2019-06-13Tarek Obeissey, in particular, was very unprofessional. He was the sellers agent, not my agent, and he was aggressively rude, arrogant, and a liar. Because he didnt do his job correctly, he ended up costing me HUNDREDS in lost revenue, and lied on a listing to get a sale. Either that, or he was too lazy, too inexperienced, or too snide to check the listing. I made a decision based on his listing that I wouldnt have made otherwise. Now I am stuck and he wasnt even sorry and had no excuse. He and my agent work in the same office, and I wasnt given the impression he was professional to her either.

2021-06-09If you are considering Coldwell or Kelly Glassman as your team to sell or buy a house with run the other way. They lie constantly, they will give away your furniture to close a sale without your permission, and try to talk you into buying a house that fails the home inspection. They lie constantly and they only care about their commission on the sale/buy. I cant stress to you enough to run the other way. There are way better companies to deal with in the Cape.

2020-03-20We rented a condo at Island Cove in Cape Coral for February and March. We arrived late in the evening to a filthy dirty condo. We spent 5 hours cleaning and had to be out of the condo for two nights. We were originally told we would be reimbursed for the nights out and later told we would not be reimbursed because we had done the cleaning ourselves. We had photos of what the Unit looked like when we arrived, but it did not matter. Carolyn, the agent we worked with changed her story every time we spoke with her. This is not an office we would do business with ever again.

2021-10-25Apparently there was an open house in our neighborhood and the agents hosting it decided to put flyers on every single persons mailbox in the entire neighborhood. Littering the neighborhood and poor business practice.

2016-04-18Over the years I have dealt with many realtors and real estate companies. Some of these experiences have been good while others have been not so great. However, never in all my years have I experienced such poor customer service and lack of professionalism as I did with my encounter with Penny Lehmann of Coldwell Banker. For a profession that thrives off of customer service, satisfication and referrals I would expect far more than what I got out of Penny. Her priority clearly lies in getting money from her clients and not making sure that they are taken care of. I would never recommend her as a realtor.
