Just make sure to leave the place clean, replace all dead light bulbs, replace air filter, fix and bad hinges or knobs, etc and keep your receipts for professional carpet cleaning so they can get do their job and get your money back sooner. Thanks guys.

Professional atmosphere and knowledgeable staff, what more could anyone ask for. This has been a tremendous journey to home ownership.Thanks to my real estate agent Peter Gittens for going above and beyond in making this process painless and for being so patient and understanding. Horrible company to use for rental. The property manager allowed a tenant to ruin my mothers home, then during the final walkthrough, the manager hid several major issues with the home. Told my mother that everything was okay, and just normal wear and tear. Now she has to replace her counter tops, driveway, and had to hire Orkin to terminate the house due to bugs from renter. Just another typical money hungry realtor.
